보호종료청소년들의 자립을 위한 서비스디자인 : 국민정책디자인단 활동 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 보호종료청소년의 자립을 위한 정책 서비스를 위해 수요자 중심의 서비스 디자인 방법을 활용하여 핵심 문제를 정의하고 해결 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 정책수요자인 보호종료청소년과 분야 전문가, 정책담당 공무원, 서비스 디자이너가 직접 정책에 참여하는 국민정책디자인단의 일환으로 진행되었으며 서비스 디자인 프로세스(Double Diamond)에 따라 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 보호종료청소년의 온전한 자립을 위해서는 자립 이전 보호시설에서의 심리적, 정서적 안정감이 우선되어야 하고, 이를 위해서 청소년 시기 스스로를 위한 능동적인 의사결정과 그에 따른 지속적인 성취가 필요하다는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 실패해도 괜찮아 자립 노트, 내 꿈을 향해 진로 탐색과 직업체험 등 다양한 정책서비스를 제안한다. 앞으로는 심리적 안정감과 능동적 의사결정 능력을 기를 수 있는 청소년 프로그램 및 정책들이 보육시설의 청소년뿐만 아니라 자립을 준비하는 모든 청소년에게 확대되어, 아이들이 올바르게 성장하고 자립하는 사회를 기대해본다. This study tried to define core problems and suggest solutions by using a consumer-oriented service design method for policy services for self-subsisting of youths who have ended protection. It was conducted as part of the National Policy Design Team in which policy consumers, such as youth who have ended protection, field experts, policy officials, and service designers directly participate in the policy, and the research was conducted according to the service design process (Double Diamond). As a result of the study, it was found that psychological and emotional stability in a shelter before independence must be prioritized for the complete independence of adolescents who have completed protection. Accordingly, various policy services such as It s okay to fail self-subsisting note, Toward my dream career exploration and job experience are proposed. In the future, youth programs and policies that can develop psychological stability and active decision-making ability will be expanded to all youth preparing for independence as well as youth in childcare facilities, and expect a society in which children grow up properly and become independent.

The goal of this paper is to investigate some aspects of the use of the English adjective beautiful synchronically and diachronically through COCA and COHA. The main findings of the study are as follows. (i) beautiful is most used in FICTION of 5 genres. (ii) According to COHA, the frequency of beautiful increases rapidly in the 1820s, and reaches its highest point in the 1840s and 1850s, and then decreases continuously until 1980s. (iii) COCA shows that beautiful, as expected, combines more strongly with female nouns than other nouns. (iv) The paper examined Korean college students’ familiarity with ‘beautiful+human/kin noun’ expressions. There was a big difference in nouns such as boy, baby, child, son between COCA and the Korean college students’ responses. This result shows that Korean learners of English need to study English with focus on chunks rather than individual words.

Permanent-magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSMs) are suitable for the Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) due to their high efficiency and torque/power density. Since the torque of a PMSM is determined by the stator currents, stator current control is essential in the torque control. Also, available torque of a PMSM is dependent on motor speed and battery voltage (dc-link voltage of the inverter). In this paper, a new current reference generation method is proposed, which can increase the system efficiency with high control accuracy even when the battery voltage varies. The performance of the proposed method is verified with experimental results.

Electric driven cars are composed of electric converters (inverter, DCDC convert,), which converts high voltage and current. Distinct from conventional ECU, high voltage system and low voltage system exist in the converters. High voltage and current generates high electric and magnetic noise and require shorter response time than conventional ECU’s. As failsafe requirements for vehicle is getting higher, building reliable fault detection system becomes more important. Due to these two requirements, converters need to have a protection system with high reliability and immediacy compared to conventional ECUs. This paper investigates conventional method to detect fault signal, which was used for an internal combustion vehicle and propose a new method to have a reliability and immediacy for electric driven cars. This proposed method achieves a protection system with high reliability and immediacy using CPLD device.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Mass transfer, kinetics, and mechanism of electrochemical CO<SUB>2</SUB> reduction have been explored on a model mesostructure of highly-ordered copper inverse opal (Cu-IO), which was fabricated by Cu electrodeposition in a hexagonally-closed packed polystyrene template. As the number of Cu-IO layers increases, the formation of C<SUB>2</SUB> products such as C<SUB>2</SUB>H<SUB>4</SUB> and C<SUB>2</SUB>H<SUB>5</SUB>OH was significantly enhanced at reduced overpotentials (∼200 mV) compared to a planar Cu electrode. At the thickest layer, we observe for the first time the formation of acetylene (C<SUB>2</SUB>H<SUB>2</SUB>), which can be generated through a kinetically slow reaction pathway and be a key descriptor in the unveiling of the CC coupling reaction mechanism.
