      • 학생들의 과학교과 불안도와 학습성취도와의 관계

        In this study, the researcher analyzed relationship between students' science anxiety and achivement, and investigated the tendency of the science anxiety by students' variables. For the survey of this study, 5,304 students were sampled from the population of Korean secondary school. The researcher adopted R & D procedure for the development of SAMS(science anxiety measurement scale) and the SAT(science achivement test). The instrument SAMS consisted of 38-item scale. Cronbach α for SAMS was 0.92, concurrent validity was 0.66. SAT consist of 20-item, the reliable coefficient of KR-20 was 0.70. The data were analyzed by using Pearson-Product coefficient and Regression analysis for the correlation between dependent and independent variable. The tendency of science anxiety were analyzed Multi-way analysis of variance, and all hypotheses were evaluated as the significant level of 0.001. Results of this study were summarized as follows: 1) The relationship between the science anxiety and the achivement showed negative correlation(r=-0.24) in all grades. 2) The relationship between the male and the female showed negative correlation (male; r=-0.23, female=-0.22), but 11ths' humanities course and female of the science course didn't showed correlation. 3) The size of city where the school located showed negative correlation to the students anxiety(big city;-0.27, medium;-0.24, small city;-0.22). 4) Tendency of students' science anxiety according to the variable of grades and sex variables was found to significant difference. The effects of interaction were found to significant difference between two variables of grade and sex, sex and local, local and grade. The effects among three variables were formed to significant difference grade, sex and local.

      • 초고층 주상복합 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물의경제성 분석에 관한 연구

        The increase of high-rise residential-commercial buildings is required to cut down a term of works and the cost of construction. Reinforced concrete structures and steel framed reinforcement concrete that are commonly used have the difficulty in reducing them. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a new precast concrete complex system and to analyze its economical feasibility. The economic analysis is performed through comparing the cost of a high-rise reinforced building that was already constructed with that of the new proposed precast concrete system, which is limited to structural frame work of typical floors. This study shows that the proposed precast concrete complex system is economical. Further research should be directed at including the influence of a term of works.

        과학개념과 인지적 갈등의 유형이 학생들의 개념변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to classify the types of scientific concepts by theoretical concepts and empirical concepts in physics, and to create cognitive conflict in students with logical statements and demonstrations, and to investigate conceptual changes. It seems that mechanics has much to do with the empirical concepts, and electromagnetics has much to do with the theoretical concepts. The condition of the instrument is intellegible, plausible, fruitful, and able to state and demonstrate. The instrument appropriate for these conditions was developed, which consisted of 6 items in mechanics and 6 items in electromagnetics, and conceptual changes were investigated. Structured interviews were conducted with 32 high school students to create cognitive conflict. We have elicited their ideas three times : pretest, posttest and delayed posttest. As the results of this study, demonstration method was more effective for conceptual change than logical argument method. In case of content areas, the misconceptions on mechanics concepts were changed more easily than those on electromagnetics concepts. In addition, the results of the study showed that the more cognitive conflict, the more the conceptual change was occurred.

        勤勞三權과 經營權 衝突解決에 關한 硏究

        Employment relations are established based on but closely related with an employment contract in principle, and also are legal relations that bind labor and management mutually. Furthermore, management rights and unityㆍcollective action rights are mutually restricted relations. With the realization of democratic labor-management relations, right exercise is in need of accepting mutual limitation. Although unity action was only activity of expressing citizens' collective opinion in the level of civil laws, it could have legal approval of special protective exemption in an aspect of labor laws through amending the principle of civil laws. Its objective is to secure criminal and civil exemption of union activity and to prohibit unfair labor action, which is inherent in the constitution. Accordingly, interpretation theory that distinguishes unity action from a strike and is intended to exclude unity action by agreement from the objection of exemption from the beginning cannot be accepted. It is because both strike and unity action by agreement pursue a common goal to realize the value of right to live. Management rights are employer's inherent rights. Although a precedent admits it as a legal right, this does not mean that it is a right based on the positive law. But its scope of execution as a decision making right reserved to an employer also is limited to legal matters. While some deny the existence of management rights on the basis of its failure to prescribe specifically in constitution or laws like labor rights, others argue that management rights should be admitted as a nature right since it should be organically consistent with the management of a property right in the constitution system which ensures a property right. On the other hand, the objective of securing labor rights in the constitution is to realize the value of right to live that union activity has. In essence, legal evaluation about labor-management relations should always respect the spirit of the constitution and examine its validity. Also the principal of labor laws should be developed and controlled according to harmonic order. This study is intended to examine union activity rights and their definite guarantee, and evaluation standards of controlling legal benefit with management rights. Furthermore, this study seeks to establish the characteristics of union activity and new management order which meets reality. Management rights are given to fully fulfill a duty to improve productivity and produce quality products and service through rational operation for continuation and development of management. Its legal basis is on a property right, a legal right based on labor contract with labor, and manager's inherent functional right. Existing legal control over union activity has not played an active role in protecting management rights, breaking labor's economic and human dependent relations, and dealing with special legal matters according to community development and changes in labor-management relations. Since labor laws do not provide all kinds of problems which can occur during union activity, when union activity comes into conflict with management rights, labor laws do not act as evaluation standards for legal benefit, but provide one limited protective law. To solve problems which are not provided in labor laws, the regulations and principle of protective law of labor laws are needed to be actively analogized, expanded, and applied according to historical background of being defined as basic rights and its basic intent. Finally, labor laws are needed to establish the development direction of providing labor-management relations prior to labor protection in order to fully secure union activity and management rights. Based on the basic intent, the purpose of this study is to suggest interpretation standards which can objectively and rationally evaluate all problems of union activity which are not provided in labor laws.
