        총의치 환자에 있어 Permanent record base를 이용한 악간관계 기록

        When the complete denture is made, the record base for jaw relation is divided into temporary record base and permanent record base. However, The temporary record base include some disadvantages such as, the lackness of intimate contact between model and base, the lackness of retention during the jaw relation registration, When we obtained jaw relation the permanent record bases made from heat curing resin were utilized. We could get several advantages as follows : 1. The permanent record base provided intimate contact between the model and record base. 2. In fabricating occlusal rim on record base, the dimensional change of record base was little because the permanent record base was lesser influenced to thermal change of occlusal rim than the temporary record base. 3. At the stage of jaw relation, the retention of final denture could be early checked. 4. It could be able to get more accurate registration of jaw relation because all procedure were done on the same base during the jaw relation, artificial teeth arrangement, try-in, and final denture construction. 5. Although there was an inconvenience due to double curing procedure, the shrinkage rate in resin polimerization was relatively reduced so that more dimensional stability could be taken

      • 발효제품에서 분리한 B. subtilis의 발효성에 관한 연구

        산업화에 유용한 우수종균인 B. sμbtilis 개발의 일환으로 시판장류에서 자연번식 및 배양된 microflora에서 발효성 이 강한 B. sμbtilis 성질 을 갖는 균주들을 선정하여 실험분석하였다. 1. 선발된 균종은 B. sμbtilis의 近綠으로서 B. sμbtilis BCLE16으로 하였고 Colony는 vegetable cell에서 shape는 rod 및 elliptical이었고 크기는 0.9∼1.0×2.5∼3.6μ, 포자형성, gram 양성, indol 음성, catalase 양성이었으며 flavor와 점도는 양호하였다. 2. Colony surface는 smooth, lobate였고 모양은 ellipsoidal이었으며 균주의 당 이용에서 양성인 것은 fructose, glucose, mannose, galactose, maltose, sucrose와 glycerol이었고 lactose 및 ribose는 음성이었다. 3. 선발된 균주의 최적 pH 는 7.0∼8.0 이었고, pH 안정성은 6.0∼9.0이었으며 효소작용의 최적온도는 40℃에서 최대활성이었고 50∼60℃ 이상의 온도에서 급격한 효소활성의 감소를 나타냈다. 4. 선발균주의 대두에 대한 발효실험에서 DE(dextrinizing power)는 8.87%이었고, SA(saccharifying power)는 6.41%이었으며 Viscous 물질은 1.97% Amino-N은 2.83% 그리고 Ammonia-N은 0.18%이었다. The study was carried out to investigate for cultural Properties of B. subtilis strain selected from the grown microflora in ordinary Korean soybean paste and fermented soybean. The results were obtained as follows 1. Colony of vegetable cell of B. subtilis BCLE16 experiment named selected from various Bacillus strains was rod type and elliptical shape sizing 0.9∼1.0×2.5∼3.6μ forming spore and was gram positive, indol negative, catalase positive. It was characteristically produced good flavor and viscosity. 2. The surface of colony was smooth, lobate and ellipsoidal shape and its utilizing test of saccharides showed positive around fructose, glucose, mannose, galactose, maltose, sucrose and glycerol, on the other hand lactose and ribose were produced negative. 3. Optimum pH of the strain was indicated 7.0∼8.0 value and that stability was ranging 6.0∼9.0pH value, while optimum temperature of enzyme reaction was indicated 40℃, on the other hand its enzyme activity decreased rapidly when over 50∼60℃ degrees. 4. DE(dextrinizing power) of fermented soybean of the strain, during 24 hours was 8.87% and its SA(saccharifying power) was shown 6.41%, while viscous matter, Amino-N and Ammonia-N was 1.97%, 2.83% and 0.8% in order.

