        Collagenase와 esterase가 상아질 접착강도와 nanoleakage에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 상아질 접착계면에서 collagenase와 esterase가 접착강도와 극미세누출에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 시행하였다. 발치된 치아의 교합면 상아질에 Single Bond 2(SB)와 Clearfil SE bond(SE)를 사용하여 상아질-레진 접착시편을 제작하고,시편을 인산완충용액(PBS)에 24시간(I),또는 PBS(II),collagenase 용액(III),esterase 용액(IV)에 4주간 보관 한 후 질산은 용액으로 염색하였다. 시편의 미세인장접착강도(μTBS)와 질산은 침투 면적을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. SB군의 접착강도가 II∼IV군에서 SE군에 비해 낮은 값을 나타내었다(p<O.05). SB군은 II∼IV군의 접착강도가 I군에 비해 낮은 값을 보였으나(p<O.05),SE군의 접착강도는 I∼IV군간에 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>O.05). 2. SB군의 질산은 침투 면적이 SE군에 비해 높았으며(p<O.05),SB군과 SE군에서 질산은 침투 면적은 I ∼ IV군간에 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>O.05). 3. 접착강도와 질산은 침투 면적은 SE군의 I, II,III군에서 음의 상관관계를 보였다(p<O.05). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of collagenase and esterase on dentin bond strength and nanoleakage. Resin composites were bonded to occlusal dentin of premolars with Single Bond 2(SB) and Clearfil SE Bond(SE). After the microtensile specimens were prepared and stored in PBS for 24 hours(I) or, PBS(II), collagenase(III), esterase(IV) solution for 4 weeks, the specimens were stained with silver nitrate solution. Microtensile bond strength(μTBS) and silver penetration area were measured and, the results were as follows: 1. For group II, III, and IV, the bond strengths of SB were lower than those of SB(p<0.05). The bond strengths of SB II, III, and IV were lower than that of SB I(p<0.05). There was no difference among the bond strengths of SE I ∼ IV groups(p>0.05). 2. Silver penetration areas of SB were higher than those of SE for all storage groups(p<0.05). In SB and SE groups, there was no significant difference of silver penetration area among I ∼ IV groups(p>0.05). 3. SE I, II, and III showed inverse relationship between the bond strengths and the silver penetration areas(p<0.05).

        상아질 접착에서 collagenase와 esterase가 미세인장결합강도에 미치는 영향

        상아질-레진 접착강도에 대한 collagenase와 esterase의 영향을 살펴보기 위해, 소구치의 교합면 상아질에 Single Bond 2와 Clearfil SE Bond로 접착을 시행하고 미세 시편을 제작하여 PBS, collagenase 용액, esterase 용액에 4주간 보관한 후 미세인장결합강도를 측정, 비교하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 모든 보관 용액에서 Single Bond 2의 미세인장결합강도는 Clearfil SE Bond보다 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.05). 2. Single Bond 2의 미세인장결합강도는 collagenase군이 PBS군, esterase군보다 낮았다(p>0.05). 3. Clearfil SE Bond의 미세인장결합강도는 esterase군이 PBS군에 비해 낮았으나(p>0.05), collagenase군보다는 높았다(p>0.05). Collagenase군은 PBS군에 비해 유의하게 낮은 미세인장결합강도를 보였다(p<0.05). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of collagenase and esterase on the microtensile bond strength (μTBS) in dentin bonding. After resin composites were bonded to occlusal dentin, μTBS specimens were formed and stored in PBS, collagenase, or esterase solution. After 4-week storage, μTBS was determined and, the results were as follows: 1. μTBS values of Single Bond 2 were lower than those of Clearfil SE Bond for all storage medium (p<0.05). 2. In single Bond 2 group, collagenase solution lowered bond strength more than PBS and esterase solution (p>0.05). 3. In Clearfil SE Bond group, esterase solution lowered bond strength more than PBS(p>0.05). Collagenase solution lowered bond strength more than esterase solution(p>0.05) and PBS(p<0.05).

