        Yang Yuehua,Du Junping,Jia Yingmin,Sun Zengqi 제어로봇시스템학회 2010 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2010 No.10

As the users of social network sites increases, the types of applications service social network sites provide are becoming more and more. This paper establishes an SNS graph generation model based on social services provided by kaixin.com, which describes the intrinsic relationship of entities (users, groups, applications, posts, and albums) in the site; extracts some rules according to the relationship of entities and applies these rules to the SNS graph generation, so the SNS graph can be updated dynamically with the selected social network site; Finally proposes an algorithm used to predict which applications may obtain more users in the future roughly based on SNS graph and according to the prediction results the social network site can adjust its website structure thereby absorbing more users.

      • Distributed H∞ Consensus Control for Networks of Multiple Agents with Linear Coupling Dynamics

        Yang Liu,Yingmin Jia,Junping Du,Fashan Yu 제어로봇시스템학회 2009 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2009 No.8

This paper is devoted to the consensus control for a network of autonomous agents with high-dimension linear coupling dynamics and subject to external disturbances. By transforming the consensus control problem into an H∞ control problem, we propose a distributed state feedback protocol, and obtain conditions in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) to ensure the consensus with a prescribed H∞ performance level for networks with zero and nonzero communication delays, respectively. Furthermore, the undetermined feedback matrix of the proposed protocol is also solved. A numerical example is included to validate the theoretical results.

      • Effect of kaolin additive on PM2.5 reduction during pulverized coal combustion: Importance of sodium and its occurrence in coal

        Si, Junping,Liu, Xiaowei,Xu, Minghou,Sheng, Lei,Zhou, Zijian,Wang, Chao,Zhang, Yang,Seo, Yong-Chil Elsevier 2014 APPLIED ENERGY Vol.114 No.-

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Little work has been performed on the importance of sodium and its occurrence in coal to PM2.5 (particles less than 2.5μm in aerodynamic diameter) reduction by kaolin during O2/N2 combustion and O2/CO2 combustion at high temperatures. In this study, the combustion experiment of a treated low-sodium coal with sodium aluminosilicate additive was conducted in a lab-scale drop tube furnace (DTF) at 1500°C to reveal the contribution of mineral melting and coalescence to PM2.5 reduction. Meanwhile, two typical Na-loaded coals (in which the sodium was loaded in the form of NaCl and sodium carboxylate, respectively) with kaolin added were also burnt under O2/N2 and O2/CO2 atmospheres to investigate the effect of interaction between kaolin and different chemical form sodium on PM2.5 reduction. The results show that sodium aluminosilicate is able to promote the migration of PM0.5–2.5 (particles in aerodynamic diameter of 0.5–2.5μm) to form coarse particles. Due to the stronger reactivity of sodium carboxylate reacting with kaolin than that of NaCl, PM0.2–0.5 (particles in aerodynamic diameter of 0.2–0.5μm) decreases more significantly in the combustion when adding kaolin into the NaAc-loaded coal than into NaCl-loaded coal. In addition, the PM0.2–0.5 reduction in O2/CO2 combustion is lower than that in O2/N2 combustion owing to the less vaporization of metals and the slower diffusion rate of vapors in the O2/CO2 atmosphere in comparison to those in the O2/N2 atmosphere. The mineral coalescence varied in interactions of kaolin with NaAc and NaCl. Besides, the PM0.5–2.5 emission differed as a result of differences in coal characteristic and the atmosphere, and this would cause the difference of collision frequency between particles and additive. With the joint actions of mineral coalescence and particle collision, the NaAc-loaded coal has a higher PM0.5–2.5 reduction by kaolin than NaCl-loaded coal, especially under the O2/N2 combustion. An expression describing the relationship of PM0.5–2.5 reduction, mineral coalescence and particle collision was fitted and it is found that the mineral coalescence has a stronger influence than particle collision on PM0.5–2.5 reduction by kaolin.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> The sodium aluminosilicate plays an important role in PM2.5 reduction by kaolin. </LI> <LI> The capability of kaolin to reduce PM2.5 depends on the sodium occurrence in coals. </LI> <LI> The effect of kaolin on PM2.5 reduction becomes weaker during O2/CO2 combustion. </LI> <LI> Particle collision may be taken into consideration for PM2.5 reduction. </LI> </UL> </P>

Disturbance Observer-based Neural Network Integral Sliding Mode Control for a Constrained Flexible Joint Robotic Manipulator

        Quanwei Wen,Xiaohui Yang,Chao Huang,Junping Zeng,Zhixin Yuan,Peter Xiaoping Liu 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2023 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.21 No.4

In this paper, the tracking control problem of flexible joint robotic manipulator (FJRM) system subjected to system uncertainties and time-varying external disturbances (TVED) is addressed. A new disturbance observerbased neural network integral sliding mode controller with output constraints (DNISMCOC) that comprises the merits of neural networks, disturbance observer and integral sliding mode is proposed. Considering that the radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) has a fast learning convergence speed and great approximation ability, two matrices of RBFNN are utilized to estimate the parameter matrices of the dynamic model of FJRM. In view of the estimation errors of RBFNNs and TVED in the system, a disturbance observer is introduced to estimate the lump uncertainties which consist of them. Integral sliding mode is introduced for eliminating steady errors further. For ensuring security in some high-accuracy using occasions, a barrier lyapunov functions (BLF) is adopted to achieve output constraints of FJRM. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme, numerical simulations on 2-link FJRM are conducted. According to the comparisons among DNISMCOC and other state-ofthe-art controllers, the superiorities of DNISMCOC in several aspects are proved.