      • 꽃집 및 꽃 전문 온라인 쇼핑몰의 품목별 매출 실태조사

        광역시 소재 꽃집 10곳과 서울 소재 꽃전문 온라인 쇼핑몰 3곳의 매출실태를 조사하였다. 꽃집의 매출액은 절화상품(65.0%), 관엽식물(19.3%), 난(14.8%), 기타(0.9%)순으로 많았으며, 품목별로는 경조화환(32.5%), 꽃바구니(23.4%), 관엽식물(19.3%), 난(14.8) 순으로 많았다. 온라인 쇼핑몰의 매출액은 절화상품(87.6%), 난(5.8%), 관엽식물(3.4%), 기타(3.2%)순이었으며, 품목별로는 꽃바구니(37.0%), 박스플라워(23.5%), 꽃다발(20.1%), 난(5.8%) 순으로 많았다. 판매건수는 꽃집의 경우 꽃바구니(28.1%), 꽃다발(20.8%), 관엽식물(15.0%)의 비율이 높았으며, 꽃 전문 온라인쇼핑몰은 꽃바구니(34.44%), 박스플라워(27.2%), 꽃다발(23.2%)의 비율이 높았다. 판매단가는 품목에 관계없이 꽃 전문 온라인 쇼핑몰이 꽃집 보다 비싸게 조사되었다. 꽃집에서 꽃 판매 형태는 가정용 절화는 100% 꽃다발은 77%가 직접 방문에 의해 판매되었고, 꽃바구니, 꽃다발, 박스플라워는 80%이상이 전화주문에 의해 구매된 것으로 나타났다. This survey was conducted to investigate the actual condition of flower sale in shopping mall for flower and flower shop, which is located in some metropoltan cities. In the case of flower shop. rate of selling amount is 65% for cut flower, 19.3% for foliage plant, 14.8% for orchid and 0.9% for others. Among the cut flowers, wreath for celebration or condolence account for 32.5%, flower basket 23.4%. foliage plant 19.3% and orchid 14.8%. In the case of online shopping mall, rate of selling amount is 87.6% for cut flower, 5.8% for orchid and 3.4% foliage plant. Number of sale, in flower shop, was very high orderly at flower basket(28.1%), bouquet(20.8%) and foliage plant(15%). However, shopping mall showed that number of sale was high at flower basket(34.4%), box flower(27.2%) orderly. Sale price was higher in online shopping mall than in flower shop independent on items. Form of flower sale, in flower shop, was appeared that 100% for home and 77% for bouquet were soled by visiting, above 80% of flower basket, bouquet and box flower were soled by telephone.

      • 소양호 유역에서 비점오염원의 홍수유출과 오염수괴의 호수내 이동

        In Korea most of nutrient tending into lakes is concentrated in stormy seasons. Phosphorus lording and transport of turbid storm runoff water was investigated in a reservoir, Lake Soyang, Korea. Concentration of phosphorus was measured at ten meter intervals on the monthly babe in dry seasons and biweekly in stormy seasons. The loading from drainage basin was determined by measuring total phosphorus (TP)concentration in the main in flowing stream, the Soyang River. Because total phosphorus concentration and flow rate of the Soyang River was high in flood period, most of annual phosphorus tending was concentrated in several sporadic storm runoff. In July of 181)8 phosphorus input was 418 tP/month. It was much higher than that in June, 6.0 tP/month. 10% of annual total phosphorus input was discharged through outlet during the period from ,lune to October. Turbidity was much higher(2~ 78 NTU) in stormy seasons than in dry seasons (1 ~ 9 NTU). Cold storm runoff laden with high turbidity and phosphorus flowed into metalimnion along the layer of same densify. Total phosphours concentration of intermediate turbid water ranged from 20 to 230 ?gp/m³. After stormy seasons high nutrient concentration was con-sistently observed at intermediate layer until autumn turnover. In autumn descending mixing depth caused increase of phosphorus concentration in the epilimnion.

      • 허브식물의 속명 어원에 관한 조사분석

        원예치료용으로도 다수 이용되고 있는 허브식물의 특성 파악과 정확한 구분, 교육 및 연구에 효율적으로 이용할 수 있는 기초자료 수립측면에서 허브식물 97종의 속명 어원을 조사하였다. 허브식물의 속명 유래를 조사한 결과 성분 및 용도(27.8%), 언어명(23.7%), 형태(13.4%), 신화(7.2%), 향기(6.2%), 생육습성(6.2%), 색깔(5.2%), 인명(4.1%), 기타(00%)에서 유래된 것 순이었다. 성분 및 용도에서 유래된 것은 주로 약리 작용에서 유래된 비율이 높았다. 언어명에서 유래된 것은 주로 고대 그리스 및 로마시대의 식물명이었다. 형태에서 유래된 것은 허브식물의 잎과 줄기, 꽃 및 뿌리가 속명의 유래원이었다. 신화에서 유래된 것은 주로 기쁨이나 약효와 관련된 것이었다. 향기에서 유래된 것은 식물의 전체 혹은 종자에서 냄새가 나는 것에서 유래되었다. 생육습성은 자생지역이나 개화습성, 덩굴성 등의 특성이 반영되어 있었다. 기타 식물의 꽃, 잎, 뿌리의 색깔과 왕의 이름, 맛 지명, 벌, 꽃이 아름다운데서 유래된 것이 있었다. The derivation of genera names in 97 herb plants were investigated to obtain the basis information useful for understanding the characteristics of herbs, classifying correctly, teaching and researching about them. Most genera names were derived from constituent and utilization(27.8%), and followed by language(23.7%), morphological characters(13.4%), myth(7.2%), odor(6.2%), color(5.2%) and human's name(4.1%) orderly. Genera names derived from constituent and utilization were originated mostly from medicinal effect, and those from language name were mostly originated from the plant names of Greek and Rome. Genera names derived from myth were mostly originated from delight and medicinal effect, and those from oder were originated from order of whole plant or seed. Genera names derived from growth habit indicate the character of flowering habit, native location and vine. The others of genera names were originated from the color of flower, leaf and root, king's name, taste, place name and flower beauty.

