        Role of histone deacetylase activity in the developing lateral line neuromast of zebrafish larvae

        Histone deacetylases are involved in many biological processes and have roles in regulating cell behaviors such as cell cycle entry, cell proliferation and apoptosis. However, the effect of histone deacetylases on the development of hair cells (HCs) has not been fully elucidated. In this study, we examined the influence of histone deacetylases on the early development of neuromasts in the lateral line of zebrafish. Hair cell development was evaluated by fluorescent immunostaining in the absence or presence of histone deacetylase inhibitors. Our results suggested that pharmacological inhibition of histone deacetylases with inhibitors, including trichostatin A, valproic acid and MS-275, reduced the numbers of both HCs and supporting cells in neuromasts. We also found that the treatment of zebrafish larvae with inhibitors caused accumulation of histone acetylation and suppressed proliferation of neuromast cells. Real-time PCR results showed that the expression of both p21 and p27 mRNA was increased following trichostatin A treatment and the increase in p53 mRNA was modest under the same conditions. However, the expression of p53 mRNA was significantly increased by treatment with a high concentration of trichostatin A. A high concentration of trichostatin A also led to increased cell death in neuromasts as detected in a TUNEL assay. Moreover, the nuclei of most of these pyknotic cells were immunohistochemically positive for cleaved caspase-3. These results suggest that histone deacetylase activity is involved in lateral line development in the zebrafish and might have a role in neuromast formation by altering cell proliferation through the expression of cell cycle regulatory proteins.

        Strategies for Feet Massage Robot to Position the Pelma Acupoints with Model Predictive and Real-time Optimization

        It is one of critical factors for a massage robot to find and position the acupuncture point precisely inorder to cure the diseases. Based on large amount of sample data offline, Chinese medical empirical knowledgeis also introduced to build the prediction model. The massagist prescription and the robot mechanism devise areboth considered for robot positioning. Least squares method is of simplicity, easy to use and high efficiency. Its real-time calculation is very effective, too. A modeling method for robot positioning is proposed based onleast squares. Knowledge consultation is set for the calculation of acupoint position. The robot needs to get thefeature points of a foot to be massaged. The foot contour sampling data are divided into piecewise curve fitting. Qlearningis adopted to optimize the robot positioning for they are model free. CMAC (Cerebellar Model ArticulationController) cerebellum model is incorporated into the function approximation of Q learning. The learning systemis rewarded by referring to the strengths of instrumental signal. By the direct representation, the model of humanpelma acupoint is expressed with the vector variables and formal computer language. Through prediction model’scalculation, the robot will work out the rough position of acupuncture point. Meanwhile, Q learning does the onlineadjustment for accurate location. These strategies provide for the robot to automatically search and position thepelma acupoint with little real-time computation and storage. The idea of this paper also prompts a research cue forthe development of Chinese medical standardization.

        MPS eutectic reaction model development for severe accident phenomenon simulation

        During the postulated severe accident of nuclear reactor, eutectic reaction leads to low-temperature melting of fuel cladding and early failure of core structure. In order to model eutectic melting with the moving particle semi-implicit (MPS) method, the eutectic reaction model is developed to simulate the eutectic reaction phenomenon. The coupling of mass diffusion and phase diagram is applied to calculate the eutectic reaction with the uniform temperature. A heat transfer formula is proposed based on the phase diagram to handle the heat release or absorption during the process of eutectic reaction, and it can combine with mass diffusion and phase diagram to describe the eutectic reaction with temperature variation. The heat transfer formula is verified by the one-dimensional melting simulations and the predicted interface position agrees well with the theoretical solution. In order to verify the eutectic reaction models, the eutectic reaction of uranium and iron in two semi-infinite domains is simulated, and the profile of solid thickness decrease over time follows the parabolic law. The modified MPS method is applied to calculate Transient Reactor Test Facility (TREAT) experiment, the penetration rate in the simulations are agreeable with the experiment results. In addition, a hypothetical case based on the TREAT experiment is also conducted to validate the eutectic reaction with temperature variation, the results present continuity with the simulations of TREAT experiment. Thus the improved method is proved to be capable of simulating the eutectic reaction in the severe accident.

