      • 기상 화학반응법에 의한 SnO₂박막의 제조 및 조직 특성

        SnO2 films were deposited on Coming 7059 glass substrates by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process. The effects of deposition temperature, deposition time, reactant gas flow rate on deposition rate and structure of SnO2 thin films deposit, have been studied. The formed phase of films was greatly affected by deposition temperature. At 300℃, amorphous phase was developed, whereas crystal phase began to appear at 350℃, and above 400℃ the SnO2 films of perfect tetragonal rutile phase has taken shaped. The grain size and growth of SnO2 films were increased with an increasing deposition temperature, deposition time and gas flow rate. In elevated deposition temperature (about 300 ∼520℃), deposition rate increased, and otherwise above 520℃ deposition rate slightly decreased. From the deposition rate and the change of structure, deposition mechanism was shown to be different between below and over 520℃.

      • PDA를 이용한 2상유동분류의 유체역학적 거동에 관한 연구

        The task of the research work is to conduct experimenal investigation on the hydrodynamic behaviours of air-pulverized coal two phase flow and also on the exploration of the way to enhance concentrating process of coal particle in exit zone of burners. Two burners have velocity injection difference, one have the mixture flow of pulverized coal and air, the other have only air. Mean velocity, density and turbulent properties of pulverized coal were measured by PDA. The research results that similarity for mean velocity, density and turbulant properties were revealed X/D=6 from exit of burner. Density profiles of pulverized coal show maximum values near Y/D=7 and also have effect on air jet.

        This paper reviews the literature on strategic human resource management arranging the content around major research questions and discusses some issues which remains to be answered cmpirically as well as theoretically. The development of the topic of human resource management is now well documented in literature. Nevertheless, the focus of the debates to HRM is firms' performance, One of the central features of the recent HRM debate is the importance given to the integration of HRM into the business and corporate strategy. So Attempted to empirically validate Dyer and Holder(1988), and Miles and Snow(1978) typology and also test the performance implications of the match between corporate strategy and HRM strategy.

      • 지도 정보의 계층적 추출에 관한 연구

        In order to recognize map images automatically and make them in the form of Data Base, hierarchical classification and recognition of various information should be done. In this paper, a method with which map information can be efficiently extracted is proposed where map image is hierarchically classified by each component and those components are supplemented with the use of structural characteristics of each component. The proposed method extracts map information using mixed method among image structure analysis methods. First, character, block and road areas are classified hierarchically from the map image using bottom-up method, and by top-down method character and block areas are supplemented to be appropriate for recognition using structural characteristics of each component. For the evaluation of the algorithm, a map of 1:3,000 is used. It's been confirmed that each component can be efficiently extracted and extracted information make them in the form of Data Base have been confirmed recognition using neural network.

      • 영상 데이타 고압축을 위한 다단계 근사 DCT에 관한 연구

        In this paper, a new image coding method is presented, which computes DCT coefficients approximately using multi-stage subdecomposition technique. The performance is confirmed through applying the proposed method to an image coding system. Through experiment using real LENA image, it shows less blocking effect and faster performance than the conventional DCT in the low bit-rate.

