      • Mechanistic Insight into Nanoarchitected Ag/Pr<sub>6</sub>O<sub>11</sub> Catalysts for Efficient CO Oxidation

        <P>Ag/Pr<SUB>6</SUB>O<SUB>11</SUB> catalysts supported by either Pr<SUB>6</SUB>O<SUB>11</SUB> nanorods (Pr<SUB>6</SUB>O<SUB>11</SUB>-NRs) or nanoparticles (Pr<SUB>6</SUB>O<SUB>11</SUB>-NPs) were prepared by conventional incipient wetness impregnation. The nanocomposite of Ag/Pr<SUB>6</SUB>O<SUB>11</SUB>-NRs demonstrated a higher catalytic activity for CO oxidation than Ag/Pr<SUB>6</SUB>O<SUB>11</SUB>-NPs at lower temperatures. This improved performance may be ascribed to the mesoporous features and resultant oxygen vacancies of the Pr<SUB>6</SUB>O<SUB>11</SUB> nanorods support, as well as the large surface area and homogeneous loading of Ag species. As a result, 98.7 and 100% CO conversions were achieved at 210 and 240 °C for Ag/Pr<SUB>6</SUB>O<SUB>11</SUB>-NRs, while Ag/Pr<SUB>6</SUB>O<SUB>11</SUB>-NPs require a temperature of 320 °C to obtain the 100% CO conversion rate.         This paper deals with the synchronization issue of fractional-order complex-valued Hopfield neural networkswith time delay. In this paper, by means of properties of the fractional-order inequality, such as H¨ olderinequality and Gronwall inequality, sufficient conditions are presented to guarantee the finite-time synchronizationof the fractional-order complex-valued delayed neural networks when 1=2 g < 1 and 0 <g < 1=2. Finally, twonumerical simulations are provided to show the effectiveness of the obtained results.

        Resveratrol Exerts Dosage-Dependent Effects on the Self-Renewal and Neural Differentiation of hUC-MSCs

        Resveratrol (RES) plays a critical role in the fate of cells and longevity of animals via activation of the sirtuins1 (SIRT1) gene. In the present study, we intend to investigate whether RES could promote the self-renewal and neural-lineage differentiation in human umbilical cord derived MSCs (hUC-MSCs) in vitro at concentrations ranging from 0.1 to $10{\mu}M$, and whether it exerts the effects by modulating the SIRT1 signaling. Herein, we demonstrated that RES at the concentrations of 0.1, 1 and $2.5{\mu}M$ could promote cell viability and proliferation, mitigate senescence and induce expression of SIRT1 and Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen (PCNA) while inhibit the expression of p53 and p16. However, the effects were reversed by 5 and $10{\mu}M$ of RES. Furthermore, RES could promote neural differentiation in a dose-dependent manner as evidenced by morphological changes and expression of neural markers (Nestin, ${\beta}III-tubulin$ and NSE), as well as pro-neural transcription factors Neurogenin (Ngn)1, Ngn2 and Mash1. Taken together, RES exerts a dosage-dependent effect on the self-renewal and neural differentiation of hUC-MSCs via SIRT1 signaling. The current study provides a new strategy to regulate the fate of hUC-MSCs and suggests a more favorable in vitro cell culture conditions for hUCMSCs-based therapies for some intractable neurological disorders.

        A New Islanding Detection Method Based on Feature Recognition Technology

        Three-phase grid-connected inverters are widely applied in the fields of new energy power generation, electric vehicles and so on. Islanding detection is necessary to ensure the stability and safety of such systems. In this paper, feature recognition technology is applied and a novel islanding detection method is proposed. It can identify the features of inverter systems. The theoretical values of these features are defined as codebooks. The difference between the actual value of a feature and the codebook is defined as the quantizing distortion. When islanding happens, the sum of the quantizing distortions exceeds the threshold value. Thus, islanding can be detected. The non-detection zone can be avoided by choosing reasonable features. To accelerate the speed of detection and to avoid miscalculation, an active islanding detection method based on feature recognition technology is given. Compared to the active frequency or phase drift methods, the proposed active method can reduce the distortion of grid-current when the inverter works normally. The principles of the islanding detection method based on the feature recognition technology and the improved active method are both analyzed in detail. An 18 kVA DSP-based three-phase inverter with the SVPWM control strategy has been established and tested. Simulation and experimental results verify the theoretical analysis.

        The Influence of E-Commerce on the Foreign Trade of Shanghai Free Trade Zone

        Purpose: As one of the most developed cities in China, the application of e-commerce is more mature, especially the promotion of ecommerce to foreign trade. After the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone (FTZ) in 2013, the government issued a series of policies to promote the application of e-commerce in Shanghai's foreign trade. This paper takes Shanghai FTZ as an example to study how to develop the application of e-commerce in other free trade zones and how to innovate the international trade mode. Research design, data and methodology: This paper selects the latest data from 2010 to 2019, uses econometric correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the impact of e-commerce on the foreign trade of Shanghai FTZ. Results: At last, the conclusion is drawn that the establishment of free trade zone provides many advantages for the development of e-commerce in Shanghai, and the growth of e-commerce in Shanghai FTZ promotes the development of foreign trade of Shanghai FTZ. Conclusions: So as to promote the development of e-commerce in Shanghai Free Trade Zone, some suggestions are put forward, such as increasing network supervision, establishing e-commerce talent training system, logistics management and information management systematization.

