        디지털상품의 국제거래 유형과 분쟁 해결방안

        Digital goods are defined as intangible and non-physical goods, composed of a combination of digital signals, electronically represented as 0 and 1. They are also called as digital products, electronic transmissions, information goods, digital contents, computer information, etc. Digital goods are now traded both domestically and internationally as well as on-line and off-line. Korean government revised the Basic Law on Foreign Trade to include digital goods and services as the scope of foreign trade in 2001. Trade volume of digital goods are increasing in Korea. The supply chains of digital goods from producing the components to selling globally to consumers are different from conventional physical goods. Mostly, digital goods are traded on the license basis rather than ownership contract. End User License Agreements(EULAs), such as shrink-wrap, click- wrap, or browser-wrap licenses are very popular in online transactions. Unlike conventional physical goods, the breach of license contract is closely linked with the infringement of intellectual property rights. Digitalized intellectual property is easy to copy and transmit in the cyber space. In cases of legal disputes from the breach of license contract, commercial arbitration or on-line alternative dispute resolutions(ADRs) are regarded as better approach to solve them rather than court sues. For promoting more secure and reliable international trade of digital goods. arbitration clauses should be included in most of license contracts.

      • 인터넷포탈의 유료화와 묶음상품 연구

        인터넷포탈의 유료화는 인터넷포탈이 가지고 있는 취약한 수익모델을 개선하기 위하여 반드시 달성하여야 할 과제라고 할 수 있다. 인터넷포탈이 서비스를 유료화 하는 과정에서 인터넷포탈의 경쟁환경적 특성에 따라 수익모델을 발전시켜가는 방식으로서 묶음상품을 이용하는 원리와 그 가능성을 검증하고자 하였다. 국내 인터넷포탈은 이미 이용자의 니즈에 부합하는 다양한 형태의 묶음상품을 제공하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 인터넷포탈의 묶음상품 전략이 인터넷포탈의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 강력한 수단 또는 새로운 수익모델을 창출해나가는 자기발전의 방식으로 활용될 수 있음을 관련문헌에 대한 연구와 국내사례를 통해 살펴보았다. In order to understand Internet portal business and its further progress, this paper focuses on the charging service of internet portal and summarizes the details from its beginning stage. And it includes reviewing environmental characteristics in competition and very current specific details about portals business. The study also shows you that Korean portals already provide many kinds of bundling services to support customers various needs. And the research proves that the bundling strategy could be an alternative of the self-development method of its business model for its further progress, through explaining its theoretical background and studying the actual case of Chollian's bundling service.

      • 감람석 세사의 켄터키 블루그래스 시용 효과

        This study is to find out topdressing and soil media effects of olivine sand treatment on the growth of Kentucky bluegrass. Visual quality and visual color of the olivine sand topdressing treatment on Kentucky bluegrass were high on olivine sand + river sand mixtures and 100% olivine sand, respectively when compared to 100% river sand. The effect of 75% olivine sand + 25% sand treatment were great on visual quality and visual color of Kentucky bluegrass, whereas the effect was relatively low on 100% olivine sand probably caused by high temperature. Covering rate and visual quality of Kentucky bluegrass on the olivine soil media treatments were best on 75% olivine sand + 25% sand mixture medium when compared to low covering rate and visual quality of 100% river sand medium. Based on good result of covering rate and visual quality of Kentucky bluegrass on 100% olivine sand medium or olivine sand + sand mixture media, we can conclude that the distinguished chemical properties of olivine sand positively affect the growth of Kentucky bluegrass. Sod establishment was also greatest on 75% olivine sand + 25% sand medium , while low sod establishment on 100% sand medium. According to the results of this study, we can find out that topdressing and soil media of olivine sand give a good result on the growth of Kentucky bluegras.       • 종자파종 및 묘유형별 식재방식이 훼손비탈면의 녹화에 미치는 영향