        A study on the occupational happiness of teachers in private primary schools in China

        21세기 이래, 중국은 ‘교육 강국’이라는 구호를 내걸고 국가와 정부 는 교육 사업을 우선적으로 발전시키고 있다. 중국은 9년제 의무교육 을 실시하고 공립초등학교는 국가에서 전액 지원하고 있다. 그러나 사립초등학교는 독립적으로 운영되며 중소학교교육의 불가결의 일부 분이다. 이는 공립학교의 스트레스를 완화시켰을 뿐만 아니라 학교운 영의 특색도 형성하였다. 중국에서는 공립ㆍ사립 초등학교가 모두 입 시 위주의 교육 아래 같은 응시 과정을 실시한다. 그러나 법에 의해 설립된 교육기구로서 중국의 사립초등학교는 국가의 전액재정보조가 없기에 독립적인 관리, 독립적인 모집과 교직원 관리가 필요하다. 공 립초등학교 교원과 비교할 때 작업강도가 높고 사회적 지위와 인정 도가 낮기 때문에 중국 사립 소학교의 교원은 일반적으로 불안정하 다. 이 연구는 중국 강서성의 5개 사립초등학교 교사 360명을 대상으 로 341개의 유효한 표본을 수집했다. 본 연구는 <초등학교 교사 직 업행복감>을 측정도구로 사용하였다. 조사 데이터를 기초로 본 연구 는 강서성 사립초등학교 교사들의 직업 행복감의 현황과 사립초등학 교 교사들의 직업 행복감에 영향을 미치는 다른 차원 총체적 특징을 분석했다. 연구결과에 대한 데이터분석을 통해 중국 사립 초등학교 교사들의 사회지지와 자아실현의 어려움이 교원직업의 행복체험에 영향주고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그 결과를 보면 중국에서 사립 초등학교 여자 교사의 직업 행복감이 남자 교사보다 높았고, 청년 교 사의 직업 행복감이 교사 연령이 긴 교사보다 높았음을 알 수 있다. 문학, 수학, 영어 과목은 초등학교 주요 시험 과목이다. 3개 주요 시 험 과목의 교사들은 사회적 지원을 받기 때문에 상대적으로 직업 행 복도가 높게 나타나고 있다. 연구결과에 근거하여 다음과 같은 대책을 제기한다. 첫째, 사회에 대한 인식을 전환하고 사립초등학교 교원의 사회적 지위를 제고시켜 야 한다. 둘째, 사립 초등학교는 자기의 독특한 학교 운영 특성을 수 립할 때 교원의 주체역할을 강화하고 교원의 관리역할을 충분히 발 휘시켜야 한다. 셋째, 사립 초등학교 교원에 대한 관심을 강화해야 한다. 학교 관리자들은 인문 배려를 통해 교원의 수요를 만족시키고 교원의 친근감과 학교에 대한 귀속감을 제고해야 한다. 남녀 교사, 청년 교원, 수업 연한이 긴 교원 및 각 학과 교원에게 적합한 직업발 전환경을 제공해야 한다. Since the 21st century, China has put forward the slogan— Education makes a country strong. The national government calls for giving priority to the development of education. In China, the nine-year compulsory education is implemented. Public primary schools and junior middle schools are funded by the state in full amount. However, private primary schools and junior middle schools operate on their own,which are also an indispensable part of primary and secondary education. It not only relieves the pressure of public schools, but also forms their own unique school-running characteristics. In China, both public and private primary schools implement the same examination-oriented curriculum under the background of examination-oriented education. However, as educational institutions established in accordance with laws and regulations, private primary schools in China do not have the full financial subsidy from the state and need to conduct independent management, independent recruitment and faculty management. Private primary schools in China generally have unstable staffs because of the heavy workload, lower social status and recognition than public primary school teachers. This study was conducted on 360 teachers from 5 private primary schools in Jiangxi province, China, and 341 valid samples were collected. <Primary School Teachers' Occupational Happiness Scale> was used as the measuring tool in this study. Based on the survey data, this paper analyzes the current situation of private primary school teachers' occupational happiness in Jiangxi province, and analyzes the general characteristics of different dimensions that affect the teachers' occupational happiness in private primary schools. Through the data analysis of the research results, it can be seen that the teachers of private primary schools in China are troubled by social support and self-actualization which influence experiencing occupational happiness. Known from the results, in China, the occupational happiness of female teachers in private primary schools are higher than that of male teachers, and that of young teachers are higher than that of teachers with long teaching experience. Literature, mathematics and English courses are the main exam subjects in primary school. Teachers of these three main exam courses can feel social support, so their occupational happiness is relatively high. According to the results of the study, the following countermeasures are proposed: First, to change social cognition and improve the social status of private primary school teachers. Second, private primary schools are supposed to strengthen the principal role of teachers and give full play to the management role of teachers when establishing their own unique school-running characteristics. Third, the sense of belonging of private primary school teachers should be valued. School administrators also need to meet the needs , to strengthen the humanistic care and to consider providing a suitable working environment for the career development, not only for male and female teachers, new and experienced teachers, but also the teachers in different subjects.

