4차산업혁명의 핵심인 인공지능 기술은 인간의 능력을 뛰어넘어 주식예측에도 적용하고 있으면 예측이 불가능 한 것을 딥러닝 기법과 머신러닝을 통하여 지능화된 판단을 내리고 있는 실정이다. 미국의 펀드매니지먼트 회사에서는 증시 에널리스트의 역할을 인공지능이 대신하고 있으며, 이 분야의 연구가 활발히 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 BLSTM을 이용하여 기존의 LSTM방식의 단방향 예측에서 발생하는 오류를 줄이고, 양방향으로 예측하여 예측에 대한 오류를 줄이고, 주식 가격에 영향을 미치는 거시 지표, 즉 경제성장률, 경제지표, 이자율, 무역수지, 환율, 통화량을 분 석한다. 거시 지표 분석 후에 개별 주식에 대한 PBR, BPS, ROE 예측과 가장 주식 가격에 영향을 미치는 외국인, 기관, 연기금 등 매수와 매도 물량을 분석하여 주식의 목표주가를 정확히 예측하여 주식 투자에 도움을 주기 위해 본 연구를 수행했다. Artificial intelligence technology, which is the core of the 4th industrial revolution, is making intelligent judgments through deep learning techniques and machine learning that it is impossible to predict if it is applied to stock prediction beyond human capabilities. In US fund management companies, artificial intelligence is replacing the role of stock market analyst, and research in this field is actively underway. In this study, we use BLSTM to reduce errors that occur in unidirectional prediction of the existing LSTM method, reduce errors in predictions by predicting in both directions, and macroscopic indicators that affect stock prices, namely, economic growth rate, economic indicators, interest rate, analyze the trade balance, exchange rate, and volume of currency. To help stock investment by accurately predicting the target price of stocks by analyzing the PBR, BPS, and ROE of individual stocks after analyzing macro-indicators, and by analyzing the purchase and sale quantities of foreigners, institutions, pension funds, etc., which have the most influence on stock prices.

A study on the effect of exchange rates on the domestic stock market and countermeasures

국내증시는 1992년 1월 자본시장이 개방되고, 외국 자본의 비율이 꾸준히 증가하여 2022년 현재 국내 시장의 30%를 차지하고 있다. 따라서 국내 증시는 국내의 이슈보다는 외국의 이슈에 더 많은 영향을 받고 있다. 외국자본의 매매 동향은 환율변동과 유사한 흐름을 보이고 있다. 환율이 외국자본의 매매에 미치는 영향을 피어슨 상관관계를 이용하여 분석하고, 환율변동에 따른 투자전략을 마련하고 거시경제지표 중 하나인 환율의 변동을 미리 예측하여 선제적으로 주식투자에 활용할 수 있다면 높은 수익률을 기대할 것으로 보인다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 환율과 외국자본의 매매 패턴을 비교 분석하여 국내증시 전반에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인인 환율에 따른 외국인 변수를 예측하여 매수와 매매의 타이밍을 판단하여 투자에 도움을 주기 위해 본 연구를 진행하였다. Therefore, this research was conducted to help investment by predicting foreign variables comparing and analyzing exchange rates and foreign capital trading patterns, and predicting appropriate time for buying and selling.

Security Vulnerability and Security Measures of Kakao Bank in Industrial Environment

