Extracting the Weak phases phi_2 and phi_3 from the amplitude parametrization

We determine the weak phases and the amplitudes by proposing parametrization to each topology of amplitudes in powers of the Wolfenstein parameter 0:22. Comparing this parametrization with available measurements, we can obtain the phase 3 from the B ! K data up to a theoretical uncertainty of O(3) 1%. We nd that the recently measured B0 d ! 00 branching ratio implies a large color-suppressed or penguin amplitude, and that the extraction of the phase 2 from the B ! data may suer a theoretical uncertainty of more than the expected one of O(2) 5%.

We study the off-equilibrium effects of the in aton field on the dynamics of primordial perturbations in the O(N) model. A self-consistent off-equilibrium formalism is employed to investigate the evolution of the in ationary background eld and its uctuations with the back-reaction effects. We nd two observable remains left behind after the off-equilibrium processes: the running spectral index of primordial density perturbations and the correlations between perturbation modes in phase space, which can serve as the imprints to probe the epoch of in ation, and beyond.
