This study is a case of the conversion process between the professional sports club commissioned type and the regional type of the Jeollabuk-do School Sports Department from March to December 2021. The Jeollabuk-do Office of Education promoted the ‘School Sports Department Specialized Sports Club Conversion Plan’. The policy of converting the sports club to a professional sports club is a policy to convert the existing school sports club into a professional sports club through a voluntary and democratic agreement among members in order to promote the nurturing of local student athletes and to ensure efficiency and transparency in operation. It is being implemented based on the collaboration between the sports association and sports organizations) and the Office of Education. As such, the professional sports club conversion policy is a self-reliant school sports policy promoted at the local provincial education office level, not the national level, to overcome the crisis of local school sports extinction due to population decline and to normalize school elite sports. Through this, it can be seen that not only has sufficient meaning and value as a research material related to school sports, but it is also a case that can provide basic data to improve the problems of local school sports departments that are in danger of extinction.

Deep level transient spectroscopy(DLTS) is a techique to chacterize traps in semicondoctor. This technieque has shown good sensitivity and accuracy for obtaining the four main physical parameters of deep traps:activation energy, trap concentration, majority or minority trap and capture cross section. DLTS signal is the difference between the transient capacitance at two sampling times(rate window) selected. During the thermal scan, there is a maximum or minimum peak corresponding to trap level. Trap level is found to 0.49 or 0.32eV below the conduotion band at 256K and 175K.

Deep Level Transient Spectrosoopy(DLTS) has been widely used in studying deep-level trapping centers in semiconductors. The conventional method of determining trap capture cross section, activation energy, trap concentration by DLTS peak amplitude as a function of filling pulse duration. A method is proposed that involves observing the DLTS peak amplitude change as the observation rate window(t₂- t₁) is varied for a fixed-duration filling pulse. This gives consistent results for the capture cross section and its dependence on temperature. Analysis of the technique is given and comparison between theory and experiment is presented for two electron traps in bulk schottky diode.

In this paper, we described the C-V(Capacitance-Voltage) characteristics in the GaAs MIS(Metal-Insulator-Semiconductor) structure. In particular, we took the interest in the shift of flat-band voltage due to the cooling down the semiconductor to the low temperature. The change of the work function difference is depend on the variation of the temperature. Furthermore, when the deep states in the semiconductor are near the interface between the insulator and semiconductor, the effects of them are superior to work function difference. As the results, the deviation of the V_(FB) is about 0.7 volts as the temperature decrease from 300 [k] to 130 [K]

If optical fiber is polished with paraller, very long coupling length is obtainahle, so can make WDM optical Coupler that dividahle n's Wavelengths. In this paper, we propose the condition of the WDM optical coupler that can divide two wavelengths to n's Wavelengths.

In this paper, BiCMOS(a combinded bipolar and CMOS) buffer is analyzed and characterized in terms of input, output characteristics and propagation delay times. These approximation responses are compared to those determinded by SPICE simulations and the agreement is satisfactory. As a result, BiCOMS has a larger driving capability than MOS transistor. (approximatly a dc current gain β times bipolar transistor.)
