R ese a rch on State Trend Prediction of Hydr a ulic Turbine Units Based on Mult dimensional and Multi condition Data

Xiao ping Jiang,Xiang Gao,Chao Shi 한국유체기계학회 2022 International journal of fluid machinery and syste Vol.15 No.2

Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to accurately predict the flexible operation conditions and state trend of hydraul ic turbine, in this paper a cascade model of BP LSTM classification prediction is proposed, which can identify the working conditions of existing fusion data, and then predict the measuring points of different working conditions. Based on the pressure parameters of hydraulic turbine units, t he improved BP neural network is used to determine the operation conditions of hydraulic turbine units, and the classified data is redivided to establish the multivariate LSTM prediction model. By optimizing the parameters of the multivariate LSTM predict i on model, such as the structure, the number of network layers and the number of hidden layer neurons, finally established the cascade model of BP LSTM classification prediction of time series of hydraulic turbine units. Through experimental verification a n d analysis, BP LSTM classification prediction model can predict the operation trend of measuring points under different working conditions after classification. Compared with other models, BP LSTM model has higher prediction accuracy and better effect. Th e cascade model of BP LSTM classification prediction of time series provides a model basis for the research of predictive control of hydraulic turbine units.

      • Insect-specific microRNA involved in the development of the silkworm Bombyx mori

        Yong Zhang,Xue Zhou,Xie Ge,Jiang-Hao Jiang,Mu-Wang Li,Shi-Hai Jia,Xiao-Nan Yang,Yun-Chao Kan,Xue-Xia Miao,Guo-Ping Zhao,Fei Li,Yong-Ping Huang 한국응용곤충학회 2009 한국응용곤충학회 학술대회논문집 Vol.2009 No.10

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous non-coding genes that participate in post-transcription regulation by either degrading mRNA or blocking its translation. It is considered to be very important in regulating insect development and metamorphosis. Insects are the largest group of animals and are extremely valuable in biological and agriculture research. Insects are also important pests to human health and agriculture, and efforts are necessary protect both humans and plants from disease and damage. Despite their importance, insects lag behind mammals, nematodes, and plants in miRNA research. At present, only 279 insect miRNAs have been identified from Drosophila melanogaster, Anopheles gambiae, Apis mellifera, Bombyx mori, and D. pseudoobscura in miRBase, and most of these miRNAs were computationally predicted without experimental validation. Functional analysis of insect miRNAs has only been conducted in D. melanogaster.

Flocking for Multi-agent Systems with Optimally Rigid Topology Based on InformationWeighted Kalman Consensus Filter

        Xiao-yuan Luo,Xiaolei Li,Shaobao Li,Zhongping Jiang,Xin-Ping Guan 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2017 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.15 No.1

This paper investigates the leader-follower flocking problem of multi-agent systems. The leader withinput noise is estimated by a proposed continuous-time information weighted Kalman consensus filter (IWKCF)for agents. A novel distributed flocking algorithm based on the IWKCF is further presented to make agents achieveflocking to the leader. It is shown that the proposed flocking algorithm based on the continuous-time IWKCFis asymptotically stable. Applying the topology optimization scheme, the communication complexity of systemtopologies of multi-agent systems is effectively reduced. Finally, simulations are provided to demonstrate theeffectiveness of the proposed results.

Astragaloside IV Prevents Obesity-Associated Hypertension by Improving Pro-Inflammatory Reaction and Leptin Resistance

        Ping Jiang,Dufang Ma,Xue Wang,Yongcheng Wang,Yuxin Bi,Jinlong Yang,Xuebing Wang,Xiao Li 한국분자세포생물학회 2018 Molecules and cells Vol.41 No.3

Low-grade pro-inflammatory state and leptin resistance are important underlying mechanisms that contribute to obesityassociated hypertension. We tested the hypothesis that Astragaloside IV (As IV), known to counteract obesity and hypertension, could prevent obesity-associated hypertension by inhibiting pro-inflammatory reaction and leptin resistance. High-fat diet (HFD) induced obese rats were randomly assigned to three groups: the HFD control group (HF con group), As IV group, and the As IV + α-bungaratoxin (α-BGT) group (As IV+α-BGT group). As IV (20 mg·Kg-1·d-1) was administrated to rats for 6 weeks via daily oral gavage. Body weight and blood pressure were continuously measured, and NE levels in the plasma and renal cortex was evaluated to reflect the sympathetic activity. The expressions of leptin receptor (LepRb) mRNA, phosphorylated signal transducer and activator of transcription-3 (p-STAT3), phosphorylated phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (p-PI3K), suppressor of cytokine signaling 3 (SOCS3) mRNA, and protein-tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) mRNA, pro-opiomelanocortin (POMC) mRNA and neuropeptide Y (NPY) mRNA were measured by Western blot or qRT-PCR to evaluate the hypothalamic leptin sensitivity. Additionally, we measured the protein or mRNA levels of α7nAChR, inhibitor of nuclear factor κB kinase subunit β/nuclear factor κB (IKKβ/NF-KB) and pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β and TNF-α) in hypothalamus and adipose tissue to reflect the anti-inflammatory effects of As IV through upregulating expression of α7nAChR. We found that As IV prevented body weight gain and adipose accumulation, and also improved metabolic disorders in HFD rats. Furthermore, As IV decreased BP and HR, as well as NE levels in blood and renal tissue. In the hypothalamus, As IV alleviated leptin resistance as evidenced by the increased p-STAT3, LepRb mRNA and POMC mRNA, and decreased p-PI3K, SOCS3 mRNA, and PTP1B mRNA. The effects of As IV on leptin sensitivity were related in part to the up-regulated α7nAchR and suppressed IKKβ/NF-KB signaling and pro-inflammatory cytokines in the hypothalamus and adipose tissue, since co-administration of α7nAChR selective antagonist α-BGT could weaken the improved effect of As IV on central leptin resistance. Our study suggested that As IV could efficiently prevent obesityassociated hypertension through inhibiting inflammatory reaction and improving leptin resistance; furthermore, these effects of As IV was partly related to the increased α7nAchR expression.

