Development of renewable energy is very important because environmental problems by greenhouse effect. which is caused by the use of fossil fuel, is serious. Therefore, development of small hydropower can be a good countermeasure for the problems. The small hydropower is clean energy because the small hydropower generates a few CO₂. Moreover, as the energy density by the small hydropower is high, it is economical for a society which want to introduce the system. The purpose of this study is to improve the turbine performance. The result shows that the performance of a 5㎾-Class Cross-flow hydro turbine model is measured by experiment, by head , rpm variation.

본 연구에서는 Ag-Cu합금 코팅에 의한 탄소나노튜브의 전계방출특성 변화를 연구하였다. 화학기상증착 방법을 사용하여 수직 성장시킨 탄소나노튜브에 직류 마그네트론 스퍼터를 이용하여 Ag-Cu합금을 증착하였고, 열처리 전·후의 탄소나노튜브의 표면형상 변화와 전계방출특성에 변화를 연구하였다. 연구결과 Ag-Cu합금 코팅으로 전계방출 문턱전압이 현저히 낮아졌으며 전류밀도는 6 V/㎛의 인가전압 하에서 약 5배 향상된 것을 확인하였다. 또한 Ag-Cu합금이 코팅된 탄소나노튜브는 산소가 많이 포함된 분위기에서도 안정적인 전계방출 특성을 보였으며, 이는 Ag-Cu합금 코팅이 분위기 진공에 상존하는 산소기체가 탄소나노튜브를 공격하는 것을 막아주는 역할을 하여 열악한 분위기에서도 전계방출이 안정적으로 발생하였기 때문인 것으로 생각된다. The field emission properties of CNT-emitters coated with Ag-Cu alloy have been investigated. The vertical aligned multi-walled CNTs were synthesized by dc-plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (dc-PECVD) and the Ag-Cu alloy was coated by using dcmagnetron sputter. The morphology of alloy-coated and un-coated CNT-emitters was observed by using SEM and their field emission properties were also measured. Annealing the AgCu-coated CNTs at temperature more than ~700℃, the Ag-Cu alloy was diffused to and aggregated on the top of the CNT as a Q-tip. A significant progress on the field emission was not observed with coating Ag-Cu alloy on the CNTs, but a certain improvement in a resistance against oxygen gas was made confirmation. It seems to be due to inertness of Ag-Cu alloy on the CNTs.

In this study, performance of a 5㎾-class Cross-flow hydro turbine model is measured by experiment. Guide vane angle gives considerable effect on the performance. The results show that optimum guide vane angle should be determined in consideration of the effective head and flow rate. Additional improvement of the turbine performance can be achieved by the optimization of the nozzle shape, which is also a very important factor to the turbine performance.

본 연구의 목적은 광 유도에 의한 nitric oxide (PIANO)유리가 혈관이완에 대해 cyclic GMP (cGMP)가 관여하는 지의 여부와 아울러 ${\alpha}$-수용체를 통한 수축에 PIANO가 어떻게 작용하는 지를 파악하고자 하였다. In vitro 실험에서 흰쥐의 대동맥을 준 최고농도의 phenylephrine (PE)으로 수축시킨 후 nitric oxide 생성을 변화시키는 약물이나 광민감성 (photosensitizing) 약물에 대한 반응을 등장력 변화로 기록하였다. PIANO에 의한 혈관이완은 광노출 강도와 기간 및 광민감성 약물농도에 비례하여 증가하였고 cGMP의 증가를 수반하였다. PE에 의해 증대되는 phosphatidylinositide(PI) 전환은 PIANO에 의해 억제되었다. 이상의 결과는 cGMP의 증가로 인해 PIANO에 의한 혈관이완이 일어나며 ${\alpha}$-아드레날성 수용체 자극에 의한 PI 전환의 억제현상은 cGMP 증가의 결과로 생각할 수 있다. 결론적으로 PIANO에 의한 혈관이완은 cGMP의 증가로 인함을 확인할 수 있었다. Our purpose was to know whether photo-induced adequate nitric oxide (PIANO)-mediated relaxation of rat aorta is involved in cyclic GMP increment as well as inhibition of phosphatidylinositide hydrolysis due to phenylephrine (PE). Isometric tension was measured in vitro in response to either agents that modulate NO production or release NO by photolysis of photosensitizing agents in rat aorta that had been contracted with PE submaximally. PIANO-mediated relaxation was accompanied by increment of cyclic GMP, which was dependent on the intensity and duration of light exposure and concentration of photosensitizers. Phosphatidylinositide (PI) turnover augmented by PE was significantly inhibited by PIANO. These findings indiate that cGMP increment is responsible for PIANO-mediated relaxation and which may account for the inhibition of PI turnover due to ${\alpha}-adrenergic$ receptor stimulation.
