Dynamics Learning Network with Structured Recurrent Modules
Miyanaga, Yoshikazu,Tochinai, Koji,Li, Yisheng 대한전자공학회 1994 ISPACS:Intelligent Signal Processing and Communica Vol.1 No.1
In this report, a local connected recurrent neural network, and a new learning algorithm are proposed. The network which has the ability to memorize and regenerate complex dynamics is constructed by adaptive oscillating modules. This module consists of two simply neuron nodes with recurrent connections. In the new learning algorithm, each module can be trained in independently with suitable sped for given input data. The network's size is also adaptively determined in learning process. Finally, some simulation results are demonstrated to verify the effectiveness of the proposed network structure and the learning algorithm.

ZCVI4-2 was a novel nitric oxide-releasing glycosyl derivative of oleanolic acid that displayed strong cytotoxicity selectively against human hepatocellular carcinoma in vitro and in vivo. In this study, ZCVI4-2 was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, powder X-ray diffractometry, Raman spectroscopy, hygroscopicity and stability. A high performance liquid chromatography method was also established for the quantitative determination of solubility and additional stability profile of ZCVI4-2. ZCVI4-2 was found to be an amorphous and stable solid with low solubility of less than 10 μg/mL. Based on the solubilization tests that included methods of cosolvency and micellization, the solution mixture of 5% Solutol HS-15, 5% 1, 2-propylene glycol and 5% anhydrous ethanol was determined to be the system for the preparation of the ZCVI4-2 early injection solution. The effect of pH, temperature, light and injectable isotonic glucose or NaCl solution on ZCVI4-2 injection was also investigated. Good stability was observed at all testing conditions. Under the conditions studied, the NO-releasing rate and amount of ZCVI4-2 from the early injection solution in rat plasma demonstrated a promising therapeutic efficacy while maintaining a good safety profile.

A novel mannose-binding tuber lectin with in vitro antiproliferative activity towards human cancer cell lines and antiviral activity against HSV-II was isolated from fresh tubers of a traditional Chinese medicinal herb, Typhonium divaricatum (L.) Decne by a combined procedure involving extraction, ammonium sulfate precipitation, ion exchange chromatography on DEAE-SEPHAROSE, CM-SEPHAROSE and gel-filtration on sephacryl S-200. The apparent molecular mass of the purified Typhonium divaricatum lectin (TDL) was 48 kDa. TDL exhibits hemagglutinating activity toward rabbit erythrocytes at 0.95 $\mu$g/ml, and its activity could be strongly inhibited by mannan, ovomucoid, asialofetuin and thyroglobulin. TDL showed antiproliferative activity towards some well established human cancer cell lines, e.g. Pro-01 (56.7 $\pm$ 6.8), Bre-04 (41.5 $\pm$ 4.8), and Lu-04 (11.4 $\pm$ 0.3). The anti-HSV-II activity of TDL was elucidated by testing its HSV-II infection inhibitory activity in Vero cells with $TC_50$ and $EC_50$ of 5.176 mg/ml and 3.054 $\mu$g/ml respectively. The full-length cDNA sequence of TDL was 1145 bp and contained an 813-bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding a 271 amino acid precursor of 29-kDa. Homology analysis showed that TDL had high homology with many other mannose-binding lectins. Secondary and three-dimensional structures analyses showed that TDL is heterotetramer and similar with lectins from mannose-binding lectin superfamily, especially those from family Araceae.
Effect of Tensile Deformation of Austenite on the Morphology and Strength of Lath Martensite
Zengmin Shi,Kai liu,Maoqiu Wang,Jie Shi,Han Dong,Jian Pu,Bo Chi,Yisheng Zhang,Li Jian 대한금속·재료학회 2012 METALS AND MATERIALS International Vol.18 No.2
A hot-rolled steel, 22SiMn2TiB, was employed to study the effect of austenite deformation on the micro-structure and strength of the subsequently formed lath martensite. It was revealed that the sizes of the mar-tensite packet, block and lath were refined by the tensile deformation of austenite at temperatures above 850 °C. With the increase of the deformation temperature, the packet size increased, whereas the block size decreased. The width of the lath was independent of the prior austenite grain size and the deformation temperature. The refinement of martensite blocks was considered to strengthen the ausformed martensite.