        This research was initiated to investigate the revegetation characteristics under seeding and seedling types of woody plants on the cut slope. 4 different seeding and seedling types (seeding, field seedling, pot seedling, and unit seedling) of woody plants(Rhus chinensis Mill, Albizzia julibrissin Duraz., Quercus acutissima Carr.) were treated with 3 replications with 4 different plots(herbeous plant seeding, woody plant seeding+field seedling, field seedling+pot seedling, and pot seedling+unit seedling) on the experimental cut slope. Growth height was ranked high in the pot seedling type, medium in the field seedling type, and low in the seeding type, respectively when compared to no difference of growth height found in the unit seedling type during the growing period. The death rate was found on high in the unit seedling type when compared to low in the pot and field seedling types, respectivey. In the visual ratings of quality with 4 different plots, the quality was high in the pot+unit seedling plot, medium in the field+pot seedling plot, and low in the seeding+field seedling plot with the most lowest rating of quality found in the herbeous seeding plot(control plot). As far as the seedling types concerned, the field and pot seedling types were more effective when compared to the unit seedling type with low rooting and growth value because of the outer wooven fabric crust to obstruct rooting into the soil. Therefore, we concluded that pot and field seedling types of woody plants was effective in the viewpoint of ecological cut slope revegetation.

      • 비탈면 복원용 주요 초화류의 피복률 및 피복속도

        Research was initiated to investigate coverage rate and speed of 19 herbaceous plants for the slope rehabilitation during 22 weeks from  June 1, 2017 to November 1, 2017. The coverage experiment was done by seeding mixed with sand in the 11cm upper diameter vinyl pot, filling with soil media and Masato for drainage. We could divide coverage rate among 19 herbaceous plant entries as 6 groups (Ⅰ;very  high Ⅱ; high, Ⅲ;medium high, Ⅳ;medium low, Ⅴ;low, Ⅵ;very low) based on the  final germination rate and divide coverage speed as 5 groups(A;very fast, B;fast, C;normal,  D;slow,  E; very slow) based on days to the 30% coverage. Considering coverage rate of 19 plant entries, Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt., Chrysanthemum burbankii, Centaurea cyanus, Dianthus sinensis and Silene armeria were regard as high coverage rate of dominating species while Lolium perenne, Lotus corniculatus var. japonicus, Lespedeza cuneata, Poa pratensis, Festuca arundinacea, Medicago sativa and Coreopsis lanceolata as competitive species following dominating species. As far as coverage speed concerned, Coreopsis tinctoria, Centaurea cyanus, Silene armeria, Medicago sativa, Chrysanthemum burbankii and Dianthus sinensis were very fast when compared with low speed plants of Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens, Arundinella hirta, Artemisia princeps var. orientalis, Cosmos sulphureus and Chrysanthemum boreale.

      • 감람석세사 배토에 따른 골프장 그린의 조류(Algae) 방제 효과

        Algae which was commonly found on greens in golf courses had a bad influence on putting quality. Synthetic chemical fungicides could effectively control algae but also cause environmental problems. Olivine sand as the substitute of chemicals was tested for controlling algae of golf course greens. In the pond water treatment, the pond water with olivine sand was clean when compared to algae-polluted pond water with river sand. In the topdressing treatment, olivine sand topdressing was effective for controlling algae when compared to no sand topdressing, river sand topdressing and half olivine + half river sand topdressing. The reason why algae could not grow in the olivine sand was probably caused by lack of nutrition such as nitrogen and phosporous in the olivine sand of ore-law material. High temperature of quick drying water also represented the repressing effect of algae content and prevented the growth of algae after olivine sand topdressing.

