중금속이온(Cd^2+, Pb^2+, Zn^2+, Cu^2+)제거를 위한 질소를 주개원자로 하는 리간드들의 착화합물 형성에 관한 연구

The new tridentate ligands of nitrogen doner atoms N, N-Bis(2-amino-ethlyl)-benzyl-amine·2HCl(BABEA·2HCl) and 2,6-Bis(amino-methyl)-pyridien·2HCl(BAMP·2HCl) were synthesized as their dihydrochloride salts and characterized by EA, IR, Mass and NMR spectroscopy. The protonation constants of the ligands and stability constants for Cd^2+, Pb^2+, Zn^2+ and Cu^2+ ions were determined by potentionmetric titration in aqueous solutions and compared with those of analogous ligands. The effect stability constants of ligands and metal ions for removal of heavy metals in aqueous solution were described.
질소-산소계 여러 자리 시프염기 구리(II)착물의 용매추출 및 분석적 응용

The effective extraction of 1,7-Bis(2-hydoroxyphenyl)-2,6-diazaheptane(Salpn),1,9-Bis (2-hydroxyphenyl)-2,5,8-triaza-1,8-nonadine(BSDT), and 1,12-Bis(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2,5,8,11-tetraza-1,11-dodecadiene(BSTT) complexes of copper(II) into chloroform have been conducted. The effects of pH on the extraction metal complexes showed uniformly extracted in the pH range 6-10 and metal complexes were effectively extracted. The continuous variation method and mole ratio method of metal ion to ligand in complexes were determined 1:1 for all complexes. The relative of extraction constants and stability constants for metal complexes are discussed.
수용액 중에서 Macrocyclic Ligand와 Cu(II) 금속착물의 분광학적 연구

The character of Cu(II) complex with ligands 5, 7, 7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradeca-4, 11-diene [L₁] and 5, 5, 7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane [L₂] was studied by means of spectroscopy. The _(max) of Cu(II) complex with ligand L₁ resolved in methanol was 730.8nm under pH 4-5 and 542.5nm under pH 8 or above. The Cu(II) complex with ligand Lz resolved in methanol showed the _(max) of 520nm under pH 4 and 5 and 540-542nm under pH 8 or above. Thus the equilibrium states in the acid solution is different from that in the alkaline solution. As the Mole ratio of Cu(II) with the ligand is 1: 1, the reaction steps of the complex could be estimated. The degree of absorbancy was decreased as the polarity of solvent decreased and it decreased in order of methanol, ethanol and buthanol. The degree of absorbancy of Cu(II)-L₁ and Cu(II)-L₂ complex under pH 10 was linear between the concentration of 1.0×10-³∼1O×10-² moI ι-³. It was confirmed that the Beer's Iaw works within this concentration and thus this can be applied to measure the quantity of Cu(II) in a limited concentration.
여러자리 아민류를 포함하는 킬레이트수지의 구리(II)착물에 대한 과산화수소의 반응속도 및 메카니즘

The polystyrene supported amines resin and their copper( II ) complexes have been synthesized and studied for catalytic action of the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide. The resins and their complexes were charactized by elemental analyses and infrared spectrometry. The rate-determining step of the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide with polystyrene supported amines such as diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetramine, tetraethylenepentamine and pentaethylenehexamine were determined by iodometry method. Lengths amines have a infuence on the rate of hydrogen peroxide decomposition. The oxidation of polystyrene supported amines with hydrogen peroxide were increased with increasing the number of nitrogen of amines.
페놀을 포함하는 여러 자리 리간드 구리(II)착물의 용매추출 및 분석적 응용

The extraction of aqueous Cu(II) ion into chloroform were conducted by using N,N-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-propylenediamine(BHPD), N,N-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-diethylenetriamine(BHDT), N,N-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-triethylenetetraamine(BHTT), and N,N-bis(2-hydroxybenzyl)-tetraethylenepentaamine (BHDP) as ligands. The method is based on the formation of Cu(ll)- ligand complex, which is extractable into chloroform from an aqueous solution at pH 8 over by shaking for 1h. The absorbance were measured at 614nm Cu(ll)-BHPD, 599nm Cu(ll)-BHDT, 605nm Cu(ll)-BHTT, and 626nm Cu(ll)-BHTP. The Iigand-to-Cu(ll) ion ratio, the relationship between extractability and pH of the aqueous phase were examined.
열린 형태 질소-산소계 여러 자리 리간드의 Mn(II) 및 Cd(II)이온 착물의 안정도상수

