Many sensors such as a structured grid pattern generator, a laser, and CCD camera to information have been used, but most of algorithms for a calibration are inefficient memory and experiment data are required. In this paper, the calibration algorithm of a structured grid pattern based on triang is introduced to calculate 3D information in the real world. The beams generated from str pattern generator established horizontally with the CCD camera are projected on the calibr CCD camera observes the intersection plane of a light and an object plane. The 3D infor calculated using observed and calibration data. This proposed method in this paper has advantages such as a memory saving and an e experimental data since the 3D information are obtained simply triangulation method.

In this paper, we develop scheduling system under MTO (Make-To-Order) Production and implement it to real application. Generally, scheduling system is regarded as company specific problem such that the required business logic might be different within a same industry. The differences are caused by different constraints of each company requirements. Company specific algorithms are commonly employed using rule-base or heuristic procedure. Based on these characteristics, heuristic procedure are developed and implemented for developing MES (manufacturing execution system). The proposed approach are applied to real industry and proved as an efficient approach in terms of practical views.

본 연구에서는 실제 기업을 대상으로 생산과 판매, 물류 각 단계의 동기화를 통하여 단계별로 발생하는 데이터를 실시간으로 공유하며, 적정재고 수준 설정으로 재고 유지 비용의 절감을 도모하여 궁극적으로는 생산 계획의 수립 시에서부터 물류 비용을 고려하여 전체 비용의 절감을 기대할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다. 과거 우리나라의 기업은 생산 부문의 합리화와 판매 부문에서의 이익 극대화에 힘입어 고도의 성장을 이루어왔으나 시장 환경의 변화와 시장 상황의 악화로 기업의 생존을 위해서는 원가 절감의 시대적 요구를 반영하지 않을 수 없게 되었다. 본 연구의 대상이 되는 기업에서는 현재 부분적인 전산화가 업무별로 단편적으로 이루어지고 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제품의 대외 경쟁력을 좌우하는 많은 요인들 중에서 원가 절감을 위한 지능형 통합 생산 물류 시스템을 제안하고, 제안된 시스템 모듈을 효과적으로 동기화하여 통합시키는 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구의 제안 시스템은 실제 기업의 실정을 반영한 것으로 보다 현실적인 운용이 가능할 것이다.

So far, the common elasticity data of textile fabrics has not been present because the method depends on the knowledge of measurement operators. In this paper, the new measurement equipment using road cell is presented to measure the coefficient of textile fabrics in real time. The measurement method is based on the volt: among textile fabrics. The textiles with strong elasticity are high voltage produced from others are low. The presented method can be applied to visualize the textile, sew the cloth, contrc textile fabrics. Also, these measurement datum are used to B2B electronic trading system.
Learning Framework for Robust Planning and Real-Time Execution Control

In this paper an attempt is made to establish a learning framework for robust planning and real-time execution control. Necessary definitions and concepts are clearly presented to describe real-time operational control in response to plan disruptions. A general mathematical framework for disruption recovery is also laid out. Global disruption model is decomposed into suitable number of local disruption models. Execution pattern is designed to capture local disruptions using decomposed reverse neural mappings, and to further demonstrate how the decomposed-reverse mapping could be applied for solving disruption recovery problems. Two decomposed-reverse neural mappings . N-K-M and M-K-N are employed to produce transportation solutions in real-time. A potential extension is also discussed using the proposed mapping principle and other hybrid heuristics Experimental results are provided to verity the proposed approach.
