        피부미용 종사자의 뱀부테라피에 대한 인식이 직무만족도에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors related to the perception and satisfaction of massage therapists for bamboo therapy and provide basic data for finding ways to expand the operation of the bamboo therapy. A total of 300 copies of survey data were collected, and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, principal component analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the study are as follows. In the case of bamboo therapy, the overall awareness of bamboo therapy was highly measured. The perception of bamboo therapy is determined by effectiveness, conciseness, economics, and manageability, and the satisfaction of massage therapists during the operation of bamboo therapy has a high positive correlation in the order of effectiveness, economics, manageability, and conciseness of bamboo therapy recognition, and multiple regression. According to the analysis results, it was analyzed that effectiveness and economics are the factors that have the greatest influence on satisfaction. Therefore, if the awareness of the manageability and economics of bamboo therapy is increased to massage therapists who have not implemented bamboo therapy, it will contribute to the expansion of the operation of bamboo therapy in the skin care industry, which in turn will improve the health of massage therapists and improve the economics of the skin care industry. As a result, it is believed that this will help improve the health of massage therapists and improve the economy of the skin care industry.

        메디컬스킨케어 종사자의 직무 및 교육만족도가 직무적응성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to analyze job and educational satisfaction factors for medical skincare workers and to determine how they affect job adaptation. The survey data of part 327 were collected, and the measuring tool consisted of 4 measurement indicators to compose a questionnaire with 37 items of measurement items for operational definition and research. and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, principal component analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the study are as follows. Job satisfaction among factors of job experience (β=434, p<.001), working environment (β=245, p<.001) has been shown to have a significant influence on job adaptation in order. Practical education (β=.409, p<.001) among the factors in education satisfaction, theory education (β=.261, p<.001) was shown to have a significant influence on job adaptability in order. Of the two factors, 'practice education' has been analyzed to have a greater impact on job adaptability. As a result, it is believed that increasing job satisfaction and educational achievements through practice and theory education with confidence in the duties of medical skincare workers will strengthen the capabilities of medical skincare workers and help develop the medical skincare industry.

        쌀겨 발효물 전신욕과 마사지가 체형관리에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to analyze the effects of full-body bath and massage using rice bran extract on body shaping and provide basic data which can make a contribution to the development of health improvement & body shaping-related industries. For this, a total of 16 adult women in their 20-50s were split into two groups with 8 people each: Bath (B) group and bath & massage (BM) group. Throughout four weeks, the followings were measured before and after the test: body weight, body fat percentage, waist hip ratio (WHR), abdominal size (cm, 5cm), hip circumference and right thigh circumference (cm, 5 cm). After the test, body weight decreased in both B and BM groups (p<0.05). Body fat also declined in both groups. In addition, decrease in body fat percentage was found in B (p<0.001) and BM (p<0.05) groups. In WHR, significant decrease was observed in B group (p<0.001). In abdominal size (cm), both B (p<0.01) and BM (p<0.001) groups decreased. In abdominal circumference (5 cm), both groups (p<0.001) declined. In hip circumference, both B (p<0.01) and BM (p<0.001) groups decreased. In right thigh size (cm) as well, both B (p<0.05) and BM (p<0.001) groups diminished. In right thigh circumference (5 cm) as well, both B (p<0.01) and BM (p<0.001) groups decreased. In right thigh size (cm) as well, both B and BM groups (p<0.001) groups decreased. According to the test, body composition and physical measurement variables significantly decreased because of the followings: heat generated by the metabolism of microorganisms during the fermentation of rice bran extract; enzyme, one of the metabolites of microorganisms; far infrared ray from the heat of fermentation; exercise effect after full-body massage.