질소-산소계 여러 자리 리간드인 (bis-(salicylaldehyde)ethylendiamine(SED), bis-(salicylaldehyde)propylen diamine(SPD), bis-(salicyl -aldehyde)diethylenetriamine(SDT), and bis-(salicylaldehyde)triethylenetetraamine(STT)와 Mn(II) 및 cd(II)착물의 안정도 상수를 70% 디옥산-30% 물 혼합용액에서 전위차 적정법으로 계산하였다. 이들 금속착물의 상수크기는 SPD < SED < SDT < STT의 순으로 주개원자수의 증가에 비례하였다. Stability constants for the complexes of multidentate N,O-Schiff base ligands (bis-(salicylaldehyde)ethylendiamine(SED), bis-(salicylaldehyde)propylen diamine(SPD), bis-(salicyl -aldehyde)diethylenetriamine(SDT), and bis-(salicylaldehyde)triethylenetetraamine(STT) with Mn(II) and cd(II) were determined by a potentiometric method in a 70% dioxane-30% water mixture respectively. Stability constants for the complexes increased in the order of SPD < SED < SDT < STT with the increasing number of donor atoms employed.
질소-산소계 시프염기 리간드의 합성과 전이금속(Ⅱ) 착물의 안정도상수결정

N,N-bis(2-salicylaldehyde)dipropylenetriamine(5-Hsaldipn), N,N-bis(5-bromosalicyl-aldehyde) dipropylenetriamine (5-Brsaldipn), N,N-bis(5-chlorosalicylaldehyde)dipropylene-triamine(5-Clsaldipn), N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzaldehyde)dipropylenetriamine(5-OCH₃saldipn) and N,N-bis (2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzaldehyde)dipropylenetriamine (5-NO₂saldipn) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectrometry, NMR spectrometry and mass spectrometry. Their proton dissociation constants were determined in 70% dioxane/30% water solution by potentiometric. Stability constants of the complexes between these ligands and the metal ions such as Cu(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ) were measured in dimethyl sulfoxide by a polarographic method. Stability constants for the ligands were in the order of 5-OCH₃> 5-H > 5-Br > 5-Cl > 5-NO₂saldipn. Enthalpy and entropy changes were obtained in negative values.
질소-산속계 네자리 리간드 합성과 방향족 고리의 치환기 효과에 따른 전이금속(II) 착물의 안정도 상수

The tetradentate ligands containing nitrogen and oxygen, 1,7-bis(2-Phenol)-2,6-diazaheptane(BPDP), 1,7-bis(5-bromo-2-Phenol)-2,6-diazaheptane(5-BrBPDP),1,7-bis(5-chloro -2-Phenol)-2,6-diazaheptane(5-CIBPDP) have been synthesized as their dihydrochloride salts. The protonation constants and stability constants of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes have been determined by potentiometry. The calculation of contants were accomplished by PKAS and BEST programs introduced by Martell. The stability constants for complex is increased by substitution effect of benzene ring for BPDP > 5-Br-BPDP > 5-Cl-BPDP. The order of stability contant for the transition metal ions is Co(II) < Ni(ll) < Cu(II) > Zn(II) which follows the Irving-Williams series.

Electrochemical Studies of Ni(L)(ClO₄)₂·H₂O (L = 1,13-bis(2-pridyl)-2,5,9,12-tetraaza tridecane(bpytd), 1,14-bis(2-pridyl)-2,6,9,13-tetraazatetradecane(bpytt)) complexes in dimethyl sulfuroxide(DMSO) solution containing tetrabutylammonium perchlorate (supporting electrolyte) have been carried out by using cyclic voltammograms(CV) and normal pulse voltammetry(NPV). As a result, it was found that the Ni(bpytd)(ClO₄)₂·H₂O and Ni(bpytt)(ClO₄)₂ complexes is reduced to Ni(I) complex at around -1.240, -1.036 V vs. Fc/Fc+(ferrocene/ferricinium) and that the resulting reductant is oxidized to Ni(II) at around -1.049, -0.953 V vs. Fc/Fc+.

피리딘을 포함하는 여섯자리 리간드 1,12-bis(2-pyridyl)-2,5,8,11-tetraazadodecane·tetrahydrochloride(pytrien·4HC1), 1.13-bis(2-pyridyl)-2,5,9,12-tetraazadodecane·tetrahydrochloride (bpytd·4HCl) and 1,14-bis(pyridyl)-2,6,9,12-tetraazatetradecane·tetrahydrochloride(bpytt·4HCl)을 합성하고, 이들 리간드들과 망간(II) 및 카드늄(II)금속이 온착물의 안정도상수를 수용매내 25 ℃, 0.1M KNO₃로 이온강도를 조정하여 전위차적정법으로 측정하여 구하였다. The pyridyl-containing hexadentate ligands 1,12-bis(2-pyridyl)-2,5,8,11-tetraazadodecane·tetrahydrochloride(pytrien·4HC1), 1.13-bis(2-pyridyl)-2,5,9,12-tetraazadodecane·tetrahydrochloride (bpytd·4HCl) and 1,14-bis(pyridyl)-2,6,9,12-tetraazatetradecane·tetrahydrochloride(bpytt·4HCl) were synthesized. The stability constants of Mn(II) and cd(II) complexes were determined at 25℃ and ionic strength 0.1M(KNO₃) by potentiometry.