      • Variable Threshold Valued Tolerance Relation in Incomplete Information System

Liu ping,Xiong xiaoxiao,Yang Junping 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.9 No.7

Aiming at the incomplete information systems on the condition of no prior domain knowledge, several known model extension based on the rough set theory are introduced at first, such as the tolerance relation, non-symmetric similarity relation, limited tolerance relation and valued tolerance relation. Then the merits and drawbacks of several existing valued tolerance relations are compared in this article. Next, the experiments on some UCI data sets have been done ,based on the experimental result, the author discuss the relationship between the threshold selection and classification accuracy of statistical valued tolerance relation(SVT) . Directing at the difficulty of selecting a suitable threshold, the author presents a new improved valued tolerance relation (NVT) which can choose proper threshold automatically on the basis of each data set’s feature. Experiment results indicate that the new relation can get better classification accuracy than the other extension models in dealing with the incomplete system which has small incomplete degree

Edaravone alleviates lung damage in mice with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension by increasing nitric oxide synthase 3 expression

        Wan Zheng,Tianfa Li,Junping Wei,Yani Yan,Shanshan Yang 대한약리학회 2023 The Korean Journal of Physiology & Pharmacology Vol.27 No.3

This study is to determine the regulation of nitric oxide synthase 3 (NOS3) by edaravone in mice with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH). C57BL/6J mice were reared in a hypoxic chamber. HPH mice were treated with edaravone or edaravone + L-NMMA (a NOS inhibitor). Lung tissue was collected for histological assessment, apoptosis analysis, and detection of malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-6, and NOS3. The levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 were also measured. Immunohistochemistry was used to visualize the expression of α-smooth muscle actin (SMA) in pulmonary arterioles. Edaravone treatment improved hemodynamics, inhibited right ventricular hypertrophy, increased NOS3 expression, and reduced pathological changes, pulmonary artery wall thickness, apoptotic pulmonary cells, oxidative stress, and the expression of TNF-α, IL-6, and α-SMA in HPH mice. L-NMMA treatment counteracted the lung protective effects of edaravone. In conclusion, edaravone might reduce lung damage in HPH mice by increasing the expression of NOS3.

Detrital zircon ages, sources, and implications of the Tangwangling Group, southern margin of the Ordos Block, western North China Craton

        Yu Kang,Gang Chen,Qiang Chen,Fu Yang,Junping Huang,Xiaoyu Xia 한국지질과학협의회 2021 Geosciences Journal Vol.25 No.2

The southern margin of the Ordos Block (S-OB) is located in the western part of the southern region of the North China Craton (S-NCC), and has been involved in multiple orogenic episodes that uplifted the North Qinling Orogenic Belt (NQB). Determining whether the S-OB deposits and sources were controlled by late Precambrian or Ordovician tectonic sedimentation is extremely important for understanding the paleo-tectonic evolution of the S-NCC and its relationship with the North Qinling Terrane (NQT). In this study, the depositional age and trace of the source area of the Tangwangling Group (TWL) were constrained using detrital zircon U-Pb isotopic analyses. Six sandstone samples collected from the TWL Group yielded similar detrital zircon age patterns, with four distinct clusters at 2588–2305 Ma, 2100–1600 Ma, 1251–1005 Ma 995–744Ma which correspond to peak ages of 2.45 Ga, 1.80 Ga, 1.10 Ga, and 0.82 Ga, respectively. The youngest zircon ages that peak at 0.82 Ga suggest that the depositional age of the TWL Group is the closest to the late Neoproterozoic, based on comparisons with geochronological data from late Precambrian and Ordovician successions that outcrop in the OB. The detrital zircon age ranges of the TWL Group, in comparison with those of the NCC and NQT, also indicate that clastic grains deposited in the TWL Group were mainly sourced from NCC basement rocks and less so from the late Precambrian NQT complex, which was coincident with a Grenvillian-aged tectonomagmatic event. Thus, we conclude that the NQT had accreted onto the S-NCC before the TWL Group were deposited during the late Neoproterozoic, implying that the S-NCC or the S-OB may have experienced or was at least influenced by the assembly and breakup of Rodinia.

Integrative applications of network pharmacology and molecular docking: An herbal formula ameliorates H9c2 cells injury through pyroptosis

        Zhongwen Qi,Zhipeng Yan,Yueyao Wang,Nan Ji,Xiaoya Yang,Ao Zhang,Meng Li,Fengqin Xu,Junping Zhang The Korean Society of Ginseng 2023 Journal of Ginseng Research Vol.47 No.2

Background: QiShen YiQi pills (QSYQ) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formula, which has a significant effect on the treatment of patients with myocardial infarction (MI) in clinical practice. However, the molecular mechanism of QSYQ regulation pyroptosis after MI is still not fully known. Hence, this study was designed to reveal the mechanism of the active ingredient in QSYQ. Methods: Integrated approach of network pharmacology and molecular docking, were conducted to screen active components and corresponding common target genes of QSYQ in intervening pyroptosis after MI. Subsequently, STRING and Cytoscape were applied to construct a PPI network, and obtain candidate active compounds. Molecular docking was performed to verify the binding ability of candidate components to pyroptosis proteins and oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD) induced cardiomyocytes injuries were applied to explore the protective effect and mechanism of the candidate drug. Results: Two drug-likeness compounds were preliminarily selected, and the binding capacity between Ginsenoside Rh2 (Rh2) and key target High Mobility Group Box 1 (HMGB1)was validated in the form of hydrogen bonding. 2 μM Rh2 prevented OGD-induced H9c2 death and reduced IL-18 and IL-1β levels, possibly by decreasing the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome, inhibiting the expression of p12-caspase1, and attenuating the level of pyroptosis executive protein GSDMD-N. Conclusions: We propose that Rh2 of QSYQ can protect myocardial cells partially by ameliorating pyroptosis, which seems to have a new insight regarding the therapeutic potential for MI.
