      • Models in species abundance distribution in presenting community states and environmental impact

        Species abundance patterns have been recently one of key issues in ecology regarding determination of the allowable species richness in a determined area (i.e., island biogeography) and elucidation of structural coherence residing in the relationships between species and their corresponding abundance in communities. The topic of relative species abundance or species abundance distribution (SAD) is considered significant in revealing origination of community establishment in theoretical aspect and in presenting ecological states in response to environmental impact in practical aspect. Conventional models used in SADs including geometric series, log series, log normal distribution and broken stick model were introduced along with example cases. Theoretical interpretation of species abundance patterns was additionally outlined covering the neutral model, power law analysis and application of principles in statistical physics. The future of SADs and the species‐abundance related topics was discussed regarding community organization mechanism and ecological monitoring in response to disturbances.

        불완전한 주체와 진리의 윤리

        이 논문은 이상의 시에서 불완전한 주체가 끊임없이 탈주하며 불안해하는 근본적인 원인을 살펴보았다. 많은 연구자들이 이상의 시를 현대적인 것에 대한 무한한 동경으로 이해한다. 한국문학사는 그를 미래의 시인, 혹은 종잡을 수 없는 난해한 시를 쓴 시인으로 기록한다. 하지만 그 근거로 제시할 만한 것들이 이상의 시에는 그렇게 많지 않다. 실제로 이상은 끊임없이 현재로부터 탈주하고, 자신의 삶으로부터 자신을 분리하고자 했다. 그것은 결여로서의 세계, 말하자면 불가능한 현실 속에서 어떤 가능성을 찾는 일이었다. 이상의 시에서 불가능한 가능성은 끊임없이 그것에 대해 질문하는 주체의 아이러니를 통해 드러난다. 진리를 향해 걸어갔던 이상은 어떠한 위로의 말도 귀담아듣지 않았으며, 철저하게 현실과 타협하지 않았다. 그러한 이상이 자신의 삶을 소비하면서 지킬 수 있었던 윤리란 민족의 운명과 함께 할 만큼 거창한 것은 아니었다. 그러나 그것은 그 시대의 모든 불가능한 것들에 대한 가능성으로서 한 개인의 특별한 모험의 형식이기 때문에 매우 문제적이다. This article looks around the fundamental cause what makes incomplete subject to be anxious in Yi Sang"s Poetry. Many of researchers think that Yi Sang"s Poetry is an infinite longing for modernism or modernity. Also history of Korean literature praises him as a future poet, or devaluates him who composes an esoteric poems. However, there is not much to provide reasonable evidence for modernism or modernity in Yi Sang"s Poetry. Actually Yi Sang tried to escape from the present and separated himself from his life of distress. Those are finding a possibility in impossible reality which is a world of lack. Such as impossible possibility is exposed come out ironical behavior of subject who constantly question about that. Yi Sang is walking to truth alone, so that he did not bow down his ears to words of comfort. And he did not comprise with the reality. Yi Sang stuck to his last to consume his life because he think it is ethics. It is not so great that the ethics casts in its fortunes with nation. But the ethics is a possibility of all impossible, because it is a special form which run the risk of fortunes. Therefore it is almost problematic.

      • Acid protease 생산균 Penicillium sp. CK-2의 분리 및 효소생산

        서울 시내 각 지역의 토양 및 하천수 230점을 대상으로 강력히 acid protease를 생산하는 균주인 CK-2를 선별하였으며 이 균주의 형태학적, 배양학적 특징을 조사한 결과 Penicillium속으로 동정하였으며 효소생산을 위한 최적조건을 조사하였다. 효소생산을 위한 최적 배지조성은 sucrose 1.0%, yeast extract 0.1%, (NH_4)_2SO_4 0.2%, K_2HPO_4 0.1%, MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.05%, FeSO_4·7H_2O 0.001% 였다. 최적 배양온도는 37℃였으나 30℃에서 50℃까지의 범위에서도 균체증식과 효소생산력이 우수하였으며, 최적 pH는 3.0, 37℃에서 54시간 배양하였을 때 최대효소활성을 보였으며 이때의 acid protease 활성은 980 unit/㎖이었다. Department of Microbial Engineering, Konkuk University, Hwayang-Dong 1, Kwangjin-Gu, Seoul 143-701, Korea, A fungi strain No. CK-2 producing extracellular acid protease was isolated from soil in acidic environment, and selected on bases of protease productivities as the only one of 230 isolates to produce high levels of acid protease. We are selected the best strain by soil-direct method. It was identified as Penicillium sp. based on its morphological and physiological characteristics. Image analyzer was used in investigation of the morphological characteristics. The optimal conditions for the enzyme production were Sucrose 1.0%, Yeast extract 0.1%, (NH_4)_2SO_4 0.2%, K_2HPO_4 0.1%, MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.05%, FeSO_4·7H_2O 0.001%, initial pH 3.0, incubation for 54hrs at 37℃. It grew in the temperature range of 30℃ to 50℃ and the pH range of pH 2.0 to 4.0.

