      • 선속 변화에 의한 능동형 횡 동요감쇠장치의 효과

        제주대학교 실습선 아라호에 장착된 능동형 횡 동요 감쇠장치의 성능이 선박의 속력과의 관계를 파악 하기 위하여 선박을 정지, 미속, 중속, 전속으로 구분하여 횡 동요 감쇠장치를 정지(Passive A.R.T), 작동(Active A.R.T)을 했을 때 경사계에 의한 횡 동요각 및 종 동요각, 풍속계에 의한 풍속의 변화에 의한 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 선박이 정지했을 때가 능동형 횡 동요 감쇠장치의 1/3, 1/10 횡 동요각 유의 진폭에서 감소률이 가장 높아 47.2%, 50.3%를 나타냈으며, 반면에 중속인 경우 가장 낮은7.1%, 7.4% 나타내므로, 이 장치는 선속의 변화에 차이가 있는 것으로 판단된다. 2. 선속의 변화에 따라 그 효율이 많은 차이가 있으므로 이 장치를 장착한 선박의 운항자는 이를 감안하여 작동하여야 할 것으로 생각되며, 통계분석 결과에 의해서 선속과 감소률의 관계를 회귀분석식으로 나타내어 보면 다음과 같았다. 즉, 횡동요각 유의 진폭 (Amplitude of and significant roll (φ_(1/3)) : y= -3.233χ + 45.613 횡동요각 유의 진폭 (Amplitude of and significant roll (φ_(1/10)) : y= -3.157χ + 46.840을 각각 얻을 수 있었다. This experimental paper deals with the performance of tanks that are turned the active A.R.T(Anti-Rolling Tank) when the fluid transfers from wing tanks to the opposite tank by the power developed by the automatic control system (INTERING Stabilizer), which was installed in the fishery training ship T/S. A - RA (G/T : 990 tons) of Cheju National University. In this paper, the author has tested the performance of INTERING Stabilizer from the signals obtained by the inclinometer in irregular waves and compared with the results obtained in passive mode operation at stop and at various ship speeds. The performances of the system were confirmed the results as follows through the tests : 1. The Rates of reduction in significant roll(φ_(1/3)) of performance of Active-Rolling Tank at stop. dead slow ahead, half ahead, full ahead were obtained 47.2%, 26.3%, 7.7% 9.7%, respectively. 2. The operators had to consider to be different to change according to the various ship speeds for working. and the author could get the linea regressions about the rates of reduction at the results of a statistical analysis through the time histories of rolling angles in A.R.T. in irregular waves using various ship's speeds.         용도지역 경계부 유형과 개발현황에 관한 연구 : 노선상업지역과 일반주거지역 경계부 대지를 중심으로

        This study has focused on investigating the types of border which are divided by the zoning district in Seoul and has analyzed the process of subdividing and amalgamating a lot including several zones among the type of border, which is located between dwelling distirct and commercial district. As a result, a lot including several zones has been had the process of subdividing and amalgamating in order to increase the development capacity, and this process has been accepted as an legal action by rule that zoning can be dicided by the majority which is occupied with zoning area in a lot including several zones. We suggest how to estimate the 'floor area ratio'&'building coverage ratio'by respective zone's area ratio in the Lots Divided by Zoning-Lines.

        키토산을 첨가한 콤포짓트 레진의 기계적 성질과 항균성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the mechanical and anti-microbial properties of newly prepared chitosan G for human gingival fibroblast. Compressive strength, diametral tensile strength and tensile strength of specimens of resin composite, with or without chitosan G incorporated, were measured. Using a SEM (S-4700, Hitach, Japan), pictures of microbes were taken and adherent capability of microbes to the surface of resin composite was investigated. The results were as follows; 1. The values of compressive strength, diametral tensile strength and tensile strength, composite resin containing 7㎎/㎖ chitosan G were higher than the control group(p>0.05) but composite resin containing 40 ㎎/㎖ chitosan G were either the same or lower than the control group(P<0.05) 2. The MIC of newly prepared chitosan G for S mutans KCTC 3065 and C albicans KCTC 7965 were more than 2 ㎎/㎖. 3. The adherent capability of microbes significantly decreased as the amount of chitosan G increased in the test specimens compared to the control group for C aibicans KCTC 7965 (P<0.05) but there was no statistical significance for S mutans KCTC 3065(p>0.05) . 4. The cytotoxicity of newly prepared chitosan G for human gingival fibroblast was not showed. In conclusion, resin composite with chitosan G incorporated did not show any statistically significant difference for mechanical properties (p>0.05) but it showed a significant antimicrobial effect against C albicans (P<0.05).

        지역·지구 경계부 대지의 건축기준 적용에 관한 연구 : 개발용량에 의한 총합개념을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to analyze a problem of the application of 'Korean building code' occurred by discord a zoning line and a lot line, and to find a way out of this problem. The application of 'Korean building code' is based on the development capacity which is decided by urban planning, and it is grounded that 'the total development capacity' should not be over-estimated for the public profit. In a lot, that is including several zones, we suppose to estimate the 'floor area ratio'&'building coverate ratio', which determine the lot's development capacity, by respective zone's area ratio.