        나노 충전제 함량에 따른 복합레진의 표면 미세경도 차이

        최근에 개발된 나노 충전제를 microhybrid 복합레진에 첨가할 때, 나노 충전제 함량이 중합에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해, 실험적으로 나노 충전제의 함량을 다르게 제작한 복합레진에서 광중합 후 미세경도를 측정, 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 나노 충전제의 함량이 2%, 3%인 군은 0%, 1%인 군에 비해 중합된 면의 미세경도가 유의하게 높았으나(p<0.01), 그 차이는 크지 않았다. 2. 나노 충전제의 함량이 높을수록 레진 시편의 하면에서의 미세경도는 증가하였으며, 나노 충전제의 함량이 0%, 1%, 2%간에, 0%, 1%, 3%간에 유의한 차이가 있었고(p<0.01), 2%와 3%간에는 차이가 없었다(p<0.05). 3. 레진 시편의 상면과 하면의 미세 경도 차이는 나노 충전제 함량이 높을수록 감소하였으며, 나노 충전제의 함량이 0%, 1%, 2%간에, 0%, 1%, 3%간에 유의한 차이가 있었고(p<0.01), 2%와 3%간에는 차이가 없었다(p<0.05). The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of nanofiller content on the microhardness and polymerization of experimental microhybrid composites. The nanofiller contents in the experimental composites were varied (0%, 1%, 2%, 3%), while the total filler content remained constant as 76 %wt. We obtained the following results: 1. The microhardness of the top surface for the 2%, 3% nanofilled microhybrid composites were significantly higher than those for the 0%, 1% nanofilled composites (p<0.05), but the difference was not great. 2. The microhardness of the bottom surfaces significantly increased with an increase in the nanofiller level (p<0.05), except between the 2% and 3% nanofilled groups (p>0.05). 3. As the nanofiller level increased, the difference beween microhardness of top and bottom surfaces significantly decreased (p<0.05), except between 2% and 3% nanofilled groups (p>0.05).

      • Effects of substrate temperature on the performance of Cu<sub>2</sub>ZnSnSe<sub>4</sub> thin film solar cells fabricated by co-evaporation technique

        Despite the success of Cu(In,Ga)Se₂ (CIGS) based PV technology now emerging in several industrial initiatives, concerns about the cost of In and Ga are often expressed. It is believed that the cost of those elements will eventually limit the cost reduction of this technology. One candidate to replace CIGS is Cu₂ZnSnSe₄ (CZTSe), fabricated by co-evaporation technique. Co-evaporation technique will be one of the best methods to control film composition. This type of absorber derives from the CuInSe² chalcopyrite structure by substituting half of the indium atoms with zinc and other half with tin. Energy bandgap of this material has been reported to range from 0.8eV for selenide to 1.5eV for the sulfide and large coefficient in the order of 10^{14}cm^{-1}, which means large possibility of commercial production of the most suitable absorber by using the CZTSe film. In this work, Effects of substrate temperature of Cu₂ZnSnSe₄ absorber layer on the performance of thin films solar cells were investigated. We reported on some of the absorber properties and device results.

        <전우치전>의 현대적 다시쓰기와 그 의미 -아동용 출판물을 중심으로-

        본고에서는 현재 아동 및 청소년을 대상으로 한 <전우치전>의 다시쓰기 텍스트들을 확인하고 12종의 텍스트를 확보하였다. 이들을 분석하여 고전 <전우치전>의 가치와 의미를 정확히 전달하고 있는지 확인해 보았다. 우선 12종의 <전우치전> 다시쓰기 텍스트들은 신문관본 <전우치전>을 기본으로 하여 출판되었고, 그를 기초로 4가지 유형분류가 가능했다. 12종의 텍스트들은 기본형, 축소형, 발단변화형, 다변형의 유형으로 구분할 수 있으며, 기본형과 축소형은 신문관본 <전우치전>에 충실한 텍스트였다. 또한 발단변화형과 다변형의 텍스트들은 현재 어린 독자들을 고려한 새로운 텍스트로 전우치라는 주인공의 인생관과 고민, 그의 행동들을 일관성 있게 서술하려 노력하였다. 그러나 12종의 <전우치전> 텍스트 중 7종은 다시쓰기 작가를 전면에 부각시켜, 작자가 미상으로 알려진 원작에 대한 이해를 흐리고 있었다. 또한 어떤 <전우치전>의 이본을 기본으로 하였는지 밝힌 텍스트는 창작과 비평사의 <전우치전> 1종에 불과했다. 이는 반드시 시정되어야 할 문제점으로, 고전의 다시쓰기 작가들은 원작에 대한 정확한 이해가 먼저 임을 주지해야 한다. 앞으로 출간될 다시쓰기 <전우치전>에서는 작품이 갖는 환상적이고 비현실적인 에피소드들이 본 작품의 가장 큰 특징임을 이해하고, 보다 정확한 원작 및 작가에 대한 설명, 이본 등에 대해 표기해야 할 것이다. A study on the Status and Significance of Modern Rewritings in Jeonwoochi - Focusing on Publications for Children - Oh, Se-jung This study verified current revised versions of Jeonwoochi for children and adolescence and secured twelve types of texts. Through the analysis of these pieces of work, the study examines if these texts accurately transmit the values and the significances of this classic novel. First of all, the revised versions of the twelve types of Jeonwoochi were published based on the version by the publisher Shinmungwan, and from these, the study could distinguish them into four categories. The twelve types of texts could be classified into basic, abstract, early stage of change, and various transformative categories, and the basic and abstract versions showed similar representation with the initial version from Shinmungwan. Moreover, the early stage of change and various transformative texts tried to express coherently the life values and struggles of the protagonist Jeon Woo Chin in a new form, taking into consideration the current young readers. However, seven texts out of the twelve emphasized the writer who completed the revision that doubted the understanding of the original narrative, where the author is unknown. In addition, only one text, published by Creation and Criticism, revealed the source of its revision, in other words, from which original version of the novel they based their revision upon. This is a practice that needs to be corrected, and the revising writers of classic tales should be aware that the accurate understanding of the original text proceeds the revising act. In future publications of the revised versions of Jeonwoochi need to understand that the fantasy and unrealistic episodes of the tale are its biggest characteristic and should mark the explanations of the orignal text, the author, and the editions.