      • 초등교사들의 자연과 교수지도에 대한 과학 불안도 및 태도 인식조사

        The purpose of this study was to investigate of perceptions about science teaching anxiety and attitudes toward science of elementary school teacher. For this study, 810 elementary school teacheres were selected from chungbuk prefecture. Three instruments were administered this study; S-STAI (science teaching state-traite anxiety inventory), ISA(Inventory of Science Attitudes), SSAF(Survey of Science Anxiety Factor). The results were as the following; 1. Perception of science teaching anxiety showed about 37.9% of elementary school teachers. 2. Attitudes toward science teaching were not significantly difference according to teacher variable. 3. The relation between the science anxiety and attitudes toward science showed negative correlation(r=-0.47). 4. Factor of science anxiety showed from inquiring experimental assessment and instruction method related teaching science inquiry skills.

      • 이공계 대학 소양교육의 개선방안

        The purpose of this study was to present improvement of science and engineering literacy education concern with 'fundamental engineering literacy'. This study was conducted through literature review and research on the actual condition of fundamental career ability of science and engineering college students. Based on the research results, engineering literacy (communication, personal relationship, career ethics, self-improvement and self-administer) subjects (cultural scientific understanding of engineering, social scientific understanding of engineering, engineering and communication, engineering and personal relationship) and managerial devices were provided. The proposal to improve engineering literacy education are as following : First, make clear the concepts of engineering literacy and subject for engineering literacy education. Second, support curriculum, teaching method and assessment in related to engineering literacy. Third, support training course for professional who will be in charge of engineering literacy education.

        평조회상의 선법 연구 : 피리악보를 중심으로

        At the present time there are three versions of Yo˘ngsan hoesang 靈山會相 classified according to their instrumentation : "String Ensemble," commonly known as the Chulp'ungnyu 줄풍류 (or Chunggwangjigok 重光之曲 and Hyo˘nak Yo˘ngsan hoesang 絃樂靈山會相); "Wind Ensemble," known as the Taep'ungnyu 대풍류 (or Kwanak Yo˘ngsan hoesang 管樂靈山會相 and P'yojo˘ngmanbangjigok 表正萬方之曲); and "Wind and String Ensemble," called P'yo˘ngjo hoesang 平調會上 (or Yuch'o sinjigok 柳初新之曲). This paper aims at investigating the modal structure of the third version of Yo˘ngsan hoesang, i.e. P'yo˘ngjo hoesang, on the basis of the scores for Korean cylindrical oboe known as p'iri ?? and six-stringed zither (ko˘mun'go 거문고 or ho˘yn'gu˘m 玄琴). By examining and analyzing the tonal structure of P'yo˘ngjo hoesang the author points out the followings in conclusion : First, the tonal structure of P'yo˘ngjo hoesang consists of five note, i.e. a pentatonic scale : hwang 黃 (E^b), t'ae 太 (F), chung 仲 (A^b), im 林 (B^b), and nam 南 (c), which is a typical p'yo˘ngjo mode called p'yo˘ngjo so˘nbo˘p 平調旋法. Second, it is common that the performing technique of each note expressed in the P'yo˘ngjo hoesang is on the basis of the p'yo˘ngjo mode according to the existing literatary sources. Thus we can make sure that the tonal structure of P'yo˘ngjo hoesang is based upon the p'yo˘ngjo mode. Third, it is argued in the field of Korean musicology that the modal structure of P'yo˘ngjo hoesang is based on the kyemo˘njo 界面調 mode in B^b key called imjong kyemyo˘njo 林鍾界面調. According to notes of the ko˘mun'go and p'iri performing technique, however, Kunak 軍樂, the last piece of P'yo˘ngjo hoesang, is based on the p'yo˘njo mode in F key known as t'aeju p'yo˘ngjo 太簇平調. From this we can say that the modal theory of P'yo˘ngjo hoesang by Chang Sa-hun 張師勛 is not valid. From the three facts discussed above, it is reasonable to conclude that the tonal structure of P'yo˘ngjo hoesang is based on the p'yo˘njo mode 平調旋法 where the hwangjong 黃鍾 (E^b) is the basic tone. This paper may be able to make a contribution to correcting the established modal theory of P'yo˘ngjo hoesang in the field of Korean musicology.

