Three new compounds (1-3), including a neolignan, a triterpenoid, and a diterpenoid, together with twenty known compounds (4-23), were isolated from the aerial parts of Isodon coetsa. Their structures and relative configurations were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. Compounds 1, 3, 5-9, 11-13, 16-17, and 19-23 were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against HT-29, BEL-7402, and SK-OV-3 human tumor cell lines. Compound 7 showed significant inhibitory effects on all three types of cells, with IC50 values of 2.52, 3.06, 2.14 μM, respectively.

This study investigated the 70% aqueous acetone extract of the fruits of Schisandra rubriflora which led to the isolation of eight lignans, including a new isolate, rubrisandrin C (1), and seven known lignans (2-8) . The structure of 1 was established by extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and its absolute stereochemistry was determined by CD spectrum. Compounds 1-5 and 7-8 were evaluated for their anti-HIV-1 activity that showed inhibitory activity on HIV-1IIIB induced syncytium formation with EC50 values in the range of 2.26~20.4 μg/mL. Compounds 1 and 7 exerted their obvious protection of HIV-1IIIB inducted MT-4 host cells lytic effects with a selectivity index of 15.4 and 24.6, respectively.
Role of water-soluble polymer on foam-injection process for enhancing oil recovery
Peng Wei,Wan-Fen Pu,Lin Sun,Yong Pu,Daibo Li,Ying Chen 한국공업화학회 2018 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.65 No.-
Role of polymer on foam transportation in porous media is still not entirely illustrated. In this study, we performed the foam injection process in cores and the parallel-layered micromodel, respectively. Combined with a series of static investigations, we found that adding polymer to foam could not only effectively generate a viscous force, but also create a protective enclosure around the bubble (i.e., viscoelastic film). This synergistic effect was supposed to increase the foam apparent viscosity, promote the foam strength in the low-quality regime, create the shear-thickening behavior, and restraint the defoaming effect of crude oil. The microflow experiments indicated that polymer-enhanced foam was capable of sharply increasing the sweep efficiency and EOR. Meanwhile, the presence of viscoelastic liquid films contributed to the microflow behaviors.

This paper studies the leader-follower consensus tracking for a group of heterogeneous multi-agent systems with nonlinear hybrid order dynamics, external disturbances and actuator faults. First, a novel finite-timeobserver is designed based on a combination of high-order sliding mode and dual layers adaptive rules to realizefast estimation and compensation of disturbances and faults. Then the fixed-time consensus protocols are achievedwith the aid of a novel sliding mode surface. Additionally, the proposed protocols solve the singularity by introducing a continuous sinusoid function. The distributed control protocols are designed for all followers with first-orderor second-order dynamics to achieve synchronization with the leader. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm isverified by simulation.

Adsorption thermodynamic and kinetic studies of C. I. disperse dye 60 on PBO fiber pretreated with polyphosphoric acid (PPA) were carried out under the conditions of pH 6.0±0.2, initial dye concentration 0.05-1.0 g/L and liquor ratio 2,000 : 1. The results showed that the equilibrium adsorption isotherm of the disperse dye on the pretreated PBO fiber was a Langmuir-Nernst mixed Model and the saturated adsorption capacity of the turning point was 1.046mg/g. The thermodynamic parameters were calculated by the equilibrium adsorption isotherm, such as standard affinity, enthalpy change and entropy change, which indicated that the adsorption of disperse dye on the pretreated PBO fiber was an exothermic process. Based on the thermodynamic and kinetic data, the adsorption of the dye on the pretreated PBO fiber was a kinetics controlled process, and the disperse dye could only diffuse into the surface layer of pretreated PBO fiber. Meanwhile, the adsorption kinetics of disperse dye on pretreated PBO fiber well agreed with a pseudofirst-order kinetic model.

Influence of rub groove on rotordynamics associated with leakage air flow through a labyrinth seal
Wei Zhe Wang,Ying Zheng Liu,Guang Meng,Pu Ning Jiang 대한기계학회 2010 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.24 No.8
An extensive investigation of influence of rub grooves on dynamics and stability of the rotor, which is subjected to aerodynamic forcing associated with the leakage flow through 44 straight-through seals, was performed by using numerical calculations based on the single control-volume method and the perturbation analysis. Three cases of different groove configurations were chosen for the comparative study, e.g., the seal without rub groove (case1), the seal with upstream shifting of the seal tooth in respect to the rub groove (case2) and the seal with location of the seal tooth in the middle station of the rub groove (case3). The orifice contract coefficient adopted in reduction of rotordynamic coefficients was provided by using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Influence of rub grooves on the leakage flow was obtained in terms of the close-up view of the flow pattern near the seal tooth, leakage flow rate, distributions of the mean pressure and circumferential velocity in cavities. In comparison to case 1, the leakage flow in case 3 is considerably intensified, while which in case 2 is slightly increased. Dynamics and instability of the rotor in all cases was discussed in terms of the rotordynamic coefficients and the logarithmic decrement, respectively. The results disclosed that the aerodynamic forcing in case 2 intensified the destabilization of the rotor system.
Secrecy Analysis of Amplify-and-Forward Relay Networks with Beamforming
( Pu Chen ),( Jian Ouyang ),( Wei-ping Zhu ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2016 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.10 No.10
This paper analyzes the secrecy performance of an amplify-and-forward (AF) relay network, where a multi-antenna eavesdropper attempts to overhear the transmitted message from a multi-antenna source to a multi-antenna destination with a single antenna relay. Firstly, we derive the approximate analytical expressions for the secrecy outage probability (SOP) and average secrecy rate (ASR) of the relay network. Then, asymptotic expressions of SOP and ASR at high main-to-eavesdropper ratio (MER) are also provided to reveal the diversity gain of the secure communication. Finally, numerical results are given to verify the theoretical analysis and show the effect of the number of antennas in the considered relay network.