        산·학·관 협력을 통한 인터넷 무역 활성화 방안

        본 연구에서는 인터넷 무역의 특징, 기존 무역절차와의 차이, 인터넷 무역의 주요 수단, 성공요건 등을 살펴보고 인터넷 무역과 관련된 정부부처, 무역유관기관, 학계, 언론, 정보통신업체 등의 역할과 추이, 국내 수출기업의 인터넷 무역 활용 등을 검토하였다. 이러한 검토를 통해 법적, 제도적 뒷받침, 인프라 구축, 거래알선 서비스 및 무역정보제공뿐만 아니라 인터넷 무역 전문인력의 육성을 포함하여 기업의 현실을 감안한 현장 밀착형 지원체제의 구축이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 관련하여 대학 등 교육기관의 역할이 매우 중요함을 강조하고, 향후 대학 등이 중심이 되어 중앙정부와 지방자치단체, 무역유관기관, 종합상사, 언론기관 등과 긴밀한 산· 학· 관 협력체제를 구축함으로써 지역 중소기업의 발전과 대학생들의 취업이나 창업에 기여할 수 있음을 살펴보았다.

      • 관리수준에 따른 생태복원용 자생초화류의 녹화 특성

        Vegetated sites are increasingly wasted by various construction implementations such as roads, housings and industrial buildings in Korea; however, revegetation methods are mainly adopted by seeding rapid germinated but short lived turfgrasses. The objective of this research was to determine the vegetation characteristics of native plants according to maintenance levels. 11 native plants which were representative for ecological restorations were chosen for the experiment. As the results of the experiment, Visual quality, percent cover and germination ratio were high on the high-maintenance level when compared to on the low-maintenance level. Germinated appearing plants on the low-maintenance level showed 65% coverage of the high-maintenance level. Callistephus chinensis highly germinated and populated but lasted only for a year in 2001 and disappeared in 2002 as a annual. Oenothera odorata and Oenothera lamarckiana were also high populated species and lived only for two years as biennials. Therefore, these species should not be used in a large amount because of affecting the germination of long lived species like perennials. As far as perennials are concerned, there apperared on the high populated density of Lotus corniculatus and Taraxacum platycarpum, on the medium density of Platycodon grandiflorum, Aster tataricus, Aster koraiensis and Aster yomena and on the low density of Patrinia scabiosaefolia and Chrysanthemum indicum.

        사이버무역의 비즈니스 모델과 사례 분석

        본 논문에서는 일반적인 전자상거래 비즈니스 모델을 준용하여 "글로벌 B2B 전자상거래"로서의 사이버무역(Cyber Trade) 내지 전자무역(e-Trade)의 비즈니스 모델에 대한 개념, 유형 및 사례 등을 살펴보고 향후의 발전방향을 검토하였다. 특히 무역거래알선 사이트로 대표될 수 있는 무역 부문의 국내 e-마켓플레이스에 대한 심층적인 사례분석을 통해 고객 중심의 바람직한 사이버무역의 비즈니스 모델은 계약 이전은 물론 계약 이후의 모든 무역업무 처리에 필요한 각종 정보와 서류가 전자적으로 교환이 가능한 이른바 "단절 없고 전 무역과정이 유통되는 네트워크(Seamless & Fully Circulated Network)"의 구축을 지향하고 있다는 점을 지적하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 인터넷과 EDI의 통합, 온라인과 오프라인의 통합, 국내와 외국과의 네트워크 통합등이 매우 중요함을 강조하고 있다.

        韓國 輸出企業의 인터넷을 이용한 사이버貿易 具現 및 成果에 관한 연구

        인터넷의 급속한 보급 및 확산은 국제무역에 있어 일대 혁신을 초래하고 있으며, 특히 해외시장조사, 해외홍보 및 마케팅, 거래선 발굴, 신용조사, 거래협상 등 계약 체결 이전까지의 거대경로에 있어 시간과 공간의 제약이 없이 저렴하고 신속하게 글로벌 비즈니스를 수행할 수 있게 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국 수출기업들이 어떠한 업무에 어느 정도나 인터넷을 활용하고 있는지, 실제로 어떠한 활용성과를 거두고 있는지 등을 설문조사에 의한 실증분석을 살펴 봄으로써 국내 수출기업들의 인터넷을 활용한 전자상거래, 즉 사이버무역 내지 전자무역의 활성화 및 국제경쟁력 제고 방안을 모색하고 있다.
