Purpose: This article focuses on exploring the associations between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. Specifically, this study estimates the impacts of Vietnamese employees’ job satisfaction on their organizational commitment and turnover intention in FDI enterprises. Research design, data and methodology: The measures are adapted from previous studies to develop a questionnaire with a seven-point Likert scale. The dataset is directly collected from 227 respondents who are employees at FDI enterprises situated in the North of Vietnam. The dataset is analyzed by quantitative approaches using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results: The results show that while turnover intention is positively correlated with monthly income, it is negatively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Also, organizational commitment is positively associated with job satisfaction among employees at FDI enterprises in Vietnam. Conclusions: The findings of this study will serve as useful references for administrators of FDI enterprises and policymakers to promote employees’ job satisfaction and retain skilled employees.

Tran, Do-Van-Anh,Nguyen, Ngoc-Duyen,Tang, Thai-Ngoc,Le, Dinh-Bao-Nhi,Vo, Huyen-Yen-Nhi,Le, Hoanh-Su Korea Multimedia Society 2020 The journal of multimedia information system Vol.7 No.1
Parents' desire for daily English practice for students and the urge for a etter English education has led to a demand for a highly qualified educational curriculum. In addition to getting deep-dive insights into parents' decision-making process, the increasingly important role of STEM education method has been proved in accordance with plenty of evidenced-based many of previous research. This study was conducted to examine the five independent factors affecting parents' intentions when designating English centers for their children, respectively named: Facility, Teachers, Brands, Social factors and Tuition. Through a preliminary approach, 235 samples were analyzed. Analysis of the sample responses reveals the importance level of five independent factors affecting Parents' intention to choose English centers in descending order: Facilities, Teachers, Brands, Tuition and Social factors. Furthermore, a positive correlation was found between STEM and Intention to choose English centers, indicating that whether the center applies STEM-related curriculum in English courses or not, in fact, has a significant impact on parents' decision. In terms of attitude towards STEM, further statistical tests revealed an interesting finding, which is the fact that how STEM affects Intention of parents is directly proportional to the Attitude towards STEM. With the help of SPSS 20 and AMOS 20, the SEM analysis was processed in order to draw conclusions about factors impacting Intentions to choose English centers. Combining with Multi-group analysis, the major role of STEM education has been assessed in relation to plenty of correlations. In light of recent major and massive growth of English teaching market in Vietnam, several suggestions and recommendations in terms of sustainable developments have been displayed in this research.

This study was conducted at the Acacia and Eucalyptus plantations and an unplanted area in Vietnam to firstly compare the appearance of native tree species between different plantations and an unplanted area, and secondly to examine the effect of planting densities and distances from the natural forest to plantations on the appearance and successful growth of native tree species. The area had previously suffered from many forest fires, grazing activity and shifting cultivation until 1990, and consequently had become degraded with low species diversity, low vegetation cover and low soil fertility. Circular plots of 200 m2 were used to collect data from January to April, 2004. Several diversity indices were recorded to evaluate the species diversity in the plantations and unplanted area. A total of 22 regenerated native tree species were found in the plantation of Acacia auriculiformis with a density of 860 trees per ha. In this plantation, the best planting density was 1,660 trees per ha. The lowest density was 467 trees per ha for a plantation of Eucalyptus camaldulensis with 12 regenerated native tree species. The number of regenerated native tree species and their density abundance in plantations at 300 m away from the natural forest were half of those at a distance of 50 m away.

The nanometer complex oxide La0:7Sr0.3Mn0.6Zn0.₄O₃ was prepared by using a Sol-Gel method with citric acid as a ligand. The in uence of Zn doping of La0.7Sr0.₃MnO₃ on the structure, the morphology, the surface properties and on the catalytic activity of material was studied by using X-ray diraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), a high-resolution images and selected area electron diraction (SAED), physical adsorption and temperature programmed surface reaction (TPSR) methods. The results showed that perovskite La0:7Sr0:3Mn0:6. Zn0.₄O₃ could well catalyse propene oxidation in the temperature range 190 { 280 ℃, which was reduced to 100 { 120 ℃ for catalyst La1-χSrχMnO₃ The nanometer complex oxide La0:7Sr0.3Mn0.6Zn0.₄O₃ was prepared by using a Sol-Gel method with citric acid as a ligand. The Pohang Neutron Facility, which consists of an electron linear accelerator, a water-cooled Ta target with a water moderator, and a time-of-flight path with an 11-m length, was constructed to measure neutron total cross-sections in the neutron energy region from thermal to several hundreds of eV by using the time-of-flight method. In order to utilize this pulsed neutron facility based on an electron linac, we have to understand the characteristics of the radiation fields produced in this facility. We used the multiple-foil activation method to measure the neutron and the photon distributions produced by a water-cooled Ta target with and without the water moderator./?P믭

We measured isomeric cross-section ratios for the $^{45}$Sc($\gamma$,$n$)$^{44m,g}$Sc, $^{nat}$Ti($\gamma$,$x$)$^{44m,g}$Sc, $^{103}$Rh($\gamma$,4$n$)$^{99m,g}$Rh, and $^{nat}$Fe($\gamma$,$x$)$^{52m,g}$Mn reactions at the 65-MeV electron linac of the Pohang Accelerator Laborator by using the activation method. Samples of natural Sc, Ti, Rh, and Fe metallic foils were irradiated in an uncollimated bremsstrahlung beam. The isomeric cross-section ratios were determined from the activity measurement with a high-purity germanium detector. The measured isomeric ratios were 0.21 $\pm$ 0.03, 0.12 $\pm$ 0.03, 1.43 $\pm$ 0.20, and 0.28 $\pm$ 0.04 for the $^{45}$Sc($\gamma$,$n$)$^{44m,g}$Sc, $^{nat}$Ti($\gamma$,$x$)$^{44m,g}$Sc, $^{103}$Rh($\gamma$,4$n$)$^{99m,g}$Rh, and $^{nat}$Fe($\gamma$,$x$)$^{52m,g}$Mn reactions, respectively. The present results for the $^{45}$Sc($\gamma$,$n$)$^{44m,g}$Sc and $^{nat}$Fe($\gamma$,$x$)$^{52m,g}$Mn reactions are in good agreement with other measurements. The present results for $^{nat}$Ti($\gamma$,$x$)$^{44m,g}$Sc and $^{103}$Rh($\gamma$,4$n$)$^{99m,g}$Rh reactions are the first such measurements.