        【背景】中国当代山水画中的传统与现代符号融合的是一个复杂而多元的现象,它不仅反映了社会的进步和时代的发展,也体现了艺术家们对艺术的探索和创新。【目的】探讨中国当代山水画中传统与现代符号的融合,分析其对艺术作品的影响与时代价值。【方法】通过符号学分析法和中国山水画作品分析法,对传统与现代符号在中国当代山水画中的应用进行深入研究。【结果】 传统符号的沿用以及现代符号的引入,也给观众带来了新的视觉冲击和思考。传统与现代符号的融合丰富了山水画的艺术语言,形成了独特的艺术风格,为艺术家们提供了更广阔的创作空间和可能性。【结论】这种融合使得山水画更具时代感和生命力,也为我们提供了更多欣赏和理解当代山水画的机会和角度,而且也能够更好地反映当代社会的现实状况和人们的精神面貌。 [Background] The fusion of traditional and modern symbols in contemporary Chinese landscape painting is a complex and diversified phenomenon, which not only reflects the progress of society and the development of The Times, but also reflects the artists' exploration and innovation of art. [Objective] To explore the integration of traditional and modern symbols in contemporary Chinese landscape painting, and analyze its impact on artistic works and the value of the times. [Methods] The application of traditional and modern symbols in contemporary Chinese landscape painting was studied by means of semiotics analysis and Chinese landscape painting works analysis. [Conclusion] The use of traditional symbols and the introduction of modern symbols also bring new visual impact and thinking to the audience. The integration of traditional and modern symbols enriches the artistic language of landscape painting, forms a unique artistic style, and provides artists with a broader creative space and possibilities. [Conclusion]This integration makes landscape painting more sense of the times and vitality, and provides us with more opportunities and perspectives to appreciate and understand contemporary landscape painting, and can better reflect the reality of contemporary society and people's spiritual outlook.

      • 課堂提問的理論初探及其應用体系的建构 ― 以大學英語課堂爲例

        From the perspective of constructivism, comprehensible input theory and interaction theory, this paper discusses the positive role of questions in college English classes, providing theoretical basis and practical significance for enhancing college English teaching effect. The classroom questioning is not only one of the main class-communication activities, but also the important means which enhances the study effect of students and helps the teacher to achieve the teaching goal. To improve the effectiveness of classroom questioning, teachers should pay attention to the effectiveness of the preset、the timing、the method and the content of classroom questioning.

        Comparison and Selection of Solar Radiation Data for Photovoltaic Power Generation Project

        Based on the measured solar radiation and power generation data of a 5.6 kW PV grid-connected system in Beijing from June of 2012 to December of 2016, the diff erences between the measured data and the data provided by solar energy databases are analyzed. The results show that the measured data is lower than 80–90% of the data provided by Meteonorm and NASA databases. The actual output of PV system is less than 60–75% of the estimated power generation according to the databases. Considering the errors between the database and the measured value, it is suggested to reduce the radiation data in the selected database by 10–20% during the PV power generation project feasibility research and design stage, and ensure that the estimation of power generation is closer to the actual power generation.
