Areas with dangerous processes which led to deformation of an embankment on a linear object laid in the conditions of the cryolithozone are study. The surveyed section of the railway route Pesets-Hanovey is located behind a polar circle (about 67.2 ° Northern Latitude, 63.5 ° East Longitude) in Bolshezemelskaya Tundra in the extreme northeast of the Komi Republic in the Vorkuta region. On the detailed site of a research the field educational practice on permafrostology which is carried out by Geological faculty MSU in the commonwealth with the Northern railroad Russian Railway. In the course which carried out a complex of field works: drilling operations, determination of Thermal-physics properties ground, definition of temperature condition of a surface, research of ground by an electric prospecting method, studying of temperature condition of permafrost, measurement of a layer of seasonal thawing, landscape micro zoning into districts of the site Hanovey, studying of frost blisters, determination of radiation balance, temperature condition of a brook, matching of results of geophysical researches, surface researches leveler. On the basis of monitoring, there were obtained data which formed the basis for development of a technique according to stability of development of a natural and technical system. The relation of size of the planned expenses to estimated size greatest possible can be used as an indicator of "security" of sustainable development. As cross-disciplinary approach to studying of a perspective is necessary, we developed offers of recommendatory character for socialists: geologists-permafrost researchers, engineers (designers and specialists in operation) and economists.

In the present study, Staphylococcus (S.) hyicus strains isolated in Russia (n = 23) and Germany (n = 17) were investigated for the prevalence of the previously described genes sheta and shetb. Sheta was detected in 16 S. hyicus strains. Sheta-positive strains were mainly found among strains isolated from exudative epidermitis, and frequently together with the exfoliative toxin-encoding genes exhD and exhC. Partial sequencing of sheta in a single S. hyicus strain revealed an almost complete match with the sheta sequence obtained from GenBank. None of the S. hyicus strains displayed a positive reaction with the shetb-specific oligonucleotide primer used in the present study. According to the present results, the exotoxin encoding gene sheta seems to be distributed among S. hyicus strains in Russia and Germany. The toxigenic potential of this exotoxin, which does not have the classical structure of a staphylococcal exfoliative toxin, remains to be elucidated.

In this paper, the lines of investigation on a problem of the development of remote acoustic sensing methods in oceanology are formulated. This paper summarizes the results of investigations into the possibilities for monitoring temperature and flow fields in shallow seas. In the discussed experiments, the instrumentation being constituents of the complex for long-duration remote monitoring of marine medium climatic variability and that of the acoustic tomography of shallow sea dynamic processes is used. The acoustic instruments were located on the POI FEB RAS acousto-hydrophysical polygon (Pacific Oceanological Institute, Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences) near the Gamov Peninsula. Acoustic receiving and transmitting systems operating with multiplex phase-manipulated signals (of M-codes) at frequency range 250-2500 Hz form the basis for this complex.
