        In apartment buildings, floor-impact sound has been regarded as the major source which induces complaints from residents. It is mainly due to the use of light-weight structures and the lack of researches in terms of the sound transmission characteristics through the structures of a receiving room. The vibration produced by the impact on one part of an apartment building would travel as far as the other parts of structure only with with a little alleviation. As a result, the impact sound from upstairs has been regarded as a main source of noise causing discontentment among occupants. This study was carried out to measure the floor-impact sound levels and evaluate the insulation performance of floor-impact sound for the K apartment buildings which complaints induced and the newly-founded Y apartment buildings. The major results of this study are as followers; 1. The comparison showed that the light-impact sound levels and the levels of estimated light-impact sound ranged from 51.0dB to 73.9dB and 60dB to 66dB in the K apartment buildings, 50.2dB to 70.6dB and 57dB to 62dB in the Y apartment buildings. 2. The levels of estimated impact sound exceed the criteria of light-impact noise insulation 58dB by 6∼8dB and the criteria of heavy-impact noise insulation 50dB by 4∼6dB in the K apartment buildings and 4dB, 1dB in the Y apartment buildings, respectively.

      • 경기도 용인시(경희대학교) 주변지역의 지하수 오염현황

        Recently, the concern about groundwater pollution is increasing. And, groundwater was one of the major water resource used as drinking water by eighty percent of the world population, and its utility as industry water, agriculture water, fresh water was increasing. But, when pollution material was found in housing well, by purifying polluted water, the area of doing thorough conservation management was few. Thus, if water resource being regard as unlimited source, the right view of nature and scientific utility were essential because of the problem of its value. The purpose of this study was that investigated groundwater quality pollution condition in the part areas of Kyunggi-do Suwon Si, Yong-In Si, proposed to efficient management plan for pollution occurrence prevention and groundwater quality development by surveying groundwater pollution source. The result of the study was that the groundwater by use purpose could systematically manage water quality since development beginning, management system about groundwater development with use can established.

      • Carbamoylethyl Starch의 製造와 종이 製造時 添加效果에 관한 硏究

        Recently, paper strength properties come up to be lowered by increasing ratio of utilization of recycling paper. In order to overcome these problems, strengthening agents which may cause enviromental problems have been used. Therefore, acrylamide was added to starch which is a cheap natural polymer, carbamoylethyl starch(CES) with high activity was prepared, and so the applicability as a paper additive was examined. The results are following; FT-IR spectra of CES of which degree of substitution was 0.25 showed strong C=O band at 1680㎝^-1 which corresponds the carbonyl group n amides(amide Ⅰ). Analysis of bravender viscosity showed that cooking start point of CES is 60℃ and instant viscosity is 830 B.U.(bravender unit). Effect of carbamoylethl DS on strength properties was resulted that CES of DS 0.20 appeared to be the best choice for making handsheets from KOCC with good overall strength properties, and it was selected as standard sample. Effect of pH on strength properties was obvious for their increasing values as decreasing pH. Also, a 5-fold increase in size rate as well as significant increase in wet-tensile strength were obtained in handsheets from KOCC by 3% wet-end addition of CES.

      • M대교 건설에 따른 도로교통소음의 예측

        This study was carried out to predict and evaluate the traffic noise levels around the newly-founded M bridge. The noise levels at all locations around the M bridge and the habitat for the seasonal birds should meet 55 ㏈(A) as the noise level limit. The traffic noise levels by M bridge ranged from 59 ㏈(A) to 72 ㏈(A) in 2002 year and 61 ㏈(A) to 74 ㏈(A) in 2011 year. The counter-measure for noise control was reviewed as the barrier of tunnel type and the general barrier and the noise levels by noise control ranged from 41㏈(A) to 53 ㏈(A) in 2002 year, 41 ㏈(A) to 54 ㏈(A) in 2006 year, 43 ㏈(A) to 55 ㏈(A) in 2011 and 2016 year and 45 ㏈(A) to 58 ㏈(A) in 2016 year. As a result, the noise levels around M bridge in 2016 year was predicted to exceed the noise limit 55 ㏈(A) and the appropriate measures by the control of the traffic and the average vehicle speed required for the satisfaction of the noise limit.

      • 政策分析에 있어서 經驗主義的 接近方法과 政治的 接近方法의 比較考察

        Policy choice process to seek a best solution about social problems is usually called policy analysis. Today, the importance of policy analysis is increasingly recognized. For the efficient solution of socio-economical issuses, many apprcaches have been suggested such as : rational model, incremental model, and mixed scanning model. In this article, I classified these models into empirical or system approach and politica or incremental approach. I presumed that policy problems can be devided into empirical and non-empirical elements, and also problem solving approaches can be classified system approach and non-system approach. Nonsystem approach means political models which involve incremental methods and use partizan mutual adjustmentss. when we analyze the social problems in relation to policy making, I hypothesize, the emperical parts of the problems should be solved with system analysis and non-empirical parts should be solved with political approachss. The purpose of this study is to suggest a hypothesis that we should identify social problem policy issues and social problem solving models at first, and shoud match elements of the issues with the solving models. But testing hypothesis needs further study.