Elucidations of weak microcavity effect and improved pixel contrast ratio in Si-based top-emitting organic light-emitting diode

        Xiao-Wen Zhang,Hua-Ping Lin,Jun Li,Fan Zhou,Bin Wei,Xue-Yin Jiang,Zhi-Lin Zhang 한국물리학회 2012 Current Applied Physics Vol.12 No.5

Microcavity effect and pixel contrast ratio (PCR) are key issues for top-emitting organic light-emitting diode (TOLED). Si and Ag are two widely used reflective anodes for constructing effective TOLEDs. The mechanism contributing to microcavity effect and PCR has been clarified by using conventional optoelectronic theory. Consequently, the differences of microcavity effect and PCR between Si-based and Agbased TOLEDs are discovered. Our results indicate that the Si-based TOLED possesses weak microcavity effect and improved PCR in comparison with Ag-based device. This is resulted from the low reflectivity and less reflective phase change of Si. The weak microcavity effect in Si-based TOLED also contributes to negligible variation of electroluminescent spectra with viewing angles and low device efficiency. Furthermore, Si-based TOLED shows rather high PCR which is about quintuple that of Ag-based device. Augmenter of Liver Regeneration Alleviates Renal Hypoxia-Reoxygenation Injury by Regulating Mitochondrial Dynamics in Renal Tubular Epithelial Cells

        Xiao-hui Liao,Rui-ting Long,Jun-bo Peng,Li-li Huang,Gui-ping Jiang,Yue-juan Liao,Hang Sun,Yu-dong Hu 한국분자세포생물학회 2019 Molecules and cells Vol.42 No.12

Mitochondria are highly dynamic organelles that constantly undergo fission and fusion processes that closely related to their function. Disruption of mitochondrial dynamics has been demonstrated in acute kidney injury (AKI), which could eventually result in cell injury and death. Previously, we reported that augmenter of liver regeneration (ALR) alleviates renal tubular epithelial cell injury. Here, we gained further insights into whether the renoprotective roles of ALR are associated with mitochondrial dynamics. Changes in mitochondrial dynamics were examined in experimental models of renal ischemia-reperfusion (IR). In a model of hypoxia-reoxygenation (HR) injury in vitro, dynamin-related protein 1 (Drp1) and mitochondrial fission process protein 1 (MTFP1), two key proteins of mitochondrial fission, were downregulated in the Lv-ALR + HR group. ALR overexpression additionally had an impact on phosphorylation of Drp1 Ser637 during AKI. The inner membrane fusion protein, Optic Atrophy 1 (OPA1), was significantly increased whereas levels of outer membrane fusion proteins Mitofusin-1 and -2 (Mfn1, Mfn2) were not affected in the Lv-ALR + HR group, compared with the control group. Furthermore, the mTOR/4E-BP1 signaling pathway was highly activated in the Lv-ALR + HR group. ALR overexpression led to suppression of HR-induced apoptosis. Our collective findings indicate that ALR gene transfection alleviates mitochondrial injury, possibly through inhibiting fission and promoting fusion of the mitochondrial inner membrane, both of which contribute to reduction of HK-2 cell apoptosis. Additionally, fission processes are potentially mediated by promoting tubular cell survival through activating the mTOR/4E-BP1 signaling pathway.

      • Weighted FP-Tree Mining Algorithms for Conversion Time Data Flow

        Xiao-jun Chen,Jia Ke,Qian-qian Zhang,Xin-ping Song,Xiao-ming Jiang 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Database Theory and Appli Vol.9 No.1

The data distribution in the data streams usually changes dynamically with time. Traditional mining algorithms based on transaction are difficult to establish the correlation between time characteristics and relationship features, thus making the results inaccurate. By analyzing the problems in the processing of time data stream, we put forward the concept of time gap degrees and design a mining algorithms based on weighted FP-Tree. We introduce the concept of FP-Tree node weights to transform the time data dynamically and excavate the data stream association rules. The experiments performed on the actual data set show that the algorithm can improve the recall and precision while consumes comparable computational time.

Efficient hole injection in blue organic light-emitting devices by using a double hole injection layer to improve chromaticity and electrical characteristics

        Hua-Ping Lin,Fan Zhou,Xiao-Wen Zhang,Dong-Bin Yu,Jun Li,Liang Zhang,Xue-Yin Jiang,Zhi-Lin Zhang 한국물리학회 2011 Current Applied Physics Vol.11 No.3

A double hole injection layer consisting of Ag_2O//MoO_x was applied to a 4,40-bis (2,2-diphenylvinyl)-1,10-biphenyl-based blue organic light-emitting device (OLED). The hole current injection of the devicewas improved and the performance of the blue OLED was enhanced. We have observed that the insertion of such double layer leads to a striking improvement in chromaticity and electrical characteristics. This device showed much better chromaticity and less current-induced color shift as compared to the corresponding single hole injection layer counterparts. Using this strategy, a striking improvement in the electrical properties with lower driving voltage, higher power efficiency and a weak current-induced fluorescence quenching was achieved. This could be explained by the fact that an interlayer of Ag_2O//MoO_x provided a stepped energy level which greatly facilitated hole injection and hence enhanced injection current. The result is verified by using the J―V curves of ‘only’ devices and further explained with the help of Fowler-Nordheim (F-N) tunneling theory.