        천연 공융용매로 추출한 스피루리나 추출물의 저장 안정성

        In this study, functional substances from Spirulina were extracted using deep eutectic solvent (DES) synthesized with cosmetic ingredients as a new natural extractant, In order to investigate the possibility of replacing water and ethanol, which are common extraction solvents, 9 kinds of DESs were synthesized. 3 DESs with low cytotoxicity were selected to extract functional substances from Spirulina. the contents of polyphenols, phycocyanin and ABTS radical scavenging ability of the Spirulina extract were measured to study the antioxidant activity. The polyphenol and phycocyanin contents of the Spirulina extract were highest when extracted with water. However, the antioxidant activity of the Spirulina extract prepared with sodium acetate: glycerol (SA: Gly) was 4 and 4.5-folds higher than those of the extract prepared with water and 70% ethanol, respectivly. The ability of DESs as preservatives for functional materials of Spirulina extract was also investigated. The polyphenols and phycocyanin of all DES extracts were more stably preserved than those in 70% ethanol or water. The antioxidant activity of Spirulina extract in sodium acetate:glycerol (1:3) was maintained over 60% after 9 days storage, while only 10% of initial activity was retained in 70% ethanol. These results show the potential of DESs as both extraction solvents and preservatives for functional substances from Spirulina.

        Greater attentions are paid to the insect industry (insect farming) especially for the economic, sustainable solution to feed the growing world population following the issue of FAO report of edible forest insect in May 2013. In Korea, legislation of insect industry law provides the funding for the research and development on commercialization of insect farming and processing. Korea has a long history of entomophagy but most for the medicinal purpose not for the dietary needs. This reports the importance of the commercialization of edible insects, current status of R&D and marketing in Europe and Korea, and its possibility of feeding global human population as well as income generation. Also, we suggested some tactics to improve the friendly awareness of entomophagy otherwise easily repelled.

        지체·뇌병변 고령장애인의 일상생활 보조기기 이용실태 및 사용 만족도 평가

        목적: 본 연구는 지체⋅뇌병변 고령장애인이 사용하는 일상생활 보조기기의 사용현황을 알아보고, 품목별 사용 만족도와 중요도차이를 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법: 보건복지부 장애인보조기기 교부사업을 이용한 지체 및 뇌병변 고령장애인 369명에 대한 보조기기 이용실태, 사용만족도 평가를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도분석과 일원배치분산분석(ANOVA)을 사용하였다. 연구결과: 보조기기 이용실태는 거의매일, 하루 30분 이상 1시간미만 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 보조기기 사용만족도는 일상생활활동 도움이 가장 높고 크기 및 무게가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 결론: 보조기기 품목별로 사용 편리성, 내구성, 크기 및 무게, 색상 및 디자인에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 향후 기본적 및 도구적 일상생활활동별로 사용되는 보조기기에 분석연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Objective : The purpose of study is to investigate the use of daily life assistive devices used by the elderly with physical and brain lesions and to analyze the difference in satisfaction and importance of use by item. Methods : We analyzed the use status of assistive devices and evaluation of use satisfaction for 369 elderly physical and brain lesions using the assistive device grant project from the MHW. The collected data was analyzed by frequency and ANOVA. Results : The use of assistive devices was found to be used almost every day, less than 1 hour for 30 minutes or more per day. Satisfaction level of assistive device use was the highest in ADL, lowest in size and weight. Conclusion : There were significant differences in easy to use, durability, dimension & weight, color & design for each assistive device item. It is thought that analytical research will be needed for assistive devices used for BADL and IADL in the future.

