      • Lanceolaria acrorhyncha의 生活史에 關한 硏究 : 姙卵期와 幼生附着에 관하여 On the breeding season and glochidia infection

        The life cycles of the fresh water bivalve, Lanceolaria acrorhyncha, was treated in this thesis. We have investigated the phenomena such as the maturation of the gonads, breeding season, early development of the eggs, glochidia infection of fish, etc. The samples were collected from the tributaries of the Geum River during the period from February in 1980 through September in 1981, and the experimental observation was carried out under the natural conditions. The main results of present study may be summarized as: 1. The breeding seasons of Lanceolaria acrorhyncha, judged from gonad maturation, occurred twice annually, i.e. during the period of middle March-late April and middle July-middle August. The marsupium infection of certain species of fish is believed to occur during the May-June period with relatively higher rate in June. 2. The glochidia infection of certain species of fish is believed to occur during the May-June period with relatively higher rate in June. 3. The fresh water fish to be infected by the glochidia were the five species of Pungtungia herzi, Acheilognathus intermedia, Pseudogobio esocinus, Zacco platypus and Pseudobagrus emarginatus, among which the Zacco platypus showed the highest infection rate of 3.7%. 4. For most species of the infected fish, the pectoral fin showed a relatively higher rate of infection compared with other parts of the body.

      • 海水汚染 指標種으로서의 Heminerita japonica에 關하여

        Gastropoda communities were examined to determine the indicators as sea-water pollution in the tidal zone of Inchon and Yongyoudo. Among the factors of sea-water qualities, BOD was 22.42±8.77 ppm and showed higher values than the limiting values of pollution, 5-10 ppm in Inchon Individual number of Heminerita japonica was negatively correlated to the values of BOD.

      • 大蛤과 동죽의 稚貝着生의 土性에 關한 硏究

        The investigation of young clam beds of Meretrix lusoria and Mactra veneriformis was conducted from July to August 1969, 1974 and 1975 in tidal flat area of Inchon. 1. The result of the analyses of the soil texture of young beds of Meretrix lusoria and Mactra veneriformis was as follows. Meretrix Zusoria: 1%∼2%, silt 30%∼40%, fine sand 60%∼70%, coarse sand 1.5%∼4%. Mactra veneriformis: clay 0.5%∼3%., siit 15%∼70 %, fine sand 50%∼90%, coarse sand 0.1%∼2%. 2. The habitat of young clams of Mactra veneriformis was larger than Meretrix lusoria in the area. The young clams of Meretrix lusoria set in the Lehm soil, and Mactra veneriformis the Lehm and Schuffiger soil contained a lot of sand. 3. The habitat density of young clams of Meretrix lusoria was lower than of Mactra veneriformis. This fact had statistical significance (p<0.05).

      • 錦江 淡水二枚貝의 棲息地 土性에 關한 硏究

        The attempt to investigate the relationship between the soil texture of habitat and fresh-water clam was conducted from March to November 1980 in eight stations of Geum River. 1. Unio douglusial, Inversidens reiniana and corbicula Huminea were mainly distributed in the mid-down stream and Anodonta woodiano fukudai, Lanceolaria acrorhyncha and Lamprotula gottschei in the upstream, but Solenaia triangulanis was overall found in abundance. 2. The soil types of fresh-water clam nabitat were divided into three types by analyzing the soil texture; sand (st 1,2,7,8), loamy sand(st 3,4) and sandy loam(st 5,6). 3. The correlation analysis of soil texture and fresh-water clams was significant in Anodonta woodiana fukudai, Inversidens reiniana and corbicula fluminea, but 4 species were not.

      • 揷橋川의 淡水魚群集에 관한 硏究

        This survey was investigated freshwater fish communities in Sapkyo Stream for four month from May 1986 to August 1987, and classified fish communities, and then analyzed them. The result obtained were as follows: 36 species belonging to 10 family were collected in Sapkyo Stream. There were collected 80% species of total species of freshwater fishes in Korea. Cultriculus eigenmani showed the highest value of relative abundance in Sapkyo Stream. By the partial ordination analysis, with constancy as the range 10% to 60%, the fish communities in Sapkyo Stream were divided into Moroco-Zacco (A), Zacco-Cultriculus (A+B), Pelteobagrus-Cultriculus (B), Acanthogobius-Carassius (C) community. The diversity index, eveness index and species richness index value in Sapkyo Stream were appeared relatively high, but the dominance index value showed low. Fish species of high relative abundance and constancy value in Sapkyo Stream were showed as lake type.

      • 錦江의 魚類群集 分類에 關한 硏究 : A Study on the Classification of fish Communities in the Geum River

        1. Fishes of 53 species and 13 families were collected at 16 station in the Geum River from May 1977 to August 1980. 2. Fish communities were divided with common fishes which had high relative abundance and constancy value, and then divided minutely with continuum theory at ordinated partial table which was made from characteristic species with 10∼60% constance value. 3. Fish communities in the Geum River were divided into four : describing fome upper river, Zacco- Zacco community, Gobiobotia- Zacco community which was connection community, Pseudobagrus- Opsariichthys community and Coilia- Carassius community. 4. The structure of fish communities in the Geum River was complicated with following orders: Zacco- Zacco community, Pseuobagrus- Opsariichthys community, Gobiobotia- Zacco communty and Coilia- Carassius community.