      • 지하철 운행구간중 D철교 주변지역의 소음도 예측에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to predict and evaluate the outdoor noise levels around the D railway bridge of the subway line. The counter-measure for noise control was reviewed as the tunnel. The outdoor noise levels are generally calculated by subtracting sound transmission loss of the tunnel envelope from indoor noise levels. The coefficient of sound absorption of tunnel envelope was NRC 0.6 and sound transmission loss STC 23. Prediction of the noise levels around the D railway bridge was achieved by dividing the circumference into 10m×l0m regular grid spaces. The indoor noise levels at the tunnel ranged from approximately 45dB(A) to l07dB(A) and the outdoor noise levels 37dB(A) to 67dB(A) as peak sound level. In this study the maximum sound level at all locations around the subway line should not exceed 60dB(A) as energy equivalent sound level(Leq). As a result all points around the D railway bridge satisfied the noise level limit with the above tunnel.

      • 組織理論속에 나타난 價値定向의 內容에 關한 硏究

        The peopose of this study is to understand the normative vectors which have been developed in the organization theories. Alomst all writers of public administration categorize values into three parts. As we well know, theory X,Y, and theory Z by McGregor and Lawless, are the first example. Mr. Medeiros and Mr. Schmitt classify normative vectors into mchinie, humance, and political bureaucracy. And the third example is efficiency and effectiveness, rights and the adequacy of process, and representation and the control of discretion. On the basis of Mr. Harmon's classificaion, I examinied how the three normative vectors had been treated by and had impacted on the organizaiton theoies one after another. First, in the classical theory of organizaiton, efficiency and effectiveness was the exclusive value, and the other two vectors did not draw much attention from organization theorists and workers. Second, in the Neo-classical theory, efficiency and rational goal attainment were the primary values embodied in organization theories. Third, in the systems theories, effectiveness and adaptation to environment were the most important normative vectors. Fourth, in the later huma relations theories, two vectors,i.e., efficiency and effectiveness and rights and adequacy of the process, received much attention from the theorists and organizational men. Fifth, in the market theories, primary values were free individual choice, mazimizaing aggregate utility, responding to diverse organizational and envioronmental interest. Sixth, in the imterpretive and critical theories, the primary values were rights and adequacy of the process. They focussed their attention on the promotion of the discourses and process of organizaiton decision-making, and on the reduction of the individual alienation through emancipation from reified social and organizational structures. Seventh in the theories of emergence, primary vectors were rights and adequacy of the process. They thought these values would be secured by discovering shared purposes through humane, noncoercive social process, and by facilitating reflexive self-awareness to enables responsible personal action.

        The considerations in the noise control by enclosure are the rise of temperature and sound pressure, transmission loss, absorption coefficient of the materials, the structure of the soundproof panels, an opening and coincidence frequency. But it is very difficult that we obtain the accurate data about those in design, so, the noise reduction after enclosing does not correspond. The difference of the noise reduction between the calculation and the measurement was average 4.8dB

      • 송도 웰빙센터 건립사업 타당성 조사

        본 과업의 대상지는 송도 초등학교 내에 위치한 관사부지이다. 이곳을 서구청에서 확보한 예산으로써 서구 주민의 복지를 위한 문화체육시설로 개발할 경우, 그 사업의 타당성 여부를 진단하고 분석하는데 과업의 목적을 두었다. 본 과업은 문화체육센터에 대한 주민의식 및 선호도 파악에 우선 관심을 두었고 서구청 공무원을 조사대상으로 한정하였다. 그 까닭은 공무원 집단은 지역사회 전반에 걸쳐 문제의식이 강하고 가치판단기준이 일반 주민들보다 명확하며 도시 내 주요시설에 대한 식견이 비교적 넓기 때문이다. 본 조사에서 나타난 특징은 첫째, 응답자의 약 85%가 문화체육센터의 수적 부족을 인식한 점이고, 둘째, 45%만이 송도초등학교 내 웰빙센터의 건립에 찬성한 점이다. 반대의 대부분은 일반 주민을 위한 시설이 교육기관과 쉽게 양립 할 수 없다는 것이다. 서구의 인구가 감소한다는 것은 특정시설의 시장여건이 불리해진다는 뜻이다. 이 같은 현실 하에 웰빙센터의 경제적 타당성의 진단에서 나타난 분석결과는 B/C가 1보다 낮고(0.866), 내부수익률 역시 (-)값으로 나타난 점이다. 따라서 송도 웰빙센터 건립사업의 경제적 타당성은 매우 취약하다고 판단된다. 또한 교육청 및 학교당국은 학생중심의 시설건립과 시설 건립 후 교육기관에 기부채납을 요구하고 있으므로 이점이 사업의 결정적인 제약이 되고 있다. 공무원 의식조사에서 나타난 바를 참고할 때 웰빙센터와 같은 문화체육시설은 학교 내가 아닌 인접한 다른 장소에서 적극적으로 건립하는 방안을 모색해 볼 필요가 있다.

        특발성 자발성 신장 파열 1예

        Primary aldosteronism is a syndrome characterized by hypertension, hypokalemia, suppressed plasma renin activity, and elevated serum aldosterone levels. Conn first described it 1955 in association with adrenal cortical adenoma(Conn's syndrome). Today, it can be divided into at least six distinctive sub-groups. The diagnosis of primary aldosteronism is usually suspected when the patient presents with poorly controlled hypertension with hypokalemia. The main issues in the evaluation of primary aldosteronism are to differentiate an adenoma from hyperplasia and to localize the adenoma. Basic hormonal studies and computed tomographic(CT) scanning can be used effectively for that differentiation. An adenoma is one of a few potentially curable forms of hypertension, and it is best treated by removing the adrenal tumor. We experienced a case of a typical adrenal adenoma. The patient was a 37-year-old male who had experienced in both his legs over a period of several days a weakness due to hypokalemia. He was diagnosed using basic hormonal studies and adrenal CT scanning. After, he received laparoscopic adrenalectomy and was discharged with improved condition.
