An Experimental Study on the Toughness Evaluation of Welded Connection of Thick Steel Plate of Electric Furnace This study is evaluated a toughness of welding joint connection using 3 points bending test with SM 490 A thick plates. Results are as follows. 1) A toughness can be estimated both cumulation plastic ratio and the plastic deformation cumulate ratio according 1.0 degree of correlation coefficient. 2) HAZ showed higher correlation than bond in the point of cumulation plastic ratio. As a result absorb energy and percentage of HAZ can be a measure to estimate a toughness.

The various types of enzyme have been coupled to ion-selective electrodes for the development of enzyme membrane electrodes. The tissue and organ of animals and plants contained a lot of variant enzymes. A bioselsoective membrane electrode which employs slices of Wistar rat liver was studied that the effect of pH, kinds and concentration of buffer solution, temperature and thickness of slice in order to optimize electrode response. The longstability, the response time and slope of wistar rat tissue glutamine selective membrane electrode was evaluated.

It is shown that the rose of sharon receptacle tissue can serve as an effective biocatalyst in the construction of a potentiometric membrane electrode with response and selectivity for arginine, Electrodes using this tissue in conjunction with NH_(3) gas sensing probes yield good response to arginine in 1 X 10^(-1)M to 10^(-3)M range and retain activity for at least 2 weeks. The arginine-selective membrane electrode using tissue slices of the rose of sharon have good selectivity when operated at an optimum pH 8.0, 25℃, 20um thickness of slices and in 0.1M phosphate buffer solution.
접합형식구분에 따른 고강도강 기둥-보 용접접합부의 인성에 관한 연구

This paper aimed to evaluate the characteristic and behaviour of fracture on the beam to column welded connections of high strength steel structures subjected to cyclic loading. Specimens were designed as a unit frame of tall building's middle- stores. For the study, SM570 and HP steel were used for columns while SM490 was used for beam. Ten specimens in total were carried out to the test. The major test parameters are steel strength, panel stiffness and scallop type. The results are as follows: In comparison with steel strength between SM570 steel specimen and HP steel one : HP steel steel specimen was showed over 130% of strength improvement ratio(α) and draft angle(θ) to SM 570 type according to the panel stiffness and scallop shape. Drift Angle of HP specimens and SM570 ones showed 0.071~0.091 and 0.036~0.065 radians each which partially satisfied the FEMA 350 criteria (0.04 radians for SMF). In conclusion, using weak panel and non-scallop shape specimens were considered to be superior structural strength, ductility capacity.

This paper aimed to evaluate the toughness of the 600N grade high strength column to beam steel welded joint which subjected to cyclic loading. The specimens were designed as a unit frame of tall building's middle-stores, and cross type weld connection. SA440 were used for column and SM490 for beam. Six tests were carried out. EBS (Enlarged Beam System) specimens were considered to be superior structural strength, ductility capacity. Beam to column connection using EBS showed higher strength and toughness than the basic shape.

최근 기업들이 SOA, 웹 서비스, 유틸리티 컴퓨팅, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 등과 같은 서비스 지향적인 컴퓨팅 환경에 관심을 가지면서 SLA(Service Level Agreement) 기반의 자동화된 계약관리를 원하고 있다. 일반적으로 SLA는 종이에 자연언어로 표현되어 있어서 SLA 관리나 SLA 기반의 정보처리의 자동화가 제한된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 문서형 SLA를 실행가능한 언어로 표현하는 방법을 제안한다. 그 방법의 핵심은 SLA 문장을 단문, 중문, 또는 복문 형식으로 재구성하고 각 문장을 술어논리로 표현한 뒤, 이를 Prolog 기반 프로그램으로 변환하여 실행가능한 SLA(Active SLA)를 얻는다는 것이다. 이와 함께 ASLA를 활용한 SLA 기반의 계약관리 업무의 자동화에 대한 구체적인 예도 볼 것이다.

최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 IT 서비스가 증가하면서 기업들 사이에 SLA가 중요한 화두로 대두되고 있다. 상업용 SLA 관리 툴들은 어플리케이션 또는 데이터베이스 계층에 계약관련 로직을 내장하고 있다. SLA 규칙들이 구현 로직 내에 암시적으로 표현되어 있어서 유지보수가 어렵고 계약사항을 공유하는 데 많은 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 오늘날과 같은 서비스 지향 아키텍처, 온 디맨드, 유틸리티컴퓨팅, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 전체 서비스를 자동 관리할 수 있는 기술에 대한 연구가 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 능동문서기반의 ASLM(Active Service Level Management)과 유럽에서 진행 중인 SLA@SOI 프로젝트의 계약서 작성 및 실행에 대한 구현 방법을 비교하였다. 비교결과 유지보수성과 자동화 측면을 고려할 때 계약 규칙 로직을 어플리케이션 로직과 분리한 ASLM의 구현방법이 SLA@SOI 보다 SLA 계약처리 업무에 적합함을 알 수 있었다.

<P>Nanosized ITO(indium tin oxide) powders were prepared in ethylene glycol solution under mild temperature and pressure conditions by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueous potassium hydroxide. The average size and distribution of the synthesized ITO powders were about 20 ㎚ and broad, respectively. The phase of synthesized particles was crystalline reacted at 230 0C for 6 h.. The optical properties of the synthesized ITO powders were transparent.</P>

To investigate the optimal salting conditions, the physicochemical properties of Dolsan leaf mustard were compared under various salting times and using various washing methods and storage temperatures at 10% saline. On the other hand, the cell number of lactic-acid bacteria in Dolsan leaf mustard salted under the optimal conditions was also examined during the 50-day storage. The results of the sensory evaluation of the crispness value of the Dolsan leaf mustard treated with stepwise washing after 8h salting showed the optimal conditions for long-term preservation. The pH of the salted Dolsan leaf mustard decreased with the increase in the lactic-acid bacteria during the storage at 4℃. The cutting energy slowly increased during the storage, but the cutting energy of the salted Dolsan leaf mustard treated with stepwise washing remained at the initial values. The color of the salted Dolsan leaf mustard did not change during 40-day storage, but the mustard turned brown after 50-day storage, for which reason it could not be made into Dolsan leaf mustard kimchi. These results could be recommended as the optimal salting conditions and storage time of salted Dolsan leaf mustard for making kimchi.
