In this study, firstly we introduce generalized differential and integral operator, also using integral operator two classes are presented. Furthermore, some subordination results involving the Hadamard product (Convolution) for these subclasses of analytic function are proved. A number of consequences of some of these subordination results are also discussed.

Although sustainability is a topical concern in ports and the supply chain literature, the main focus of the academic research has been on the environmental dimension of sustainability rather than the social and economic dimensions. Since ports are indispensable nodes of supply chains involving many strategic stakeholders and activities interacting with each other, investigating the contribution of stakeholder relations on ports sustainability has emerged as a major concern. The main aim of this study is to provide a conceptual framework integrating the organizational relationships between supply chain and port stakeholders based on the theoretical background concerning the strategic management and the socially responsible marketing. This study attempts to identify the inuence of supply chain stakeholders on sustainability of ports by considering the propositions of interdependencies, power imbalances, and strategic options within resource dependence theory. While this paper can be regarded as a review of port sustainability literature, the uniqueness lies on the consideration of the concept from the basis of resource dependence theory. Conceptual framework of this study suggests that ports should adopt strategies as insertion, integration and dominance for the management of interdependencies through the adoption of strategic tools to enhance effective stakeholder relations management and port sustainability.

The HAp-(t-ZrO2) ceramic composites with mimetic osteon microstructures were fabricated to investigate the technical feasibility of fabricating natural bone mimetics by a combination of multi-extrusion and rolling processes. The HAp and graphite powders were mixed with ethylene vinyl acetate and stearic acid using a shear mixer, and the mixture was extruded by the multi-extrusion process to create filaments. A HAp sheet was prepared by a rolling process. The HAp filaments and carbon filaments were arranged one by one on the HAp sheet, and the system was rolled to form a mimetic osteon microstructure. Burning out and sintering processes were performed for removal of the organic binder and graphite and for densification. The pore diameter and core of the mimetic osteon microstructure were approximately 50μm and 150μm, respectively. The porosity and bending strength were approximately 60% and 177MPa, respectively in the sample sintered at 1450°C.

In the structural analysis of steel frames, joints are generally considered as rigid or hinged considering their moment transfer ability. However, the first studies conducted with the beginning of the 20th century showed that the joints do not actually fit these two definitions. In reality, a joint behaves between these two extreme points and is called semi-rigid. Including the actual state of the joint in the structural analysis provides significant economic advantages, so the subject is an intense field of study today. However, it does not find enough application area in practice. For this reason, a large-scale literature published from the first studies on the subject to the present has been examined within the scope of the study. Three important points have been identified in order to examine a joint realistically; modelling the load-displacement relationship, performing the structural analysis and how to design. Joint modelling methods were grouped under 7 main headings as analytical, empirical, mechanical, numerical, informational, hybrid and experimental. In addition to the moment-rotation, other important external load effects like axial force, shear and torsion were considered. Various evaluations were made to expand the practical application area of semirigid connections by examining analysis methods and design approaches. Dynamic behaviour was also included in the study, and besides column-beam connections, other important connection types such as beam-beam, column-beam-cross, base connection were also examined in this paper.

Drought is one of the main environmental factors affecting grain yield and plant architecture in durum wheat. The present work was conducted to evaluate the contribution of morphological traits above flag leaf node on grain yield of six Moroccan durum wheat varieties released between 1984 and 2007 and grown under two water regimes (irrigated and rainfed) during the 2015-2016 crop season. The following morphological traits were measured at anthesis: Flag leaf length (FLL), flag leaf area (FLA), peduncle length (PL), spike length (SL), spike area (SA), and green leaf area (GLA). Days from sowing to anthesis (DSA) and grain-filling period (GFP) were recorded. In addition, grain yield per plant (GYP) was evaluated at maturity. Analysis of variance showed the greater effect of water stress in explaining total variability of the studied traits. Mean comparisons indicated that water deficit significantly affected GYP and all morphological traits; it shortened DSA and GFP by 4 and 7 days, respectively. Moreover, GYP, DSA, and GFP increased in modern varieties. In contrast, FLL, FLA, and PL were reduced from old to modern varieties. Under irrigated conditions, correlation studies revealed that GYP was positively associated to GLA. Regarding the rainfed trial, GYP was positively correlated to FLL. Additionally, negative relationships were found between GYP and DSA in both water regimes. Stepwise regression highlighted the relative importance of each morphological traits on the stress susceptibility index, FLL was the most consistent trait entered the model followed by PL and FLA. In this study, some morphological traits above flag leaf node proved to be useful tools to select for grain yield in water-limited environments.
Logistics Research beyond 2000 : Theory, Method and Relevance
Cimen KARATAS-CETIN,Gul DENKTAS-SAKAR 한국해운물류학회 2013 The Asian journal of shipping and Logistics Vol.29 No.2
Logistics is a fertile field for scientific research constituting the application of various theories borrowed from the more established disciplines. There is an increasing need for the evaluation of the theory use in order to constitute a solid base for future development of the field. This paper seeks to elucidate the patterns of evolving logistics research since 2000 through the investigation of different theories and research methods employed. This study attempts to highlight the tension between the theories and the research methods employed in logistics discipline. It contributes to the current literature by providing an up-to-date outlook of the logistics research.

This study was carried out to determine the effects of adding pistachio shell (PIS), pomegranate hull (POM), and olive pulp (OP) to the diet on milk amino acid and fatty acid parameters in Awassi sheep. In the study, 40 head of Awassi sheep, which gave birth at least twice, were used as animal material. Sheep were fed a control diet without added byproducts (CON), rations containing PIS, POM, and OP. Milk amino acid profile was determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, milk fatty acid gas chromatography-flame ionization detection device. There was a dramatic reduction in alanine, citrulline, glutamine, glutamic acid, glycine, leucine, ornithine and alphaaminoadipic acid in the research groups. In the PIS group, argininosuccinic acid, gammaminobutyric acid, beta-alanine and sarcosine; In the POM group, asparagine, gammaminobutyric acid, beta-alanine, and taurine; In the OP group, a significant positive increase was found in terms of alanine, histidine, gammaminobutyric acid, and taurine amino acids. The applications in the study did not have a statistically significant effect on the ratio of short, medium and long chain fatty acids in milk (p>0.05). In the presented study, it was determined that PIS, POM, and OP, which were added to the sheep rations at a rate of 5%, caused significant changes in the milk amino acid profiles. In this change in milk amino acid profiles, the benefit-harm relationship should be considered.