      • 아드레날린 수용체 중개에 의한 Catecholamine의 Synaptosome을 통한 칼슘 이동의 조절

        The presynaptic α-adrenoceptors medicate a negative feedback mechanism which leads to inhibition of neurotransmitter release probably by restricting the calcium available for the excitation-secretion coupling. It is reported that norepinephrine may shorten the duration of plateau phase in action potential by decreasing a voltage sensitive, slow inward calcium current and this action of norepinephrine is antagonized by α-adrenergic blocking agents. It is also suggested that there is a direct linkage between adrenoceptors and Na+-K+ ATPase. In the present study, therefore, effects of norepinephrine, dopamine an 5-hydroxytryptamine on the calcium uptake, Na+-Ca++ exchange and membrane potential in rat brain synaptosomes were investigated. The actions of neurotransmitters on the regulators for cellular calcium transport were also studied by investigation effects of catecholamines on synaptosomal Na+-k+ ATPase, Ca++ ATPase and Na+-Ca++ ATPase activities with or without adrenergic blocking agents. In the reaction mixture containing calcium without potassium, the addition of ATP induced the synaptosomal calcium uptake only slightly. The further addition of potassium is followed by a marked increase in calcium uptake with concomittent development of membrane depolarization. Amounts of calcium uptake were increased with increasing concentrations of potassium but decreased in the presence of extracellular sodium. Norepinephrine, dopamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine inhibited the potassium induced calcium uptake but had no effect on membrane potential. Na+-K+ ATPase, Mg++ ATPase and Ca++ ATPase activities were stimulated by these amines and stimulatory effects of catecholamines were antagonized by phentolamine and propranolol. Ouabain enhanced potassium induced calcium uptake but significantly inhibited Na+-K+ ATPase activity. Diltiazem and dibucaine effectively inhibited the depolarization induced calcium uptake, but had a variable effects on ATPase activities. Dibucaine significantly inhibited Ca++ ATPase. Among various agents tested, dibucaine alone was shown to slow down the development of membrane depolarization. Norepinephrine, dopamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine inhibited both the sodium dependent calcium efflux and Na+-Ca++ ATPase activity. The inactivation of Na+-CA++ ATPase by catecholamines was reversed by phentolamine and propranolol. These results suggest that there is a linkage between presynaptie adrenoceptors and regulatory apparatus for calcium transport across the synaptic membrane. Catecholamines appear to inhibit the calcium transport by the indirect effect on the ATPases, particulary Na+-K+ ATPase at plasma membrane which is mediated by adrenoceptors and also by possible action on the calcium conductance mechanism. On the other hand, adrenergic agonists may affect the Na+ dependent Ca++ efflux in synaptic membranes.

      • 열처리가 CuInSe₂ 박막의 광전 특성에 미치는 영향

        CuInSe₂ thin films were prepared by R·F magnetron sputtering process from the powder target which was previously compacted by powder of Cu₂Se and In₂Se₃. The as-deposited thin films were annealed between 200 and 500℃ for 1 hour in a quartz tube in Ar flow rate of 800sccm The thin films were characterized using XRD, EDS, Four point probe and UV- Vis - NIR spectrophotometer. In all thin films annealed occurred a diffused reflection. The as-deposited thin film, the absorption coefficient above the fundamental band edge exceeds 1× 10⁴㎝^(- 1) and the absorption spectrum showed band gap of about 1.03eV.

      • 1980學年度 新入生 實態調査 硏究

        The present study aims to investigate the current status and characteristics of 1980 freshmen of Busan women's University(BWU), and also to find out what problems the BWU freshmen have begining their four year academic lives. To achive mentioned aims, questionair method was applyed to this study. The questionair included items on their personal and family backgrounds, interpersonal relationships, high school backgrounds, major choice in the forthcoming college life, and altitudes toward several issues, etc. The questionair was performed to all BWU freshmen during the orientation period from March 8 to 12, 1980. The results of this study can be summerized as follow; 1) The freshmen of BWU come from 93 girl's high schools all over country. 2) About 67.12% of the freshmen finished highschool this year, about 25.78% in '79 and about 4,9% in'78 or even earlier. 3) Most of them live in their own houses but there are some students who live in their relatives' houses or live by themselves. All of of them come to school by bus except those who can walk to school. 4) Most of them have been brought up in Busan and KyungNam area. 5) About 52.62% of the freshmen have visual power of 0.8, about 17.46% even worse sight 0.1 to 0,2. 6) What motived them to choose BWU was the judgement that this university fit well the level of their aspirations and academic abilities. 7) The areas expected to achive the forthcoming college life are to enhance the level of their cultures, career plannings, personality and socil adjustment, developments academic pursuits, etc. 8) Most of them indicated that the most serious psychological problem facing them how to adjust to the new environment and the next is how to develop study methodologies. 9) Most of them did not know much about BWU they determinid to take the latter entrance examination. 10) Most of them are fully satisfied with the fact that they are attending at BWU and they feel satisfied with their majors and departments. 11) The influenceing sources in their choice of BWU were mascom, friends and elders, highschool teachers and others.