      • 퍼지 GMDH 알고리즘과 폐수처리 공정 시스템에의 응용

        본 논문에서는 GMDH(Group Method of Data Handling) 알고리즘을 이용하여 퍼지 모델의 구조와 파라미터를 설정하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 퍼지 함의 규칙의 전건부 구조와 파라미터를 동정하기 위해 GMDH 알고리즘과 퍼지 추론을 사용하였고 최적의 후건부 파라미터를 동정하기 위해 최소 자승법을 사용하였다. 제안된 모델링 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위해서 가스로 시계열 데이터와 하수처리 데이터를 사용하였다. 제안된 방법을 사용하면 다른 모델에 비해 우수한 성능을 가진 지능 모델을 얻을수 있다. The Proposed fuzzy modeling implements system structure and parameter identification using the GMDH(Group Method of Data Handling) Algorithm. In this method, We use the GMDH algorithm and fuzzy inference to identify the premise structure and parameter of fuzzy implication rules and least square method to identify optimum consequence parameter. Time seris data for gas furnace and wastewatertreatment data are used for purpose of evaluating the performance of the proposed fuzzy.

      • 터어보-발전기 시스템의 능동적응 이중제어

        본 연구에서는 이너베이션 접근법을 이용한 이중제어 알고리즘과 자기동조 제어를 위한 기존의 극점배치 방법을 결합시켜 안정한 능동적응 이중제어기를 설계하고, 터어보-발전기 시스템에 적응하여 특성을 조사하였다. 이 제어기의 적용도를 조사하기 위해, 조속기 동기기 및 전압조정기로 구성된 9차 쌍 입출력 화력용 터어보-발전기를 선택하여, 실제 시스템과 동일한 특성을 갖는 최적이산치 3차 단일 입·출력 시스템으로 분해하고, 자기동조 기법을 이용한 능동적응 이중제어 시스템을 구성하였다. 능동적응 이중 제어기로 구성된 터어보-발전기 시스템에 단위계단 증분 외란을 인가하고, 디지탈 컴퓨터에 의한 시뮬레이션으로 적응도를 검토한 능동적응 이중 제어기는 극점배치 자기동조 제어기에 비하여 제어손실과 과도상태에서 출력편차 등을 효율적으로 억제함을 입증하였다. This study presents the design method of the active adaptive dual controller that consists of a dual control algorithm and the pole place method, and the analysis of performance characteristics of the active adaptive dual control in relation to the turbo-generator system. The application of the active adaptive dual controller to the 9th order biinputbiouput thermal turbo-generator consisting of governor, synchronous machine and automatic voltage regulator was carried out by decoupling into the 3rd order optimal discrete SI-SO systems. Using a step incremental input as disturbance, computer simulation illustrates that the active adaptive dual controller sharply suppressed the control loss, the output deviation compared favorably with those of a pole placement self-tuning controller.

      • 폐수처리 시스템의 자동화를 위한 제어규칙 퍼지 모델링

        규칙베이스 퍼지모델링의 설계방법을 복잡하고 비선형적인 시스템의 모델동정을 위하여 제안한다. 이 논문에서 제안된 3가지 종류의 규칙베이스 퍼지모델 방법은 간략추론, 선형추론, 변형된 선형추론 퍼지모델링 방법이다. 퍼지규칙의 전반부 구조와 파라미터를 동정하기 위하여 퍼지 클러스터링, 수정된 컴플렉스법이 사용되고, 최적 후반부 파라미터를 동정하기 위해 최소자승법이 사용된다. 가스로 공정의 시계열 데이타의 하수처리공정의 데이타가 제안된 규칙 베이스 퍼지 모델링을 성능평가 하기위해 사용된다. 제안된 모델링 방법이 다른 논문과 비교시 더 높은 정확도를 가진 퍼지모델을 생성함을 이용하여 보인다. A design of rule-based fuzzy modeling is presented for the model identification of complex and nonlinear systems. Three kinds of method for fuzzy modeling presented in this paper include simplified inference(type1), linear inference(type2), and modified linear inference(type3). The fuzzy c-means clustering and modified complex methods are used in order to identify the premise structure and parameter of fuzzy implication rules, respectively and the least square method is utilized for the identification of optimal consequence parameters. Time series data for gas furnace and sewage treatment processes are used to evaluate the performances of the proposed rule-based fuzzy modeling. Comparison shows that the proposed method can produce the fuzzy model with higher accuracy than previous other studies.
