        The purpose of this study was to analyze the housing mobility behavior according to the income change and to predict the probability of upward and downward movements. A binary logit model was used with the data which were obtained by the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements in 1989. The sample size was 1620 households in Seoul. The results of this study were as follows; the upward movement probability in rental housing or in single housing was higher than that in owned housing or in apartment housing as household income increased.

      • 철근콘크리트 기둥과 철골보 접합부의 해석에 관한 연구

        압축력에 강한 철근콘크리트 부재와 휨 및 전단력에 강한 철골부재의 장점을 조합하여 부재의 역학적인 특성이나 시공상의 이점을 활용할 수 있는 구조형식을 개발하려는 노력이 국내외에서 시작되고 있다. 즉, RC부재는 압축력에 강하고 S 부재는 휨과 전단력에 대한 저항성이 우수하다는 특성을 가지고 있으므로 이 두 가지 구조부재를 적절히 조합하기만 한다면 현재 건축물에 이용되고 있는 재료만을 이용하여 가장 합리적인 구조형식을 개발할 수 있으며, Hybrid Structure라 불리는 이러한 복합구조는 역학적인 특성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 시공의 합리화를 기할 수 있다는 특징이 있다. 본 논문에서는 RC 기둥과 S 보를 조합한 복합구조의 보-기둥 접합부에 대한 해석모델의 구축을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 기존의 연구자에 의해 실험된 실험결과와 비교 분석한 결과, 최대하중에서 약 10% 정도의 오차를 보이는 결과를 얻었다. Recently, mixed use of reinforced concrete (RC) and steel (S) structural systems is encountered in the construction level of single members, plannar frames and total structural systems, hybrid structures. The appearance of the hybrid constructions is as a result of pursuing the economy and high-efficiency of the construction. The frame composed of RC columns and S beams is characterized as a good combination of the capability of carring high gravity load of the RC column with the spannability of the S beam. Key point of this system is the moment transfer mechanism at the beam-to-column connection. The moment transfer device is composed of vertical plates projected from the flange of the beam and face bearing plates, and relies on the bearing stress generated in concrete by the plying action. The purpose of this study is to propose the analytical model for the behavior of RC column and S beam joint. The comparison of test results with experimental results for the load-rotation curve shows a good agreement with respect to the maximum load by an error of 10%.

      • 合成보에서 쉬어 코넥터의 擧動에 관한 非線形 解析

        합성보에서 쉬어 코넥터의 거동은 여러가지 복잡한 변수들의 영향을 받기 때문에 주로 Push-out실험을 통해서 유도되어 왔다. 그러나, 쉬어 코넥터의 거동을 정확하고 간단하게 예측할 수 있는 해석 모델이 개발된다면 실험을 통하지 않고도 실험결과와 근사한 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문은 비선형 해석 프로그램인 ADINA를 이용하여 쉬어 코넥터의 거동을 조사하기 위한 해석을 실시하고 실험결과와 비교하여 적용가능한 비선형 해석모델을 제안하였다. The behavior and strength of stud shear connectors in steel and concrete composite beams have been derived through the push-out test, because their behaviors are affected by various and complex parameters. If an analysis model, which can accurately and simply simulate behavior and strength of shear connectors, is developed, their behaviors are able to be predicted without experimental efforts. In this study, applicability of nonlinear analysis program, ADINA, on the behaviors of shear connector are investigated, and consequently an analysis model is proposed.

        접합부 상세에 따른 철골 커플링 보의 내진거동

        Ductile coupled flexural wall is the primary seismic load resisting system of buildings. The coupling beams of these buildings must exhibit excellent ductility and energy dissipation capacity. To achieve better ductility and energy dissipation, steel coupling beam embedded in the reinforced concrete walls is proposed. A comprehensive experimental test involving 5 steel coupling beam specimens has been performed and results from this program are used herein to study the effect of details of steel coupling beams embedded in the reinforced concrete walls on seismic behavior. Through experimental test, the seismic behavior of typical steel coupling beams was established. These efforts have resulted in details for increasing the seismic capacity of steel coupling beam in the seismic behavior of buildings.

