As most of the powerline modems use spread spectrum modulation method which has strong immunity against the narrowband fading, or psk modulation method, the amplitude of the signal contains no useful informations. In this paper, we used class D amplifier to implement the drive circuit of the analog front end, and showed that it has great superiority over other existing drive circuits in rapidly impedance changing powerline channel.

In this paper, I designed the voice cipher system employing the 256-bit block cipher algorithm for the safe transmission and receipt on the voice communication. In this paper, the signal encrypted by DSP employing 256-bit block cipher algorithm. This encrypted digital signal is transmitted safely because of encryption signal even if someone wiretap. I can hear the source voice in the Receiver, because the encryption signal decrypted employing the algorithm. In this paper, 256-bit block cipher algorithm can call with better security than 128-hit algorithm of SEED of KICS and I designed the 32 round key instead of 16 round key. For verification of the cipher algorithm, I did Frequency Test and Serial Test among the random examination method , I conformed that the result distributed with normal distribution.
Forward Converter의 R-C-D 클램프 전압 예측에 관한 연구

In this paper, to reset magnetizing current of transformer from forward converter, we must predict clamp voltage of RCD snubber circuit exactly which is mainly used at the layout point. But the existing methods are incorrect and have disadvantage solving the result formula numerical analytically. This research will derive a simple formula that predicts clamp voltage using the relationship formula between magnetizing energy and capacitor energy of snubber circuit. Additionally, to verify correction of this method, I will examine a test through realizing hardware of 100W level.

Characteristic properties of backlight arraying electrodeless fluorescent lamps assembled with capacitive coupled electrode connector have been investigated in various frequencies with a switching inverter. In the backlight of a 17-in diagonal with 12 lamps driven by square pulses, the efficiency of 100 lm/W and the luminance of 10000~14000 cd/㎡ have been achieved in the frequency range of 20~60 kHz where the higher frequency provides the lower operating voltage in the range of 2~4 kV.

The 24 channel meridian electric-potential measuring System consists of a main cpu module, bio-signal analog module, interface module, power module, personal computer. The graphic user interface program conveniently allows user to setup, calibrate, measure, store, and control the meridian electric-potential measuring system. This system and program will continually be evolved using a database of clinically correlated meridian electric-potential. A variety of system configurations gives it the ability to make a user-favorable environment for measuring. 개발된 24 채널 경락 전위측정 시스템의 구성은 마이컴 제어부, 생체신호 아날로그 증폭부, 인터페이스부, 전원장치, personal computer 등 이다. 사용자 인터페이스 프로그램은 이용자를 편리하게 구성하였으며, 측정의 편리성으로 calibration기능 및 자료의 저장 과 검색 기능을 하게 하였다. 경락 전위를 측정하기 위한 프로그램을 구성하여 제어 할 수 있게 하였다. 측정된 생체 전기 신호 자료의 분석을 통하여 각각의 위치에 대한 전위의 상호 분포를 비교하여 결과를 체계적으로 나타낼 수 있게 프로그램 처리 하였다. 다양한 종류의 측정 조건을 변화 할 수 있게 구성하여 경락 전위를 측정을 위한 이용자에게 유리한 측정 환경이 되게 하였다.
Single-Stage Single-Switched Rectifier/Regulator with Magnetic Coupled Nondissipative Snubber

This paper presents a new single-stage single-switched forward converter with magnetic coupled nondissipative snubber, which gives the good power factor correction (PFC), low current harmonic distortion, and tight output voltage regulation. The proposed converter features the low switch current and voltage stresses, essential for the design of a single-stage power factor correction converter. The prototype shows that the IEC 1000-3-2 requirements are met satisfactorily with nearly unity power factor. This proposed converter with magnetic coupled nondissipative snubber is particularly suited for power supply applications with low power level.

A novel polarity inversion dc-dc power conversion circuit that features the high input to output step-up voltage conversion ratio characteristics is presented for high voltage DC power supply applications. The proposed circuit features the reduced voltage stresses of the components compared to those of the conventional ones. The operational principles of the proposed circuit are analyzed and comparative features are presented. The simulation results and experimental results are presented to verify the validity of the proposed circuit.

A new energy-recovery-sustain circuit suitable for a plasma display panel (PDP) application is proposed. The proposed circuit features the low device voltage/current stresses, and the inherent circulating current elimination characteristics, essential to design a power efficient and low cost plasma display driver circuit. The proposed circuit is demonstrated experimentally for driving a 42 inches plasma display panel.
