위암 환자에서 위절제술후 나타나는 담도확장의 임상적 의의: 추적 CT 소견을 중심으로

A retrospective review of consecutive 35 patients'pre and post operative abdominal computed tomography was performed to determine frequency and degree of bile duct dilatation following Billroth Ⅱ operation for stomach cancer and it's clinical significance. Degree of intrahepatic biliary dilatation was classified as mild, moderate, marked according to the extension into central, middle and peripheral zone of liver, respectively. Three specialists on the abdominal image participated in analysis of those findings without prior information of the patients. Intrahepatic biliary dilatation was seen in 22 patients(63%) analysed by at least one radiologist, in 13 patients(37%) by at least two radiologists. Bile duct dilatation on CT was common finding and not necessarily meant tumor recurrence. Vagotomy and afferent loop resulted form Billroth Ⅱ were one of possible causes of bile duct dilatation. This study showed in the cases of bile duct dilatation without clinical and other radiological evidence of recurrence, no further study are needed and only enough to follow up study.
人體에서 分離한 葡萄糖 非醱酵菌의 抗菌劑 耐性에 關한 硏究

This experiment was conducted to classify for the 82 strains of glucose nonfermentative bacteria obtained from K hospital, in 1988, on the biological differentials and to test the resistance reaction on the drugs for those strains. The results were as follows : 1. Eighty two strains were classified into 65 strains of 79.3% of Ps. aeruginosa, 10 strains of 12.2% of Ps. cepacia, and 7 strains of 8.5% of Ac. calcoaceticus as results of 0 F sugar test, oxidase test, and DNase test. 2. It showed that Ps. aeruginosa was coincided with AP, CM, GM, KM, CF, and TC from the disk and MIC methods in the test of resistance reaction to antimicrobial agent, and especially, that AK and TOB KM and GM were observed high resistance reactive from MIC method. Resistnace to antibiotics for Ps. cepacia showed the identical reaction to AP, CB, CM, AK, SPT, CF, TC, TOB, KM and GM were observed high resistance reative from MIC method. Ac. calcoaceticus was identified the same resistance reaction to antibiotics to CB, KM, GM, AK, CF, and TOB, AP, SPT and TC showed high resistance reaction from the disk method. 3. CF and AP were observed the highest resistance reactions among 10 kinds of drugs used in this experiment and following was CM, KM and TC in order. 4. Ps. aeruginosa, Ps. cepacia, and Ac. calcoaeticus showed all multiple resistance reactions in the test of resistance to drugs, and Ps. aeruginosa was identified high resistance reaction to 6 drugs in 24.6%, Ps. cepacia was 9 drugs in 60%, and Ac. calcoaceticus showed resistance reaction to various kinds of drugs. 5. It showed important question in result of these studies that resistance percentage of NFB decreased by optimal antimicrobial selection and effective treatment established from serious antimicrobial treatment.
플라즈마 산화 처리된 65/35황동의 산소 분압별 부식특성에 관한 연구

Brasses are the most widely used copper-based alloys because of the good corrosion resistance, formability, high strength and excellent hot-working properties. However, dezincification occurs when one or more components of an alloy are more susceptible to corrosion than the rest and, as a result, are preferentially dissolved. In order to enhance the corrosion resistance, the oxide film was deposited on the 65/35 brass by pulsed dc plasma oxidation with various pressure. The corrosion behavior of plasma oxidized brasses with various oxygen pressure was investigated by electrochemical methods (potentiodynamic polarization test, potentiostatic test, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) and surface analyses (x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, auger electron spectroscopy, electron probe micro analyzer). Particular attention was paid to the effects of oxygen pressure and oxide thickness on the coating properties related to the corrosion behavior. From the results of electrochemical test, it was found that the oxidized brass under condition of 1.5 Torr oxygen pressure was effective in improving corrosion resistance. It was attributed to the protective oxidized layer (ZnO). Finally, an optimized oxidation condition for corrosion protection was found to be 1.5 Torr oxygen pressure and 1 pun thickness. <P><I>Background</I>. Microarrays enable high-throughput screening (HTS) of disease-related molecules, including important signaling proteins/peptides and small molecules that are in low abundance. In this study, we developed a multiplex blood bank screening platform, referred to as the Hi3-1 assay, for simultaneous detection of human immunodeficiency virus 1/2 (HIV 1/2) and hepatitis C virus (HCV). <I>Methods</I>. The Hi3-1 assay was tested using four panels (Panel 1, <I>n</I> = 4,581 patient samples; Panel 2, <I>n</I> = 15 seroconversion samples; Panel 3, <I>n</I> = 4 performance samples; and Panel 4, <I>n</I> = 251 purchased positive control samples), and the results were collected by the Department of Laboratory Medicine, Korea University Medical College, Republic of Korea. The present study compares the sensitivity of the multiplex detection platform for both HIV and HCV using a sol-gel based microarray, which was based on a reference test (Architect HIV Ag/Ab Combo and Architect anti-HCV assays), in Korean patients. <I>Results</I>. The sensitivity of the multiplex detection platform for both HIV and HCV was 100%, and the specificity was 99.96% for HIV and 99.76% for HCV, which is equivalent to that of the reference test. <I>Conclusion</I>. We have successfully applied a novel screening technology to multiplex HIV and HCV diagnoses in a blood bank screening test.</P>
소형 무인항공기용 이동표적 표시기법에 대한 기술 동향 분석

본 논문에서는 소형무인항공기용 이동표적 표시기법(MTI, Moving Target Indication)에 대한 기술 동향분석을 하였다. MTI는 크게 이미지 정렬과 차영상 오류보정 단계로 구성되는데 이중 이미지 정렬 기법에는 매개변수방식과 비매개변수방식이 있으며 본 논문에서는 매개변수방식을 사용한 이용한 MTI에 초점을 맞췄다. 소형무인항공기의 경우, 저고도 운용에 의한 시차문제가 발생하는데 이를 보정하기 위해서 등극기하학이 사용된다. MTI의 성능을 향상시키기 위한 관련기법들도 살펴보았으며 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다. In this paper, we survey the Moving Target Indication(MTI) techniques for small UAVs. MTI consists of image alignment phase and frame differencing correction phase, and image alignment has two ways of parametric approach which is mainly focused in this paper and non-parametric approach. Since small UAVs are operated in the low altitude, the parallax is considerable and the epipolar geometry is applied to compensate the parallax. The related works and future works are presented.