Effects of substrate temperature of Cu₂ZnSnSe₄ absorber layer on the performance of thin films solar cells were investigated. As substrate temperature increased, the grain size of Cu₂ZnSnSe₄ films increased presumably. At a optimal condition of substrate temperature is 320?C, the solar cell shows a conversion efficiency of 1.79% with V_{OC} of 0.213V, JSC of 16.91mA/cm² and FF of 49.7%.

        In this study, we fabricated the Cu(In,Ga)Se₂ (CIGS) thin-film solar cells by using a polyimide substrate. The CIGS thin-film was deposited on Mo coated polyimide substrate by a 3-stage co-evaporation technique. Because the polyimide shows thermal transformation at about 400?C, the substrate temperature of co-evaporation process was set to below 400?C. Corresponding solar cell showed a conversion efficiency of 7.08 % with V_{OC} of 0.58 V, J_{SC} of 24.99 mA/cm² and FF of 0.49.

        심방 중격과 승모판 전엽 양쪽에 동시에 부착된 좌심방 점액종 1예

        저자 등은 심계항진을 주소로 내원한 59세 여자 환자에서 심초음파에 의해 진단하여 종양 절제를 성공적으로 시행한 좌심방내 심방 중격과 승모판 전엽 양쪽에 동시에 부착된 점액종 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Myxoma is the most common primary cardiac tumor. It usually develops on the interatrial septum, and occurs in the left atrium in more than 75% of cases. Myxoma in the ventricle is much less common and accunts for only 5% of cases. A myxoma arising from mitral valve is exceedingly rare and is normally located on the atrial side of valve, with and eqivalent distribution between the anterior and posterior leaflets. We report a case of myxoma that arose from both the interatrial septum and anterior mital leaflet. which has not been previously reported in the literature.

      • Synthesis and Nanostructures of Metal Selenide Precursors for Cu(In,Ga)Se<sub>2</sub>Thin-Film Solar Cells

        <P>A nanoink solution-based process was developed as a low-costing method for the fabrication of Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGSe) thin-film photovoltaic cells. The sonochemical synthesis of CIGSe nanocrystals of the nanoink through step-by-step mixing of the reactants was investigated. To achieve the ideal stoichiometry of Cu(In0.7 Ga0.3 )Se2 to tune the bandgap and to fabricate high-efficiency photovoltaic cells, the synthetic parameters, the concentration of hydrazine, and the amount used of the gallium precursor were investigated. As the hydrazine concentration increased, gallium loss was observed in the CIGSe product. The gallium content in the reactant mixture strongly affected the metal stoichiometry of the prepared CIGSe nanocrystals. The nanoink solution based fabrication of thin-film photovoltaic cells was also explored, and the resulting device showed a conversion efficiency of 5.17?%.</P>

      • 치매방지 작업기구 사용이 항산화효소 활성에 미치는 영향

        We developed an occupational therapy tool to maintain and improve the cognitive function for the elderly who have senile dementia. 86 elderly people took a mininal mental state examination (MMSE) for the therapy to perform the occupational therapy, and divided into three groups based on avarage ages and MMSE values. The occupational therapy was treated three times per week for 10 weeks. The results showed that there were significant differences in the performing scores before and after the treatment ; the scores for the occupational therapy were increased significantly (p<0.001) and the performing time was shortened from 6-week throughout 10-week regimen. This study was to examine the effect on the activity of antioxidant enzymes by occupational therapy. The activities of antioxidant enzymes such as catalase, Glutathion-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were increased to the normal standard by the occupational therapy for the elderly having dementia. The recovery of activities of antioxidant enzymes was obvious in severe demented elderly compared to those in normal or mild demented elderly. These results suggest that the occupational therapy had an beneficial effect on the protection against the oxidative stress especially for severe demented elderly, and the occupational tool need to be modified so as to improve the protection against the oxidative stress for normal and/or mild demented elderly.
