        論文(론문) : 關闔樞(관합추)와 標本中氣(표본중기) 從化規律(종화규율)의 相關性(상관성)에 관한 硏究(연구)

        A study on the relationship between ‘Lock, Door and Axis’ with the principal of following to the ‘Tip, Root and Middle qi’Lee Sang-Hyup1 *1Dept. of Korean Medicine, Graduate School, Dong Eui University Objective: I would like to study the relationship between the theory of ‘Lock, Door and Axis’ with the principal of following to the ‘Tip, Root and Middle qi’ in Huang-Di-Nei-Jing. It can be analysed from the relativeness among the sentences to appearing in Shang-Han-Lun. And consider the theoretical relationship of the two books. Method: First, I search out the exact meaning of ‘Lock, Door and Axis’ theory. Second, The principal of following to the ‘Tip, Root and Middle qi’ is closely associated with ‘Lock, Door and Axis’ theory. Third, I would like to prove that the several sentence in the Shang-Han-Lun are closely related to the Huang-Di-Nei-Jing. Result: Zhang Zhong-jing`s Shang-Han-Lun quote a theoretical basis in the Huang-Di-Nei-Jing. Furthermore, it extensively quote to explan a disease and treatment, and so on. Conclusion: It is necessary to study hard the Huang-Di-Nei-Jing for understand clearly the sentences of Shang-Han-Lun. I think that Huang-Di-Nei-Jing have a decisive effect on the Zhang Zhong-jing`s thinking to the disease and his medical theory. Key Words: ‘Lock, Door and Axis’(關闔樞), ‘Tip, Root and Middle qi’(標本中氣), Shang-Han-Lun, Yangming disease(陽明病), Reverting yin disease(厥陰病).

        The complexes of [Co(en)_2 (NH_2CH_2CO_2CH_3)Cl]Cl_2 were prepared and disscussed by means of Two Center Hu¨ckel method. On the basis of the calculations by the Two Center Hu¨ckel Method for the structure of the ligands, ethylenediamine, glycinesters. In addition, visible and infrared spectrum data interpreted in terms of Crystal Field Theory using empirical parameter 10Dq in order to kinetic application.

        The Kinetics of tris (malonato) Cobaltate (Ⅲ) anion in aquation reaction was carried by spectrophotometric method. Themperature range was 20°to 30℃ and pressure was varied up to 1500 bars. The rate constants were increased with increasing temperature, but were decreased.. with increasing pressure. Activation volume, energy, other activation parameters were reported.

        高等學校 化學科 探究學習의 評價模型 定立과 評價紙 開發

        The current evaluation method of high school chemistry has been emphasized on knowledge. This fact does not satisfy the objective of learning due to lackness of the evaluation method about its inquiry ability and attitude. Therefore we introduce a evaluation model and its items about knowledge, inquiry ability and attitude in order to approach the objective of learning in hiph school chemistry. First, in order to evaluate knowledge of the students, we used the computer Managed Instruction (C.M.I) method which presents a stepwise knowledge of students. Second, for the evaluation of inquiry ability and attitude, we prepared the evaluation items about the contents of chemistry experiment according to an analysis of the objective learning. Thus we applied them to the students in a high school.

      • 감마선조사 생쥐의 폐 및 심장조직중의 Superoxide Dimutase 활성도에 대한 연구

        The change of cytosolic superoxide dismutase (E.C.1.15.1.1. ) activities in the lung and heart of mice irradiated with a single dose of gamma irradiation 400 rads for the whole body was examined. The specific activities of superoxide dismutase in cytosol fraction of lung and heart were decreased to lowest levels on 7 day after irradiation and the activities of superoxide dismutase per gram of the organ tissues were decreased to lowest level on 21 day after irradiation. Also the total activities of superoxide dismutase per lung and heart were decreased to lowest level on 7 day after irradiation, It is concluded that the superoxide dismutase activity in cytosol of heart is more decreased than the activity in cytosol of lung after irradiation.

