신문 선거보도사진에 나타난 대통령 후보자 묘사 -2012년 대통령 선거를 중심으로-

This study investigated bias of coverage photos of newspapers, analyzing how three major daily newspapers, Chosun Ilbo, Seoul Shinmun, and Hankyoreh Shinmun, depict the candidates of the ruling party and the opposition party during the 18th presidential election held on 19 December 2012. First, 666 coverage photos related with the election were sampled to set the population, using content analysis method. This study adopted Verser and Wicks`s framework, modified and complemented, as the suitable research method to analyze contents of coverage photos. The analysis period included the pre-election period and the deadline of candidate registration. According to the study results, Hankyoreh Shinmun published 299 of 666 coverage photos while Seoul Shinmun and Chosun Ilbo published 189 and 178. Analyzing the page configuration of photos, the frequency of photos of the special page was highest. Second, there were no significant differences between the interaction favorability of two candidates in the case of Seoul Shinmun. Chosun Ilbo, however, used photos twice as favorable to the ruling party candidate as to the opposite party candidate while Hankyoreh Shinmun published photos twice as favorable to the opposite party as to the ruling party. Third, three newspapers published 349 photos of the event that had become politcally important: Chosun Ilbo dealing with 99, Seoul Shinmun 104, Hankyoreh Shinmun 146. In conclusion, this study found that Chosun Ilbo leaned toward the ruling party candidate, as Hankyoreh Shinmun toward the opposite party candidate, in terms of both quantity and quality of photos, especially with gesture, interaction, facial expression and gaze of the candidate, and props and angles of photos. Seoul Shinmun maintained neutral in both quantity and favorability of coverage photos. It was to be analyzed that these differences came from political bias of newspapers.

In this paper, we propose an algorithm that corrects the acceleration value by calculating the gravity acceleration value applied to each axis by using the angle value according to the gravity acceleration. First, acceleration and angular velocity are measured using a 3 - axis acceleration gyro sensor. Second, the measured value of the 3-axis acceleration gyro sensor integrates the angular velocity and measures how tilted it is in real time.Third, after measuring the angle, the acceleration must be subtracted from the gravitational acceleration. At this time, the degree of influence of gravitational acceleration varies depending on the inclined angle, so it should be subtracted in consideration of the angle.Fourth, integrating the value obtained by subtracting the value of gravitational acceleration in consideration of the angle makes it possible to obtain the speed value having the direction, not the speed value having only the size. Experimental results confirm that the acceleration value obtained by subtracting the gravitational acceleration from the measured value of the 3-axis acceleration gyro sensor and the speed value obtained by integrating the measured value can obtain the normal speed value, proving the efficiency of the proposed algorithm in this paper.
Benztropine Mesylate가 Haloperidol 타액농도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

Nineteen patients with schizophrenia by the DSM-III-R were administrated with only haloperidol in the first period. And the second period began after extrapyramidal symptoms developed, in this period they were administrated with haloperidol and benztropine concomittantly. At the third period, after withdrawal of benztropine, they were administrated with only haloperidol. For the purpose of evaluating the effect of benztropine mesylate on the haloperidol saliva level, the authors measured the haloperidol saliva level, the reduced haloperidol saliva level and the ratio of the reduced haloperidol saliva level/the haloperidol saliva level at the seperated administration period. The results are as follows : 1) Though the haloperidol saliva level of the single administration period of haloperidol was higher than that of other two periods, there was no statistically significant change. 2) The reduced haloperidol saliva level had no statistically significant change among three periods. 3) The reduced haloperidol saliva level/the haloperidol saliva level ratio had no statistically signifiant change among three periods. The authors concluded that the benztropine mesylate had no significant effect on the haloperidol saliva level in this study.

This study was carried out to select the variety showing high yield, stem rot tolerance and high oil content among the local varieties of sesame in Kyungpook district. An-dong local variety showed the highest yield in the varieties tested and followed by Tae-gu variety. In branching type, An-dong, Gim-cheun, Woul-seung and Tae-gu varities were non-branching type, and Yae-cheun, Cheung-do and Seun-san varieties were branching type. An-dong, Gim-cheun, Woul-seung and Tae-gu varieties had 3 capsules in axil, and Yae-cheun, Dal-seung, Cheung-do, and Seun-san varieties had one capsule. In the type of capsule, An-dong, Yae-cheun, Cheung-do, Gim-cheun and Tae-gu varieties were 4 cells, and Seun-san variety was 8 cells but Dal-seung and Woul-seung varieties were mixed with 4 and 8 cells. Woul-seung variety was yellow brown and the others were white in seed color. In the degree of tolerance against stem rot, An-dong and Tae-gu varieties were resistant, Cheung-do, Woul-seung and Yae-cheun varieties were moderate, and Dal-seung and Gim-cheun varieties were susceptible.
Cooperative Design Process in the Renovation Projects

The renovation project of an apartment building can be classified into four processes: ordering the project stage, planning stage, examination and judgment stage, design stage and construction stage. However, in the domestic renovation business, the project performance process has yet to be made systematic by stage. Of the stages involved in renovation, the design stage is the one that involves very complex roles and business processes of those involved in the project, including the project manager, architect,resident and engineer. In particular, in the design stage, the insufficiency in the ability to utilize the input information by project participants and improper decision making cause various problems in thε subsequent construction and ultimately make it difficult to accomplish a renovation project that fully satisfies the residents. Therefore, the design of renovation is a very important stage to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project performance process as well as the recognition of the design management technology. For this purpose, we aim to provide design work process in integrated respects and the role and responsibilities of every participant in the project, subject to the renovation design stage.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>ZnS nanopowders annealed at low temperatures (≤550 °C) have a pure cubic structure, while a small amount of hexagonal phase formed in specimens annealed at temperatures ≥700 °C. The particle sizes of the ZnS nanopowders increased with the annealing temperature. ZnS ceramics that were sintered using ZnS nanopowders annealed at low temperatures (≤550 °C) exhibited low transmittance, because of their porous microstructure. ZnS ceramics that were synthesized using ZnS powders annealed at high temperatures (≥800 °C) containing large agglomerated particles, also exhibited low transmittance, due to the presence of a liquid phase. A carbonate absorption band was found from the ZnS ceramics with small grains, because carbon ions diffused from the graphite mold into the ZnS ceramics during sintering, probably through the grain boundaries, and formed carbonates. A ZnS ceramic that was sintered at 1020 °C using the nanopowders annealed at 750 °C exhibited dense microstructure, with a large transmittance, 68%, in the wavelength range 6.0–12 μm.</P>