      • 대우 MRMC 시스템의 거동에 관한 비선형 해석

        This paper describes the procedures and results of nonlinear analysis on the behavior of Daewoo MRMC system. If an analysis model, which can accurately and simply simulate the behavior of the system, is developed, the behavior are able to be predicted without experimental efforts. In this paper, applicability of nonlinear analysis programs, ABAQUS and DRAIN-2DX, on the behavior of the system is investigated.

      • 선경축소에 따른 슈퍼데크의 구조안정성 평가에 관한 해석적 연구

        There are two methods in analyzing SuperDeck :Simplified 2D analysis and 3D analysis. Although simplified 2D analysis is being used up to date, the use of 3D analysis, allowing for the vierendeel behavior of SuperDeck by real configuration correlating to bar reducing, is demanded. This study is subjected to compare reciprocally between two of each analysis and designing method by analyzing each result of analysis and design. The comparison from the experimental result and analytical result indicates that applying of simplified 2D analysis is possible for the use of D10 with bottom bar. However, it is more reasonable to apply 3D analysis which allows to indicate vierendeel behavior considered the real configuration.

      • 선경축소에 따른 슈퍼데크의 구조안전성 평가에 관한 실험적 연구

        SuperDeck is as the deck of assembling Kaiser, cubical rebar for slab, with corrugated zinc galvanized sheet iron at manufactory, given the improvement on design, manufacture, and performance for construction work of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab by enabling to cast concrete directly without the form work. Nowadays, in general, simplified 2D analysis and allowable stress design are used as for the method of analyzing and designing of SuperDeck System. Since this method contradicts with 3D analysis, used for the development of SD300 at The Korean Structural Engineers Association, and limit state design, the comparison and examination of these two methods and the maximum span, which allows for construction, are needed. To compare the simplified 2D analysis applied to allowable stress design with 3D analysis applied to limit state design, 8 specimen are manufactured. Main variables include the depth of slab, the length of span, the diameter of bottom bar and lattice bar, and the presence of corrugated zinc galvanized sheet iron. From the comparison result of test and analysis, in case of using under D10 as bottom bar, 3D analysis is more appropriate.

      • 비보강 조적벽체 전단내력산정에 관한 연구

        In Korea, more than four hundred earthquakes with medium intensity centered on off-coastal and inland of Korea during the past 20 years and due to the great earthquakes which occurred recently in neighboring countries the importance of the future earthquake preparedness measures in Korea is highly recognized. More than 80 percents of residential buildings are constructed with unreinforced masonry structure, in Seoul. In general, unreinforced masonry structure don't have enough strength against the lateral force. And low rise buildings such as unreinforced masonry structure didn't adopted seismic design. So, a huge damage is expected when an earthquake occurs. It is that the major variables of shear strength are the aspect ratio, the vertical strength and the method of masonry. The objectives of this study are, 1) to find out the shear behavior of masonry wall and the variables affect the shear capacity of masonry wall such as aspect ratio of the unreinforced masonry wall, and the vertical strength, 2) to propose the equation of the shear capacity of masonry wall by regression analysis using the test data.

        The objective of this study is to propose the method of predicting concrete compressive strength and re-bar yield strength which are necessary for the remodeling and preservation of buildings. This study analyzed tested 28-day concrete compressive strength and re-bar yield strength which were reported in journals of the Architectural Institute of Korea and journals of the Korea Concrete Institute. From the data, the standard normal distribution graph was produced and the reasonable process of expecting concrete compressive strength and re-bar yield strength was suggested.

      • RC 프레임면내 조적채움벽의 내진성능 평가에 관한 실험적 연구

        The objectives of this study are 1) to find out the shear behavior and shear capacity of RC bare frames, brick-infilled RC frames, 2) to evaluate the equation of the shear capacity of two types of RC frames by comparison the Japanese Standard and modified equation adopting the test results. The main variable is the absence of brick infill wall. The test results show that the shear capacity of specimen IF-4.2 is 2.3 times as high as that of the specimen IF-4.2.The shear behavior of RC bare frame which is governed by predominant flexural yielding is changed to predominant shear yielding by affection of the brick infill wall. A comparison of the results obtained by the Japanese Standard equation and the modified equation to the test data indicates that the proposed equation is compatible with the test results.