      • Electrostatic Force Microscopy Plasmid DNA의 전기적 특성 관찰

        p53HIS plasmid DNA를 운모 기판에 착상시켜 기판과 DNA 사이의 전기적인 특성을 electrostatic force microscope(EFM)와 atomic force microscope(AFM)을 이용하여 관찰하였다. DNA를 운모 기판 위에 착상시키기 위해 표면을 NiCl_(2) 용액으로 염 이온 처리했다. 염 이온의 농도에 따라 DNA와 기판과의 상호 작용에 의해 착상량과 DNA 단차 및 EFM 신호(DNA 외관상 단차)에 차이가 있었다. 즉, 염 농도가 높을수록 운모 기판에 고정되어 있는 DNA양이 많아졌고 기판과의 강한 상호 작용에 의해 DNA의 높이가 낮아지는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 반면 EFM신호는 탐침과 기판간의 척력 증가에 의해 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 DNA의 한 부분에 전기적인 스트레스를 주었을 때의 특성을 EFM을 이용하여 분석하였다. We observe electrical characteristics between the plasmid DNA and mica by electrostatic force microscopy (EFM) and atomic force microscope (AFM). Firstly, we treated the mica by NiCl_(2) solution for depositing DNA. We monitored density of DNA molecules, DNA height and EFM signal from DNA-substrate interaction as Ni^(2+) concentration. We observe the plasmid DNA's height as Ni^(2+)concentration using AFM. On the other hand, EFM signal increase by increased repulsion between probe and substrate. After introducing voltage stress to a local area of DNA molecule, apparent height difference of DNA molecules was measured due to the charge injection or removal. Similar experiments were done with different bias polarities and sequential stress steps.

        유전체 맞춤의학 연구와 위험의 개념 이해

        Personalized genetic medicine(PGM) is an attempt to understand the relationship between human genetic information and diseases, and to find a potential treatment and diagnostic method. Large research projects are under way with social concerns. ELSI research is aimed at understanding the implication of an innovative research from humanistic perspectives, and communicating the understanding with society and with scientists, thereby providing practical and concrete recommendations and guides. Of the ELSI studies, ethics of PGM research searches the value problems embedded in various perspectives on PGM and tries to answer the question whether it is permissible to implement certain types of research. A framework for ethical analysis is proposed and explained. The concept of risk in general was explored and its implication for ethical review of PGM in relation with the natures of PGM was given. The risks can be categorized: risks associated with the inherent characteristics of research/practice, risks associated with human eras and risks related social construction and (in)justice. Understanding the nature of risk will help the IRB’'s reviewing the PGM researches.

      • 1,2-diaminocyclohexane 異性質體의 Pt(Ⅱ)錯物의 抗癌性에 대한 Extended Hu¨ckel Molecular Orbital理論

        Complex formation of metal ions in body is generally considered as first step mechanism of action of metal ions. Of platinum(Ⅱ) complexes, isomers of [PtL_2(dach)] have different antitumor activities, where L is Cl^-, Br^- and Co(oxalate)^2-, dach is 1,2-diaminocyclohexane. A different activity of isomer can't be explained by kinetic and thermodynamic method, but this study will give useful information in clarifying the order of antitumor activity by Extended Hu¨ckel Molecular Orbital Calculations. Calculations of Energy level, Energy partitioning and Overlap population density give evidence for the order of antitumor activity about isomers of [PtL_2(dach)]. The value of A_lg-B_1g energy difference (Δ_1) are lower in trans-isomer than those in cis-isomers, which are related to the stability of complexes. Also, it is greater than that in trans-ones, implying that trans-isomers have high anti cancer activity.

        Co(Ⅱ) Tetraphenylporphrin의 Ligand 添加反應에 對한 反應速度論的 硏究

        The reaction of Imidazole, Pyridine, Lutidine and Methylamine with Co(TPP), where TPP is tetraphenylporphyrin are investigated in the temperature range between 25℃ and 40℃ by measuring the visible absorption spectra of a series of solution in which solvent is varied. Solvents which is used are Tetrahydrofuran, N-N dimethylforamide and Methanol. As solvent is varied, coordination number of complex is changed. In THF solvent, hexacoordinated to Co-porphyrin species of the type Co(TPP)L_2 are dominant. But when Lutidine is coordinated to Co(TPP), five-coordinated Co-porphyrin is dominant. In this study, solvent effect and ligand effect is considered.