카카오 뱅크는 스마트폰과 신분증 그리고 타행은행 계좌만 가지고 있다면 누구나 편하게 사용할 수 있다. 그러나 카카오뱅크 출범 몇 일 되지 않아 타인의 스마트폰 명의로 계좌를 개설하고 대출을 받는 사례가 생겼다. 이 같은 사례를 방지하기 위해 FDS(Fraud Detective System) 가 짧은 간격으로 같은 금 액이 인출 될 경우 금융거래를 탐지하게 된다. FDS의 탐지 시스템은 4가지의 기능을 갖추게 된다. 모니터 링 및 감사, 정보수집, 분석 및 탐지, 대응으로 이루어져 있다. 카카오 뱅크의 보안 문제점은 다양한 방향 에서 일어나는데 이 같은 문제에 대하여 카카오 뱅크가 FDS를 이용하여 대응하는 방법에는 어떤 것이 있 는지 제안하였다. The Kakao bank can be conveniently used if there are only smartphones, identity cards, and bank accounts. However, a few days before the inauguration of Kakao Bank, the company opened an account for receiving loans from other people. In order to avoid such cases, the financial transactions will be detected if the SDS is withdrawn at a short interval of time. The detection system of FDS has four functions which are monitoring and auditing, collection, analysis, and response. There are security problems of the cocoa banks in various directions. The Analysis of CCTV Hacking and Security Countermeasure Technologies : Survey

최근 부각되고 있는 사생활유출범죄 유형 중 CCTV 해킹을 이용한 범행에 대한 것이다. 요즘 CCTV를 사용이 증가함에 따라 악의적인 해커들은 CCTV를 사생활유출수단으로써 이용하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 CCTV 해킹을 통한 범죄 가 늘어나고 있는 반면 일반 사용자들의 보안의식 수준은 현저히 낮았고, 국가적 차원에서의 대응·대책 또한 부실한 상황이 다. 따라서 이번 연구논문을 통해 CCTV 해킹을 방지할 수 있는 여러 보안기술에는 중 사용자 인증 프로토콜, SSH 터널링 을 통한 원격접속, 미디어 암호화 알고리즘 등을 소개하고, 최근에 출시된 기술로는 우경정보기술사의 SecuWatcher for CCTV, 노르마사의 CCTV Care 앱, 마크애니사의 Password SAFERTM for CCTV 등을 분석하여 대응책을 제시하여 CCTV 해킹으로부터 피해를 줄이기 위한 제안을 하였다. This is about the CCTV hacking which is one of the recently emerging privacy-spilling crime. Recently, the usage of CCTV is being increased, and Black Hat Hackers spill the individual’s privacy by hacking it. However, That crime is being increased. However, most users rarely fulfill the security management ,and the government’s measures are insufficient. Therfore, this research report implies some security technologies including user authentication protocols such as SSH Tunneling and Media Encryption Algorithm. and recently developed technologies including Wookyeong Information Technology’s SecuWatcher for CCTV, Norma’s CCTV Care App, and MarkAny’s Password SAFERTM for CCTV.

Developing a Blockchain based Accounting and Tax Information in the 4th Industrial Revolution

이제는 1969년 컴퓨터 정보화 및 자동화 생산의 3차 산업혁명에 이어 인공지능(AI)을 통한 4차 산업혁명이 일어나고 있다. 이로 인하여 세계 경제포럼의 발표에 따르면 2020년까지 510만개의 일자리가 사라질 것으로 전망하고 있다. 그 중에 회계사와 세무사 또한 포함되어 있다. 회계사는 경영컨설팅, 회계감사, IPO경영자문 등의 업무를 수행하며, 세무사는 세법신고, 세법자문 등의 업무를 수행하는 전문직업이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명의 시대에 적합한 회계 및 세무 정보를 블록체인화하여 세무와 회계 업무의 효율성을 높여 투명하고 안전한 세무와 회계 정보 구축 방안을 제안한다. Accountancy is a professional practice, accounting for management consulting, accounting audit, and management consultancy, and tax accountant duties are a professional profession that carries out duties such as tax returns and tax laws. Therefore, this study proposes a method to build transparent and safe tax and accounting information by increasing the efficiency of tax and accounting work by building a block chaining accounting and tax information suitable for the fourth industrial revolution era.

