        Current Review on the Research Status of Cemented Carbide Brazing: Filler Materials and Mechanical Properties

        Cemented carbides have been widely applied in cutting tools and wear-resistant components due to their ultrahigh hardnessand good wear resistance. However, the disadvantages of limited impact toughness and high cost have restricted their furtherapplication. Consequently, cemented carbides are usually joining with ductile steels to combine the advantages of both. Among various materials joining technologies, brazing have been an effective method to achieve high quality dissimilarcemented carbide joints. In this paper, the research status of cemented carbide brazing is reviewed. The materials utilized asbrazing filler metal in cemented carbide brazing joints are summarized in detail. Researchers have done lots of works utilizingCu based and Ag based brazing filler metals which are the most commonly used interlayers in brazed joints of cementedcarbide and ductile steel. The effects of different filler metal on wettability, microstructure, phase constitution and mechanicalproperties of brazed cemented carbides joints are analysed. Besides, a series of newly developed brazing filler materialsuch as nickel-based high temperature brazing filler metal, amorphous brazing filler metal and high entropy alloy brazingfiller materials are also involved. These newly developed brazing filler metals have shown great potential in fabricating highquality joints. Finally, the current issues of cemented carbide brazing are reviewed and the develop trend is predicted.

        Design and Analysis of High-Speed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Ground Directional Rectifying Control System

        The full nonlinear equations of an unmanned aerial vehicle ground taxiing mathematical dynamic model are built based on a type of unmanned aerial vehicle data in LMS Virtual.Lab Motion. The flexible landing gear model is considered to make the aircraft ground motion more accurate. The electric braking control system is established in MATLAB/Simulink and the experiment of it verifies that the electric braking model with the pressure sensor is fitted well with the actual braking mechanism and it ensures the braking response speediness. The direction rectification control law combining the differential brake and the rudder with 30% anti-skid brake is built to improve the directional stability. Two other rectifying control laws are demonstrated to compare with the designed control law to verify that the designed control is of high directional stability and high braking efficiency. The lateral displacement increases by 445.45% with poor rectification performance under the only rudder rectifying control relative to the designed control law. The braking distance rises by 36m and the braking frequency increases by 85.71% under the control law without anti-skid brake. Different landing conditions are simulated to verify the good robustness of the designed rectifying control.

      • Identification of Steel Pipe Defect Based on Virtual Instrument

        Aiming at the problem of traditional nondestructive testing steel pipe defect, Ultrasonic testing system based on Virtual Instrument was designed. The hardware platform is the signal source which is based on micro-controller, and the HS4 data acquisition card by USB bus. The software platform adopts the LabVIEW to program by using the multithread to acquire all kinds of signal by real-time. The nondestructive feature was found by using the filter, STFT analysis and joint time domain analysis. The designed system has been used to the pipe defect inspection of some company, which is stable and can achieve an anticipant effect.

        Bone Homeostasis and Gut Microbial-Dependent Signaling Pathways

        Although research on the osteal signaling pathway has progressed, understanding of gut microbialdependent signaling pathways for metabolic and immune bone homeostasis remains elusive. In recent years, the study of gut microbiota has shed light on our understanding of bone homeostasis. Here, we review microbiota-mediated gut-bone crosstalk via bone morphogenetic protein/SMADs, Wnt and OPG/receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappa B ligand signaling pathways in direct (translocation) and indirect (metabolite) manners. The mechanisms underlying gut microbiota involvement in these signaling pathways are relevant in immune responses, secretion of hormones, fate of osteoblasts and osteoclasts and absorption of calcium. Collectively, we propose a signaling network for maintaining a dynamic homeostasis between the skeletal system and the gut ecosystem. Additionally, the role of gut microbial improvement by dietary intervention in osteal signaling pathways has also been elucidated. This review provides unique resources from the gut microbial perspective for the discovery of new strategies for further improving treatment of bone diseases by increasing the abundance of targeted gut microbiota.

      • Healthy Assessment Research Electronic Equipment Based on Data Fusion

        Healthy assessment weights of using of modern electronic equipment is too subjective problem, it is proposed in this paper that is based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the method based on the theory of the D-S evidence. In solid state transmitter, for example, by analysis of working principle, from the perspective of healthy status evaluation, it will be associated with healthy status indicators stratified processing. Then according to the hierarchy correlation index from the bottom of each layer in systems integration, the paper consider the complexity of system structure and index measurability, and use the analytic hierarchy process and the D-S evidence fusion solid state transmitter overall healthy assessment results.

        Design and Stability Analysis of High-Speed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Electric Anti-Skid Braking System

        A new combined electric anti-skid braking system of a high-speed unmanned aerial vehicle is designed to improve the stability and to reduce the system sensor noise. An electric anti-skid braking mechanism model considering the sensor noise effect is built in MATLAB/Simulink. The stability of a slip ratio braking system and a deceleration braking system is analyzed using the Routh criterion and Lyapunov stability method. Then the UAV ground taxiing dynamic model is built in LMS Virtual. Lab Motion. The braking performance and dynamic responses are studied under the control of the designed braking system using a co-simulation method. Conclusions show that the designed braking control system can solve the sensor noise problem effectively and the stability and robustness are both ensured under this control law.

        Aiming at the problems of lacking of system engineering method for the equipment maintenance support resource allocation problem, the problem to be solved for resource allocation is proposed from the three hierarchical perspective which is “what to allocate , how to allocate, and how much to allocate”; from the three aspects of the demand analysis, allocation method, optimizing allocation, the connotation of the problem is described, and for the each problem the essence of the problem solving method is studied systematically; the proposed method can provide science and technology support for the equipment maintenance support resources allocation scheme in the design phase.

        Expression and evaluation of porcine circovirus type 2 capsid protein mediated by recombinant adeno-associated virus 8

        Background: Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) is an important infectious pathogen implicated in porcine circovirus-associated diseases (PCVAD), which has caused significant economic losses in the pig industry worldwide. Objectives: A suitable viral vector-mediated gene transfer platform for the expression of the capsid protein (Cap) is an attractive strategy. Methods: In the present study, a recombinant adeno-associated virus 8 (rAAV8) vector was constructed to encode Cap (Cap-rAAV) in vitro and in vivo after gene transfer. Results: The obtained results showed that Cap could be expressed in HEK293T cells and BABL/c mice. The results of lymphocytes proliferative, as well as immunoglobulin G (IgG) 2a and interferon-γ showed strong cellular immune responses induced by Cap-rAAV. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay titers obtained and the IgG1 and interleukin-4 levels showed that humoral immune responses were also induced by Cap-rAAV. Altogether, these results demonstrated that the rAAV8 vaccine Cap-rAAV can induce strong cellular and humoral immune responses, indicating a potential rAAV8 vaccine against PCV2. Conclusions: The injection of rAAV8 encoding PCV2 Cap genes into muscle tissue can ensure long-term, continuous, and systemic expression.