      • Chemical Composition and Phytoestrogen Analysis of Iranian Black Pomegranate Juice Concentrate and Seeds

        In this study, as preliminary research for the development of natural estrogen supplement the chemical properties of Iranian black pomegranate juice concentrate and seeds were evaluated. Proximate compositions of pomegranate juice concentrate and seeds were as follows; crude lipid 0.4% and 8.2%, moisture 39.9% and 6.6%, crude protein 0.9% and 12.2%, ash 1.4% and 1.7%, and carbohydrate 42.0% and 84.5% respectively. Major amino acids are glutamic acid (1310.0ppm) and aspartic acid (896.2ppm) in juice concentrate, and glycine (611.1ppm) and arginin (401.6ppm) in seeds. Ascorbic acid has the highest concentration of 20.0mg/l00g in juice concentrate and 0.23mg/l00 in seeds. The compositions of unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid were higher than those of saturated fatty acids such as stearic palmitic acid. Major minerals were potassium, calcium and sodium, potassium was highest in both juice concentrate and seeds. Vitamins were composed of ascorbic acid (20.0mg/l00g), vitamin B$_1$ 수식 이미지(0.12mg/100g) and niacin (0.80mg/l00g) in juice concentrate, and only ascorbic acid(0.23mg/l00g) in seeds. Organic acids such as citric and L-malic acid were detected only in pomegranate juice concentrate. The contents of total polyphenols were 4.55g/L in juice concentrate and 3.5mg/l00g in seeds, respectively. Phytoestrogens detected in pomegranate juice concentrate and seeds were daidzein, quercetin, genistein and 17β-estradiol.

        용도지역 적용방식별 비교ㆍ평가 연구 : 도시지역내 2이상의 용도지역에 걸치는 대지를 대상으로 A Case of the Lots Divided by Zoning-Line in the Urban Area

        This study is focusing on analyzing the effect and meaning of the zone on the lot divided by zoning line which is run by the current law to get rational solutions. Each evaluation applies to realistic and applicable methods according to regulations. The three ways of application methods on the zone of the selected lot divided by zoning appear are Land Area Method, Building Area Method, and Zone Method. All three ways have their own meanings and limitations to apply, but according to the analysis result, we could decide that Region Method is the most effective way. However, it has sever limitations when we design site plan, building-use and building form in a land, so complements are required for each of provisions. Therefore, We suggest new approach about the building development scale, and for building-use and a right to enjoy sunshine, We suggest complementary methods for each case. First, We apply for a complex method for deciding on the building development scale. Second, for determination of the building uses, We permit the mixed-usage when a building sets on the lot divided by zoning line, and for a right to enjoy sunshine, We select the application method for the bigger land.

      • 韓國弓道選手들의 體格 및 體力에 關한 硏究 : 國家代表 및 體育大 選手들을 中心으로

        The autors have an observation study on physical characteristic and fitness were determined in forty-two competitors of archery(31 of male and 11 of female), who are Korean national archer's and archer's of Korean National College of Physical Education. The results are summarized as follows: (1) Male and female competitors of archery of physique stage were as obesity in regard to standard body composition of the other athletes. (2) Mascular strength of competitors of archery was when compared those of data were excellent than those of Korean youth. And there was statistically significant difference of lifting power between archer's and shooter's, when compared those of data of archer's was excellent than those of shooter's. (3) Comparison of agility, flexibility and power(motor function) score were not differences between competitors of Korean national archery and college archer's, when compared those of data was good than those of other athletes.

      • 제주도 해안선주변 1개정점(용두암 근처)에서 해수 특성의 일주 변화

        In order to know diurnal change of sea water characteristics at a station(near Dragon Head Rock) around the coast line of Cheju Island. Observations have been performed at intervals of two hours for 24 hours in Oct. 1987 and Feb. 1988 Apr.. and Aug. 1. Water temperature varied hour by hour. Variation range between maximum and minimum temperature during the day was high (over 2C) in Aug. and Oct. and low (ca. 1C) in Feb. and Apr.. 2. Variation range between maximum and minimum salinity during the day was highest (1.7%) in Oct. and Feb. with maximum salinity one hour after high tide. 3. Concentration of dissolved oxygen and suspended solid corresponded to standard sea-water quality class [I], showing the favorable environment. 4. The highest concentrations of nitrate-nitrogen and silicate-silicon were in Oct. and Feb.. whereas the highest value of phosphate-phosphorus was in April. 5. Concentration of chlorophyll a was high april and low in Feb.. The value during the daytime was 1.5 times higher (0.83㎎/㎥) than that at night (0.54㎎/㎥).

      • 탄소강재의 회전굽힘응력 하에서의 피로균열의 성장식과 수명예측

        In this work, fatigue crack growth equations and Life Predition are studied. New exponential crack growth equation are presented to describe the crack growth behaviors from an artificial pit of three type carbon steels (G. J1 and J2) under rotary bending (R= -1). Crack growth curves obtained from new exponential crack growth equations are in good agreement with experimental data of carbon steels. Fatigue life predition are also carried out by numerical integral method. Predition lives using new exponential crack growth equations and 4th order polynominal crack growth equations are also compared with experimental results. Predition lives obtained from new exponential crack growth equation are in good agreement with the experimental ones. The difference between predition lives and experimental ones are not exceed ±10%. The other hand, in the case of using 4th order polynominal crack growth equations, the difference between predition lives and exprimental ones are exceed ±20%.