A study on stock price prediction through analysis of sales growth performance and macro-indicators using artificial intelligence

주가는 그 기업의 미래 가치의 척도이기 때문에 주가를 분석할 때 기업의 성장성인 매출과 이익 등을 고려하여 주식을 투자한다. 기관투자자들은 종목 선정 기준을 잡기 위해서 현재 산업의 트렌드와 거시경제 지표를 보고 성장 가능한 관련 분야를 먼저 정하고 관련 기업을 선정한 후 기업에 대한 분석을 하고 목표가를 설정 후에 매수를 하고 목표가에 도달하면 매도하는 방식으로 주식 매매를 실시한다. 하지만, 일반 개인 투자자들은 경제에 대한 지식이 기관이나 외국인 투자자에 비교하여 부족하고, 기업에 대한 재무재표 분석이나 성장성에 대한 분석 없이 전문가나 지인의 추천종목을 따라 투자를 하여 기관투자자나 외국인 투자자들 보다 수익률 면에서 낮은 편이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기업의 성장성인 매출과 이익 등을 고려한 지표인 ROE를 분석하여 저평가된 종목을 선택하고, 선택된 종목의 주가 흐름을 딥러닝 알고리 즘을 통하여 예측하는 연구방법을 제안하여 투기가 아닌 건전한 투자에 도움이 되기 위해 본 연구를 진행한다. Since the stock price is a measure of the future value of the company, when analyzing the stock price, the company's growth potential, such as sales and profits, is considered and invested in stocks. In order to set the criteria for selecting stocks, institutional investors look at current industry trends and macroeconomic indicators, first select relevant fields that can grow, then select related companies, analyze them, set a target price, then buy, and sell when the target price is reached. Stock trading is carried out in the same way. However, general individual investors do not have any knowledge of investment, and invest in items recommended by experts or acquaintances without analysis of financial statements or growth potential of the company, which is lower in terms of return than institutional investors and foreign investors. Therefore, in this study, we propose a research method to select undervalued stocks by analyzing ROE, an indicator that considers the growth potential of a company, such as sales and profits, and predict the stock price flow of the selected stock through deep learning algorithms. This study is conducted to help with investment.

현대의 비즈니스 환경에서는 협업과 상호 운용성이 조직의 성공과 수익성에 있어 중요하다. 그러나 다양한 조직 간 의 작업 통합은 Identity and Access Management (IAM)의 역할과 정책의 차이로 인해 많은 커스터마이징이 필요하다. 사 용자 중심의 신원 (UCI)은 사용자를 중심으로 한 분산 액세스 솔루션을 제공하여 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 이 연구는 다 양한 조직 간의 IAM 역할 및 프로토콜의 충돌 속에서 자원 액세스를 간소화하는 UCI의 능력을 깊게 조사한다. 이 연구는 UCI 기반의 다중 도메인 액세스 제어 (MDAC) 프레임워크를 제시하며, 이는 온톨로지, 도메인 간의 액세스 역할 및 정책을 표현하기 위한 통합된 방법, 그리고 UCI 인프라와 통합되는 소프트웨어 서비스를 포함한다. 목표는 다양한 도메인에서의 액 세스 역할 및 정책 관리에 대한 명확한 지침을 제공함으로써 조직의 자원 관리와 의사 결정을 강화하고, 궁극적으로 기업의 투자 수익률을 향상시키는 것이다. In today's business landscape, collaboration and interoperability are crucial for organizational success and profitability. However, integrating operations across multiple organizations is challenging due to differing roles and policies in Identity and Access Management (IAM). User-centric identity (UCI) adopts a personalized approach to digital identity management, centering on the end-user for authentication and access control. It provides a decentralized system that ensures secure and customized access for each user. UCI aims to address complex security challenges by aligning access privileges with individual user requirements. This research delves into UCI's ability to streamline resource access amidst conflicting IAM roles and protocols across various organizations. The study presents a UCI-based multi-domain access control (MDAC) framework, which encompasses an ontology, a unified method for articulating access roles and policies across domains, and software services melding with UCI infrastructure. The goal is to enhance organizational resource management and decision-making by offering clear guidelines on access roles and policy management across diverse domains, ultimately boosting companies' return on investment.
