Teachers play a key role in influencing students' school lives, but many researchers have tried to improve school satisfaction in various aspects. And counselors are a special type of Chinese university teachers, and not only have the characteristics of university teachers, but also have daily administrative management functions related to students' school life. In this paper, we demonstrated the effect of college counselors' ethical leadership and authentic leadership on school satisfaction among Chinese university students. In addition, it also verified the mediating effect of organizational identification in this process. As a result of empirical analysis, ethical leadership have both positive effect on organizational identification and school satisfaction. Similarly, authentic leadership also have positive impact on organizational identity and school satisfaction. In addition, organizational Identification has a positive effect on school satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational identification has also been proven to mediate the relationship between both two types of leadership and school satisfaction. Finally, we found that authentic leadership was more influential than ethical leadership in increasing school satisfaction levels.
Identification and phylogeny of five male-specific lethal genes in the silkworm Bombyx mori

In the fruit fly (Drosophila melanogaster) dosage compensation equalization of X-linked genes between the sexes is achieved via a complex that is termed the compensasome, which is composed of at least five male-specific lethal (msl) genes and two non-coding RNAs. In the present study, we cloned all five homologs (termed the msls) from the silkworm, Bombyx mori, in which the issue of dosage compensation remains controversial. Data mining and robust phylogenetic analysis revealed that msls are ubiquitously present in genomes, from insects to mammals, with unknown biological functions. However, the five genes seem to have evolved at different times due to gene duplication. Real-time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction experiments demonstrated that in the silkworm, some Z-linked genes are expressed at higher levels in females than in males while others are expressed at lower levels in females than in males, which suggests that the msl genes in the silkworm and fruit fly may have different roles. We discussed the relationship of phylogeny between msl and sex-lethal.
Query Subtopic Mining by Combining Multiple Semantics

Query subtopic mining aims to find aspects to represent people’s potential intents for a query. Clustering query reformulations is the most common approach for subtopic mining these days. However, there are some challenges that the existing approaches have to face in finding both relevant and diverse subtopics, such as term mismatch and data sparseness. In this paper, a novel semantic representations for query subtopics is introduced, which including phrase embedding representation and query category distributional representation, to solve those problems mentioned above. Furthermore, we also combine multiple semantic representations into vector space model and compute a joint similarity for clustering query reformulations. To evaluate our theory an experiment is conducted on a public dataset offered by NTCIR subtopic mining project, the experimental results show that phrase embedding representation is the most effective representation while combining multiple semantics benefits short text clustering and improves the performance of query subtopic mining.
Effect of Ar dilution flow rate on LPCVD a boron-doped carbon coating from BCl3-C3H6-H2-Ar mixtures

A boron-doped carbon coating was deposited from a BCl3-C3H6-H2-Ar system by LPCVD. The effects of the Ar dilution flow rate on deposition rates, morphologies, compositions and bonding states were investigated. Deposition rates were almost the same, about 250 nm/h with different Ar dilution flow rate. Surface morphologies were also almost the same. The flat conchoidal aspect of the fracture surface transformed to a laminated structure with an increase in the Ar dilution flow rate. The carbon concentration was above 76.3 at.%, and the boron concentration was less than 17.9 at.%. The boron concentration increased with an increase in the Ar dilution flow rate, corresponding to a decreasing carbon concentration. The main bonding state of boron was B-sub-C and BC2O. The whole deposition process was dominated by a PyC formation reaction, which led to almost the same deposition rate with different Ar dilution flow rates. We are concerned with the multiplicity of semiclassical solutions of the following Schr$\ddot{o}$dinger system involving critical nonlinearity and magnetic fields $$\{-({\varepsilon}{\nabla}+iA(x))^2u+V(x)u=H_u(u,v)+K(x)|u|^{2*-2}u,\;x{\in}\mathbb{R}^N,\\-({\varepsilon}{\nabla}+iB(x))^2v+V(x)v=H_v(u,v)+K(x)|v|^{2*-2}v,\;x{\in}\mathbb{R}^N,$$ where $2^*=2N/(N-2)$ is the Sobolev critical exponent and $i$ is the imaginary unit. Under proper conditions, we prove the existence and multiplicity of the nontrivial solutions to the perturbed system.

In this paper, by using degree theory, we consider a kind of higher-order Li$\acute{e}$enard type $p$-Laplacian differential equation as follows $$({\phi}_p(x^{(m)}))^{(m)}+f(x)x^{\prime}+g(t,x)=e(t)$$. Some new results on the existence of anti-periodic solutions for above equation are obtained.