        원재료로부터 분리된 α-, β-, γ-키틴의 물리화학적 특성과 약물 방출

        α-, β-, γ-키틴이 천연 재료로부터 분리되었고 이의 특성이 FT-IR spectrophotometer, solid state CP/MAS ^(13)C NMR spectrophotometer, TGA, XRD에 의해 확인되었다. 또한, 본 연구에서 분리한 키틴을 이용하여 서방성 제제로서의 가능성을 알아보기 위하여 약물전달체를 제조하였다. α-, β-, and γ-chitin의 점도평균분자량(Mvis)이 점도계를 이용하여 측정하였으며, 결과로써 각각의 분자량이 701, 612, and 524 kDa임을 확인하였다. FT-IR스펙트럼에서 아마이드 Ⅰ에서의 흡수밴드가 α-키틴에 있어서는 이중선으로, β-키틴에서는 단일선으로 나타났으며 γ-키틴에서는 α-, β-키틴의 중간형태로 나타났음을 확인하였다. Solid state CP/MAS ^(13) NMR 스펙트럼결과에서 α-키틴의 경우 C3과 C5의 피크가 각각 73과 75ppm에서 나타났으며 β-키틴은 74 ppm에서 단일선으로 나타났고, γ-키틴의 경우 C3과 C5의 흡수 피크가 α-키틴과 유사한 형태의 피크를 나타냈었다. X-ray회절 분석에서는 α-키틴의 경우 9.6, 19.6, 21.1, 23.7에서 4개의 결정면을 확인할 수 있었고, β-키틴의 경우 9.1, 20.3에서 2개의 결정면을 나타내었다. 또한 역평행의 구조와 평행의 구조가 혼재되어 있는 γ-키틴의 경우 β-키틴 보다 오히려 α-키틴에 가까운 결정성을 나타내었다. 그러나 400℃까지 가열하였을 경우 5°~35°에서 나타나던 of α-, β- and γ-chitin의 결정면이 사라졌음을 알 수 있었다. DSC 측정결과로써, α-, β-, γ-chitin의 구조적 특성으로 인해 각각 다른 발열 피크를 나타내었으며, 결과로써 α-chitin의 경우 330, β-chitin은 220 그리고 γ-chitin은 300℃임을 확인하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서 제조한 키틴을 사용하여, 약물전달체를 제조하고, 약물의 방출 거동을 살펴 본 결과, β<γ<α순으로 β-키틴이 서방성의 방출 거동을 나타내었다. 이는 분자간 수소결합이 존재하지 않은 β-키틴 분자 내로 약물이 도입되고 또한 이들간의 상호 인력에 의해 약물 방출이 지연되는 것으로 사료되며, 따라서 본 연구에서 제조된 α-β-γ-chitin의 서방성 약물 전달체로써의 가능성을 확인하였다. α-, β-, and y-chitin were isolated from natural resources by chemical method to investigate the crystalline structure of chitin. Their characterization was identified by FT-IR spectrophotometer, solid state CPMAS ^(13)C NMR spectrophotometer, DSC and XRD. A molecular weight (M_(vis)) of α- , β-, and y-chitin were determined by viscometer resulting in 701, 612, and 524 kDa, respectively. And we have prepared the drug carrier according to the α- , β-, and y-chitin and release profile was investigated. At FT-IR spectra, α-, β-chitin showed doublet and singlet at amide I band, respectively, and y-chitin showed intermediate form between α- and β-chitin. From solid state CP/MAS ^(13)C NMR spectra, two signals appeared at around 73 and 75 ppm assigned to C3 and C5 carbon atoms in a-chitin are sharply separated, the signals of C3 and C5 in β-chitin shows singlet at around 74 ppm. In case of y-chitin, two signals show at around 73 and 75 ppm assigned to C3 and C5 carbon atoms. From the X-ray diffraction results, a-chitin was observed four crystalline reflections, shown at 9.6, 19.6, 21.1, and 23.7 by crystalline structure. Also, β-chitin showed two crystalline reflections as indicated at 9.1˚, and 20.3˚ in the crystalline structure spectroscopy. y-chitin with structure of both antiparallel and parallel was close to X-ray diffraction patterns of a-chitin. As the result of DSC, due to difference in structural characteristics, remarkable differences in the exothermic transition for α-, β-, and y-chitin were observed. However, four crystalline reflections observed in the 28 range of 5 - 35˚ were disappeared in case of α-, β- and y-chitin after heating up to 400℃. The exothermic peak in α-, β-, and y-chitin were shows at 330, 220, and 300℃, respectively. The drug carrier were prepared by using α-, β-, and y-chitin, and the behavior of drug release were investigated by PBS 7.4 at 37±0.5℃. As the result, the drug release behavior was order of y-chitin > a-chitin > β-chitin.