      • 다량의 하부위장관출혈이 병발된 Vibrio vulnificus 패혈증 1예

        최근 저자들은 Vibrio vulnificus 감염에 의해 패혈증 및 이차성 피부 병변을 보인 42세의 남자 환자의 치료중 하부 위장관 출혈이 병발된 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. We experienced a case of Vibrop vulnificus septicemia which showed an unusual manifestation such as hematochezia. The patient was a 42-year-old man with chronic liver disease. The blood and wound culture revealed the organism. During intensive care, he suffered from massive hematochezi for several days. Colonoscopy and abdominal CT showed findings suspicious of ischemic colitis. To our knowledge, this is the first unusual case of V.vulnificus infection which showed massive lower gastrointestinal bleeding.

      • 금강유역 수질오염 실태조사

        조사 구역 상류 지점의 평균 수질은 pH가 7.1, DO가 8.3mg/ℓ, BOD가 1.7mg/ℓ, COD가 1.7mg/ℓ, SS가 15.4mg/ℓ, 분변성 대장균이 1.1x10³ MPN/100ml고 상수원 수 1급 내지 2급의 양호한 상태이고 하류지점의 수질은 pH가 6.8, DO가 7.7mg/ℓ, BOD가 2.2mg/ℓ, COD가 2.4mg/ℓ, 분변성 대장균이 1.7x10³MPN/100ml로 상수원 수 2급 내지 3급의 상태를 나타내 하류로 내려가면서 오염도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 청주시의 영향을 크게 받는 미호천 하류의 평균수질은 pH가 7.2, DO가 6.3mg/ℓ, BOD가 16.2mg/ℓ, COD가 15.1mg/ℓ, 분변성 대장균이 1.6x10??MPN/100ml로 심각한 오염 상태를 보여 청주시와 대전시가 금강 본류의 주 수질 오염원으로 나타났다. 영양 염류 (NH₃-N, NO₂-N, NO₃-N, PO₄-P)와 무기성 유해 성분 (Cl-, CN-, F-)의 함량은 지천의 일부 지점을 제외하고는 극히 낮은 수준으로 검출되었으며, 유기인, 페놀류, PCB 성분은 조사기간 중 전혀 검출되지 않았다. 또한 Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Cr, Pb, Cd, Hg등의 중금속은 검출되지 않거나 하천 수질 기준 또는 식용수 수질 기준의 허용치를 초과하지 않는 양호한 수준으로 나타났다.

      • Limnoperna fortunei 幼生의 成長 및 變態에 關한 硏究

        The metamorphosis and the growth of larva in Limnoperna fortunei were studied from October, 1981 to December, 1983. 1. The larva of this species is observed in the three different stages in the form of D- shaped. The shell length of the larva in the early stage is 130.44㎛ to 143.60㎛ and in the middle stage 161.67㎛ to 184.11㎛. In the late stage the length size of the larva increases up to 194.55㎛ to 208.45 ㎛. The shell height is 103.19 ㎛ to 119.47 ㎛, 126.51 ㎛ to 157.63㎛ and 136.87㎛ to 176.35㎛ in the three stages respectively. Thus the growth ratio of shell length to shell height is 1 : 0.75. 2. The metamorphosing stage begins when the shell height becomes larger than 210㎛ and the shell length exceedes 260㎛.

      • 강수량에 따른 유구천의 어류상과 어류군집에 관한 연구

        To investigate the community analysis of freshwater fish in Yugu-stream near Kongju, a Kumgang river's tributary, the field sampling was carried out from May 1995 to March 1996 at six different stations, with measuring environmental factors of the stream water. Among the environmental factors measured, total suspended solid altruistically increased in the rainy season (24.22 ㎎/l) than in the other seasons (2.38 ∼ 4.36 ㎎/l), while dissolved oxygen decreased in the rainy season (7.15 ppm). The fish collected during this survey were identified 6 families and 36 species, in which 11 species were endemic in Korea. The most dominant species was Zacco platypus with a relative abundance of 54.3%, that accords with a general tendency of the species in most of the Korean streams. Acheilognathus intermedia was observed with 13.4% and Acheilognathus rhombea with 4.3% abundance. Fish in the rainy season were identified 6 family and 32 species, that showed a little less diversity compared to fish in the other seasons. Hemiculter eigenmenni and Erythroculter erythropterus, which usually occur in the main stream of Korean rivers, also showed a relatively high abundance in Yugu-stream. Species richness of Yugu-stream fish increased with a index of 3.69 in the rainy season, while the fish diversity and evenness index decreased.