        C-Reactive Protein Gene Variants in Depressive Symptoms & Antidepressants Efficacy

        Objective Although the pathogenesis of depression remains unclear, C-reactive protein (CRP) levels are commonly elevated in depressed patients. Thus, CRP single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that influence CRP levels may be associated with depression. In the present study, we explored whether CRP SNPs are related to depressive symptoms and antidepressants efficacy in Han Chinese patients. Methods We analyzed data from 440 patients with first-episode depression. We obtained genome CRP SNPs, scores of the 17-item Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression 17 (HAMD17) and its four-factor at baseline and after 6 weeks. Quantitative trait analysis was performed using UNPHASED software and curative effects were analyzed using SPSS software. Results Male patients with SNP rs1800947G exhibited lower insomnia scores and rs2794521CC exhibited lower scores of anxiety/ physical symptoms, total HAMD17 score. Female patients with rs2794521TT exhibited higher scores of insomnia and lower antidepressants efficacy. Conclusion CRP SNPs rs1800947 and rs2794521 may be associated with depressive symptoms in patients with depression in a sex-specific fashion. Furthermore, rs2794521 may be a predictor of the efficacy of antidepressants in female patients.

        Injectable PTHF-based thermogelling polyurethane implants for long-term intraocular application

        Background: Hydrogels show great potential to be used for intraocular applications due to their high-water content and similarity to the native vitreous. Injectable thermosensitive hydrogels through a small-bore needle can be used as a delivery system for drugs or a tamponading substitute to treat posterior eye diseases with clear clinical potential. However, none of the currently available thermosensitive hydrogels can provide intraocular support for up to 3 months or more. Method: In this study, an injectable polytetrahydrofuran (PTHF)-based thermosensitive hydrogel was synthesized by polyurethane reaction. We examined the injectability, rheological properties, microstructure, cytotoxicity, and in vivo compatibility and stability of the hydrogels in rabbit eyes. Results: We found that the PTHF block type and PTHF component ratio could modulate thermogelation properties of the polyurethane polymers. The PTHF-based hydrogel implants retained normal retinal structure and function. Incorporating bioinert PTHF generated highly biocompatible and more stable thermogels in the vitreous cavity, with gel networks and the presence of polymer still observed after 3 months when other thermogels would have been completely cleared. Moreover, despite lacking hydrolytically cleavable linkages, the polymers could be most naturally removed from the native vitreous by bio-erosion without additional surgical interventions. Conclusion: Our findings suggest the potential of incorporating hydrophobic bioinert blocks to enhance the in vivo stability of supramolecularly associated hydrogels for long-term intraocular applications.

        Research on the Method to Improve the Vibration Stability of Vibratory Cylinder Gyroscopes under Temperature Variation

        Due to the material defects, manufacture errors and internal stress, the vibration axis stability of the vibratory cylinder gyroscope is highly influenced by environment temperature. According to the influencing rule of the internal stress on the vibrating axis, a special resonator structure is proposed which can generate oriented thermal stress to reduce the temperature drift of vibrating axis of the resonator. Firstly, the drift trend of the vibrating axis under varying temperature is analyzed. Secondly, thermal stress structures with holes and grooves are fabricated in special direction at the bottom of the resonator. Those thermal stress structures can generate thermal stress to make the vibrating axis rotate in the opposite direction, which can reduces the gyroscope’s temperature drift. Finally, simulations and experiments are conducted and results show that the proposed method can give good compensation effect for temperature drift of the vibratory cylinder gyroscope.

      • Investigation on Digital Media Image Processing Algorithm Based on Asynchronous and Inertia Adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization

        With the continuous development of computer science and technology, image processing and analysis gradually form the scientific system. Although history of image processing is not long, it attracts many researchers study on it. Digital media image widely exists in many fields, such as education, video, advertisement, and so on. Process digital media image is an important part of image processing. When analyze the digital media image, we want to extract the image part we care from the original image and then method for image segmentation is quite important. That is to say that the image segmentation will divide the image into a number of regions with specific and unique nature. How to keep the original characteristics of the digital media image is quite important in the image segmentation. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm for digital media image segmentation, and it is also can be used in the image processing. The algorithm is based on asynchronous particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain the adaptive threshold; take the inertia factor into the algorithm, the optimal threshold has been acquired for the image segmentation. Compared with other particle swarm optimization algorithm, the algorithm has the advantages of stable, easy to converge to the optimal solution, and high segmentation speed.

        Current compensation for material consumption of cobalt self-powered neutron detector

        Co Self-Powered Neutron Detector (SPND) is confronted with the problem of material consumption, which causes the response current can neither reflect the change of neutron flux in time nor be proportional to the neutron flux. In this paper, a deconvolution-based method is established to solve this problem. First of all, a step signal of neutron flux is taken as an example to analyze its performance. When the material consumption of Co SPND is 10%, after compensation, the response current can be in correspondence of neutron flux. Finally, the effects of this model in different Signal-to-Noise Ratio are analyzed, which fully confirms the truth of its excellent performance for compensating Co SPND's signal.
