        The Directors in Anglo-American Corporation law owe fiduciary duties to their Corporation and possibly to other shareholders. Fiduciary duties require good faith and fair dealing. Cases involving fiduciary duties can be traditionally classified into those involving (a) competing with the Corporation, (b) usurpation of corporate Opportunity (c) have some interest which Conflicts with the interest of the Corporation, (d) insider trading (e) Oppression of minority shareholders, but such situation do not exhaust the possible Corporate applications of fiduciary Concepts. There have been many unreasonable operation in Korea Corporation laws because the law have not introduced fiduciary duties system although adopting the System of board of director. The responsibility of directors in Korean Corporation law has been much limited and their illegality and negligence have been done under diligence and due care clause relating to the mandate of civil law. Therefore I would suggest that the fiduciary duties of directors in Korean Corporation law be reinforced in view of fiduciary duties in Anglo-American Corporation law. The reason for this suggestion is that Korean Corporation law seems not to be so concerned about the intensification of the fiduciary duties of directors, even though it has strengthened the authority and powers of directors after the example of Anglo-American Corporation law.

      • 고체 도펀트 원을 이용한 실리콘 p-n 확산 접합의 형성

        Diffusion processes of boron and phosphorus into Si were studied with solid planar dopant sources produced by Owens-Illinois company in the semiconductor laboratory of Dankook University. In the experiment, BoronPlus GS-126 and PhosPlus TP-360/TP-470 were used as dopant sources in the boron diffusion and in the phosphorus diffusion, respectively. Experimental results for sheet resistance and doping profile showed a little variables such as the distance between wafer and source, the temperature profile of furnace, the flow rate of carrier gas, etc. A p-n diode having the emitter area of 40 × 40㎛^2 was designed and fabricated for the purpose of the application of experimental data. The fabricated device showed a good electrical characteristics of V_T(turn-on voltage) = 0.7(V), BV(breakdown voltage) = 5.8(V), I_0(reverse saturation current) = 1.93 × 10 exp(-9)(A), and η(ideanlity factor) = 1.8.

        Recently, Building floors are being larger and longer. This is contributed from the development of new design methods and high strength and light weight materials. However, as such longer span floor systems may provide less damping, and have longer period. Therefore, the vibration problem of buildings has become more important. In this research, floor vibration, natural frequency and damping ratio using TSC(T-type Steel Composite beam) composite system were measured by experiments and foreign criteria for serviceability evaluations were applied with responses obtained by walking and heel drop loads. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the serviceability for floor vibration according to the peak acceleration and natural frequency in TSC composite slabs.

      • 일반화 준 3차원 변위식을 이용한 적충복합재 판의 해석

        In the case of existing in free-edge delaminations of composite laminates which are symmetry with respect to mid-plane in laminated also, in the case of asymmetry and anti-symmetry, the generalized quasi-three dimensional displacement field equations developed from quasi-three dimensional displacement field equations can be applied to solve about cases. We introduce three parameters in this paper, which have not been used in quasi-three dimensional displacement field equations until now. To the laminate subjected to the axial extension strain ε0(C1) in-direction, the bending deformation χχ(C2) around y-direction, the bending deformation ωχ(C4) around z-direction and the twisting deformation χxy(C3) around χ-direction. The generalized quasi-three dimensional displacement field equations are able to be analyzed effectively.

      • 3차원 형상 모델(STL)에서의 워터마킹

        This paper discusses techniques of embedding data into 3D polygonal models of geometry. Many researches of Watermarking have been done as element technology of DRM(digital rights management) and are limited to text document, 2D image, animation, music etc. But, few researches have been done on 3D polygonal model. this paper proposes a method that insers watermark in STL(standard transfer language)file. The proposed algorithm insers multi-bit watermark information into the surface normal vector of STL file without distorting the original 3D geometric information. And also it does not produce some flexure of 3D shape and fulfills the invisibility of watermark. Experiment results, that insert and extract watermark in normal vector region of 3D polygonal data by proposed algorithm, do not distort the original 3D shape and show that successful insertion and extraction operation of watermark are possible.

      • 불규칙파에 의한 준설된 2차원 수로에서의 반사율에 관한 실험적 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 잠제나 기타 구조물에 비해서 파랑제어의 효과는 다소 적지만 트렌치의 설치로 인한 트렌치 전면에서의 반사율을 2차원 수리모형 실험을 통하여 규명하는데 있다. 방파제, 이안제, 돌제 그리고 잠제 등의 구조물에 대한 기존의 방사율 연구에 관한 자료는 많이 있으나 트렌치에 관한 연구는 거의 없는 상태이다. 트렌치를 설치함으로써 해수의 순환, 시공비 절감과 시공의 용이성, 이용수역의 확대, 그리고 준설후의 토양을 해안에 양빈함으로서 토사의 재이용 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 실험방법과 해석은 Goda에 의해서 제시된 2점 관측법을 사용하였으며, 반사율의 변화를 규명하기 위해서 파랑과 트렌치 단면의 제반조건의 변화에 따라 파형경사, 상대수심, 상대파고에 따라 반사율을 비교 검토하였다. 그 결과 트렌치를 설치하였을 경우가 반사율이 크게 나타났고, 반사율의 전반적인 범위는 0.4∼0.7정도의 값을 나타내었다. The purpose of this study is to estimate reflectivity of trench and compare with the others by 2-dimension fixed hydraulic experiment in front of it though it is less effect than submerged breakwater of other structures in the wave control. There are many sources for reflectivity of structures such as breakwater, groin, jetty, and submerged breakwater except trench which is dredged channel. Trench, if constructed, will have more effect of seawater circulation, reduction in coast, ease in construction, expansion of water area, and sand recycling than the others. 2-point measurement which was suggested by Goda was used to analyze reflectivity and the ratios of wave reflection are compared for the wave steepness, relative depth, relative wave height. The result of this study shows higher reflectivity when trench constructed and the range of wave reflection was from 0.4 to 0.7.