      • WLL 기지국용 다운 컨버터 설계

        In this paper, A down converter to convert RF signal into IF signal is designed at the WLL base-station. It consists of low noise amplifier module and down mixer module. The low noise amplifier module is composed of three-stage and a feedback circuit is added in the first-stage low noise amplifier in order to obtain unconditional stability and good flatness. The configuration of the down mixer module is a single-ended type gate mixer. For the good isolation characteristic of each port, a bandpass filter and a lowpass filter are inserted in the input and output port. To design the down converter without the IF power amplifier, it is important to maximize conversion gain. So the down converter of this paper is designed for the purpose of obtaining a high conversion gain. From the results, the IF output power is -12.68dBm when the LO and the RF power level are 7dBm and -80dBm, respectively. Also when the LO power level is 7dBm, P1dB is -0.19dBm, and the RF input power range shows 70dB on wide operating range.

      • 꽃바구니에 사용된 절화, 절지 및 절엽의 종류와 특성

        꽃바구니 127개를 대상으로 사용된 절화, 절지 및 절엽의 종류와 특성을 조사하였다. 꽃바구니는 절화 1종만으로 꽂은 것이 36.0%, 2종류로 꽂은 것이 37.7%로 2종류 이하가 73%나 차지하였다. 절화 1종만으로 꽂은 꽃바구니 중 43.5%는 소국을, 27.5%는 장미, 17.8%는 백합을 이용하였다. 절화 2-3종이 조합을 이룬 꽃바구니에서는 소국, 장미, 안개꽃, 백합의 사용이 많았다. 꽃바구니에 사용된 절화 형태는 매스플라워 37.2%, 필러플라워 30.3%, 폼플라워 22.4%, 라인플라워 10.1%였다. 꽃바구니에 사용된 절화의 색 조합은 단색만 사용된 꽃바구니가 39.9%, 2색이 사용된 것이 43.1%였으며, 3색 이상이 사용된 꽃바구니는 17.0%였다. 꽃바구니에 사용된 절화의 길이는 폼플라워와 매스플라워는 21-50cm, 라인플라워는 31-60cm, 필러플라워는 10-40cm가 많았다. 꽃바구니에 사용된 절지 및 절엽중에 1종류만 사용된 것이 45.9%, 2종이 사용된 것이 37.5%, 3종이상이 사용된 것이 12.5%였으며, 아스파라거스, 편백, 사스레피나무가 많이 사용되었다. 꽃바구니에 사용된 절지 및 절엽의 형태는 필러폴리지가 56.3%, 매스폴리지가 25.1%, 폼폴리지가 15.0% 순이였다. Kinds and characteristics of cut flower, cut branch and cut foliage used for flower baskets were investigated. Flower baskets using olny 1 cut flower is 36% and 2 kinds of cut 37%. Among flower baskets using 1 species of cut flower, 43.5% used spray chrysanthemu, rose, Gypsophila and lily. Among gorms of cut flowers for flower basket, mass flower is 37.2%, filler flower 30.3%, form flower 22.4%. Among colors of cut flowers for flower basket, only 1 color is 39.9%, 2 colors 43.1% and above 3 colors 17%. Length of cut flower used for flower basket is 21-50cm in form and mass flower, 31-60cm in line flower, 10-40cm in filler flower. As for cut branch and cut foliage used for flower basket, only mainly Asparagus, Chamaecyparis and Eurya. As for cut branch and cut foliage used for flower basket, filler foliage is 56.3%, mass foliage 25.1% and form foliage 15%.

        화훼꽃말의 표준화를 위한 화훼꽃말의 종류와 유래에 관한 연구

        This survey was carried out to investigate kinds and origins of flower languages of common flowering plants and standardize them. A flowering plant has about 5 kinds of flower languages. Differnt literatures have different flower languages for the same flowering plant. So differnt flower languages need to have standard flower languages. Flower languages originate from shape(8.0%) > color(7.5%) > characteristics(4.4%) > mythology and legend(4.9%) > scientific name(2.3%) > flowering time(1.8%) > perfume(0.9%) > and others(1.7%). The origin of 68.5% of flower languages was found to be obscure.

      • 심리 연습이 사격 경기력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mental practice on shooting performance. The subjects were 20 male students who were belonging to the department of Physical Education in I city. They were randomly devided into two groups (control and experimental group). The subjects in experimental group were trained by Skinks rifle video tape for 8 weeks and the subjects in control group were not trained for 8 weeks. Before and after 8 weeks training, All subjects performed 10 M rifle shooting and the records were analyzed by t-test. The results were summarized as follows; 1. After 8 weeks training, the performance of control group in shooting was increased but it was not shown a significant level. 2. After 8 weeks training, the performance of experimental group in shooting was significantly increased.(p< .001) 3. After 8 weeks training, the performance of experimental group in shooting was significantly higher than that of control group. (p< .01)
