        Amino-modified Mg-MOF-74: Synthesis, characterization and CO₂ adsorption performance

        Based on the solvothermal method to synthesize Mg-MOF-74, the amino-functionalized Mg-MOF-nNH₂ was prepared through addition of amino-containing ligands. Physicochemical properties of Mg-MOF-nNH₂ materials were well characterized by Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), N₂ adsorption/desorption isotherms (BET). The adsorption properties of the resulting materials were studied for CO₂. In all the samples, the micropore volume of Mg-MOF-1/8NH₂ was 0.46 ㎤ g<SUP>−1</SUP> and the specific surface area was 924.19㎡ g<SUP>−1</SUP>, the highest CO₂ saturated adsorption capacity was 3.9 mmol g<SUP>−1</SUP>, and the dynamic adsorption capacity was 1.27 mmol g<SUP>−1</SUP>. The adsorption processes agreed well with the Langmuir isotherm and Avrami model.

        Probabilistic Load Flow Analysis Based on Sparse Polynomial Chaotic Expansion

        To aim at the defciencies of the traditional second-order polynomial chaotic expansion with more input variables and larger calculation quantities applied in power systems probabilistic load fow (PLF) calculation, an improved PLF method is proposed based on sparse polynomial chaotic expansion theory in this paper. In this method, to obtain the sparse expression of the polynomial chaotic expansion (PCE) and reduce calculation quantity, the quadratic cross terms in the second-order PCE are eliminated by Sobol sensitivity analysis. And then, Nataf transformation is used to control the correlation among nonnormal input variables. Through comparison on computational efciency between probabilistic collocation point method and random sampling method in the sparse polynomial chaotic expansion, the probabilistic collocation point method is selected to suit samples allocation. By applying in IEEE-9, IEEE-30, and IEEE-118 standard test systems, respectively, the results show that the proposed method can dramatically reduce the deterministic PLF calculations quantity compared with the traditional stochastic response surface method (SRSM), and possesses the same accuracy as Monte Carlo method, and is an efective solving method for some high-dimensional input variable systems.

        UiO-66-derived porous-carbon adsorbents: synthesis, characterization and tetracycline adsorption performance

        A porous-carbon material UiO-66-C was prepared from metal–organic frameworks UiO-66 by carbonization in inert gas atmosphere. Physicochemical properties of UiO-66-C materials were well characterized by Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Raman spectrometer, N2 adsorption/desorption isotherms (BET), and the adsorption properties of the products were studied UiO-66-C has a high specific surface area up to 1974.17 m2/g. Besides, the adsorption capacity of tetracycline could reach 678.19 mg/g, the adsorption processes agreed well with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm model.

      • Semantic Role Labeling Based Event Argument Identification

        Event extraction is one of the most challenging tasks of information extraction from text. This paper studies one of the stages of Chinese event extraction, namely, event argument identification. A new method we call Semantic Role Labeling Based Event Argument Identification, based on the state-of-the-art methods of event extraction and event argument identification, is proposed. First, the 5W1H (who, what, whom, when, where, how) information is extracted from the text using semantic role labeling; thereafter, the 5W1H information is mapped to each argument of the event by heuristic rules. The method is used to identify the event arguments on two test sets of acquisition and transfer data, and contrasted with the methods of SRL and SRL combining heuristic rules. We find the best F1 measures for each to be 76.04% and 79.19% respectively.

      • 留守儿童性侵害的预防教育探究

        儿童性侵害一直是一个备受社会关注的问题, 其中留守儿童更因其缺乏监护人的照看而面临着更大的风险。2023年8月教育部发布的教育统计数据显示, 2023年义务教育阶段农村留守儿童的数量是1550.56万。因此针对留守儿童性侵害的预防教育对于学校和社会来说是一个应该关注的重大课题。 对儿童实施性侵害行为具有严重的社会危害性, 并且也具有刑事违法性, 给受害者的身体与心理都造成很大的伤害。针对儿童性侵害现象, 我们不仅应着眼于如何惩治犯罪, 更应该注重性侵害的预防教育, 防患于未然。中国目前有相对完善的刑法体系来惩治性侵犯罪, 但是在预防教育方面仍有所不足, 尤其在留守儿童的性侵害预防教育方面还有很大的发展空间。 性侵害预防教育同时也是全球范围的重要课题。怎样正确地教育儿童看待性和性侵害, 怎样在缺失家长监护的情况下教育好孩子正确处理此类风险更是一个挑战。性侵害预防教育是性教育的一个分支, 本文将试从学校角度探究对于留守儿童性侵害的预防教育, 从根源减少性侵害的风险。 Child sexual abuse has always been a major concern in society, and left-behind children are at greater risk due to their lack of guardian care. According to education statistics released by the Ministry of Education in August 2023, the number of left-behind children in rural areas in compulsory education in 2023 is 15,505,600. Therefore, the prevention of sexual abuse of left-behind children is a major issue that schools and society should pay attention to. Sexual abuse of children is a serious social hazard and a criminal offense, causing great physical and psychological harm to the victim. In response to the phenomenon of child sexual abuse, we should not only focus on how to punish the crime, but also pay attention to the prevention and education of sexual abuse, so as to prevent it from occurring. At present, China has a relatively complete criminal law system to punish sexual assault crimes, but there are still some deficiencies in prevention education, especially in the prevention of sexual assault education for left-behind children. Sexual assault prevention education is also an important issue on a global scale. It is a challenge to properly educate children about sexual and sexual assault, and how to properly handle such risks in the absence of parental supervision. Sexual assault prevention education is a branch of sex education, and this paper will try to explore the prevention education of sexual abuse of left-behind children from the perspective of schools.
