This study conducted in-depth interviews with twelve men in their twenties and employed the Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique (ZMET) to identify the ideal self-image and fantasy of men wearing make-up. The results are as follows. First, the ideal self-images of men wearing makeup can be divided into 7 images (well-managed, dissimilar from real identity, masculine, neat, stylish, standing out, and formal). Men who wear makeup pursued an alternative decent image that is different from their reality. They want to be manly, attractive, decorous, and eye-catching through a better looking face. Second, men who wear makeup have insecurities about their looks and personalities that creates dissatisfaction with reality and a desire for a different idealistic self. Makeup was the tool to create the other entity. Makeup facilitated a fantasy of becoming another to gain increased confidence in social relationships. However, without makeup, they showed a lack of confidence and became intimidated that made them even further dependent on makeup. Third, the process helped participants complete a consensus map that represented the emotional and reasoning structures of men wearing makeup. This study showed 7 ideal self-images of men wearing makeup with a fantasy to create a desired ideal self by wearing makeup. The study can be applied to marketing strategy for men`s cosmetics and plates` designs.
e 스포츠 웹 시청 연구를 위한 시선 분석도구 설계 및 개발

본 연구는 웹에서의 e 스포츠 시청 행위 측정도구 개발과 시선추적 장치를 이용한 멀티태스킹 시청 분석 도구 및 방법을 설계하여 제안하였다. 이를 위해 하나의 스크린 안에서도 멀티태스킹이 빈번하게 일어나는 시청 행위를 시각적으로 기록하고 측정할 수 있는 개별 창 관심영역(WOI)을 설계하였고, 실시간으로 연구자가 연구참여자의 시청행위 패턴을 관찰할 수 있도록 실시간 스트리밍 및 녹화 소프트웨어인 OBS(Opensource Broadcaster Software) 플러그인(Plug-In)을 직접 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 방법론은 다음과 같은 의의가 있다. 첫째, 정지화면과 같이 제한된 웹 인터페이스 측정이 아닌 동영상과 같은 다이내믹 신을 기록할 수 있다. 둘째, 스크린에 여러 개의 창이 동시에 열려져 있어도 연구참여자가 어떠한 창을 주목하는지 정확하게 좌표를 기록할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 시각화된 정보로 확인할 수 있다. 셋째, 매우 자연스러운 일상적 상황에서 실험을 수행할 수 있어서 인위적인 실험실적 환경이나 실험 처치물이 아닌 이용자의 실제 콘텐츠 이용 패턴과 행태를 추적하는데 용이해 실험 자료의 객관적 타당도를 높일 수 있다. This study suggests a design for an analytical software program and method for multitasking e-sports viewing through the web using an eye tracking device. To fulfill this task, we designed a Window of Interest (WOI) to measure and record visually on a screen wherever numerous multitasking activities occur. In addition, we developed an OBS (Opensource Broadcaster Software) plug-in that records and streams participant viewing behavior patterns in real time. The purpose of this study is as follows. First, unlike existing tools that limit web interface recording to still images, the developed tool can record dynamically via media such as videos. Second, when several windows are processed on a screen, the tool can accurately record the gaze positions of the participants. Lastly, the tool can enhance the objective validity of the data as it can be implemented in natural situations. Therefore, this study can trace natural viewing patterns and behavior as we do not create artificial experimental environments and stimuli.

Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the level of mental health literacy (MHL) of the R.O.K junior army offices. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional survey design was used with a convenient sample. The survey data were collected from 145 junior army officers. Participants were presented with a survey about 2-case vignettes (schizophrenia and depression) and responded questions assessing recognition of these mental problems and understanding about the helpfulness of interventions and resources. Descriptive analysis, t-test and x<sup>2</sup>-test were performed. Result: The rate of recognition for mental health problems was 15.3 percent for schizophrenia and 43.4 percent for depression. Participants understood stress, unconscious conflict and interpersonal conflict as causes for both schizophrenia and depression. they believed that psychological counseling was helpful intervention and family and friends were useful care resources. Conclusion: The findings indicate that education program is necessary to improve the mental health literacy of the junior army officer.
메타데이터를 활용한 1960∼2018 〈한국언론학보〉논문 분석 : 다이내믹 토픽 모델링(Dynamic Topic Modeling) 방법을 중심으로

This study analyzed the 60 years of journals, from the first issue to 2018, of the 〈Korean Journal of Journalism & Communication〉 with two approaches using the metadata of the complete edition of academic articles. First, the descriptive statistics indicated that the journal has 1,276 authors and 2,048 articles. From 2001, the number of articles has increased by threefold than before, but has been decreasing for the last four years. Next, we used Dynamic Topic Modeling (DTM) to understand the developing pattern of the topics by creating DTM of the stored articles every five years in six categories. The result of the field of the study showed that journalism, online journalism, and news-related journalism were frequently found while the cultural study was rare. Second, in the methodology, empirical study was the dominant topics over time and the computational methodology was increasingly used. Third, frame, usage and gratification, and agenda setting theory were extracted as the main theoretical topics, and fourth, in the message study, the effect related topics were dominant. Fifth, in the audience study, political participation, television viewing and teenager-related topics were extracted. Lastly, in the research subject, online, social media, and internet discussion were actively discussed topics, which indicates that this journal was enthusiastic to the online-related research. This study is notable as it suggests a new methodology to analyze the study trend of journal articles by clustering the extracted topics from an algorithm using metadata and machine learning.

This study investigated consumers` enjoyment, perceived risks, expected values, and innovativeness factors and the effects of the convenience and personalization of "online to offline" (O2O) fashion mobile commerce on its perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and consumers` attitudes and intention to use O2O mobile commerce. A research model was developed using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A mobile survey was conducted through smartphone messengers and SNSs targeting male and female college students in their 20s who are living in the Seoul Metropolitan Area. A total of 192 questionnaire responses were used in the analysis. “Among the consumer characteristics, only enjoyment and expected values were found to make consumers feel that the O2O fashion mobile commerce is useful and easy to use. Among the mobile commerce characteristics, only convenience was found to have significant effects on consumers` perceived usefulness and ease of use regarding O2O fashion mobile commerce. Perceived usefulness was found to have the effects on attitudes as well as intention to use toward O2O mobile commerce. It was shown that positive attitudes toward O2O mobile commerce led to positive use intention toward O2O mobile commerce.
