We establish some new ostrowski type inequalities for MT-convex function including first order derivative via Niemann-Trouvaille fractional integral. It is interesting to mention that our results provide new estimates on these types of integral inequalities for MT-convex functions.
Long-Term Variability and Changes of the Precipitation Regime in Pakistan

This paper presents an examination of precipitation amountsin Pakistan. For this purpose, the annual precipitation and the annualnumber of precipitation days have been calculated, and a study aimedat investigating precipitation intensity and decadal changes wasconducted. Precipitation trends have been calculated using a simplelinear regression method and Kendall’s tau-based test. To assessstability and differences, a 10-year span was determined for eachprecipitation region for the period of 1951-2010. This study focusedon the three CLINO (Climatological Normal) periods, namely 1961-1990, 1971-2000, and 1981-2010 (the latest global standard normalperiod). Results confirm the gradual increase of annual precipitationin southwestern coastal areas of Pakistan and Cholistan desert. Withregard to annual number of precipitation days, in the central part ofthe country negative trends were evident for wet days (with precipitation≥ 0.1 mm), while the number of rainy days (with precipitation≥ 1 mm) displayed a prominent positive trend. The series of theprecipitation intensity gives evidence of a minor decrease in theBaluchistan Plateau, sub-Himalayas, and Potwar Plateau during thestudy period. Examination of secular trends evidenced that the Murreehills, the upper Indus plain, and the northwestern Baluchistan plateauhave had shifts in their precipitation regime towards drier conditions,while the central plain, the northwestern mountains, and the southernpart of the country are shifting in their precipitation regime towardswetter conditions. Description among the means of precipitationamounts suggests that “normal” precipitation data for various nationalprojects should be calculated for the last 30 years.

ON SOFT REGULAR-OPEN(CLOSED) SETS IN SOFT TOPOLOGICAL SPACES

In this paper, We define and explore the characterizations and properties of soft regular open(closed) and soft semi-regular sets in soft topological spaces. The properties of soft extremally disconnected spaces are also introduced and discussed. The findings in this paper will help researcher to enhance and promote further study on soft topology to carry out a general framework for their applications in practical life.
An Application of Binary Soft Mappings to the Problem in Medical Expert Systems

We initiate and introduce the notion of binary soft mapping, which is defined on collection of binary soft sets named as binary soft class over two initial universes U_{1} and U_{2} with fixed set of parameters. We also define and study the properties of binary soft images and binary soft inverse images of binary soft sets. Examples and counter examples are also given in support of presented properties. Moreover, these concepts are applied to the problem of medical diagnosis in medical expert systems.

Research of any area is very important for regional planning and understanding the climate of respective area. Any area that has to develop, that can only be done after its complete and up-to-date research work, in this connection this paper is about to the friendly production of Gladiolus in the climate of Khanaspur as well as the economic development of local population. The paper is aimed at highlighting the cultivation of Gladiolus in Khanaspur because the climate of this area is favorable for the production of Gladiolus. Moreover, try to educate the community of Khanaspur, if they cultivate the Gladiolus it will create a positive effects on local forest. Because more trees will not be cut and people will get benefit from this alternate source and environment also will be save.

Numerous industrial facilities involve the installation of load transformers with their respective loads. As loads are turned on and off, these transformers are energized and de-energized, respectively, which can cause serious disturbances to sensitive loads. An inrush current, which typically occurs when a transformer is energized, can easily be observed using on-line uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems feeding such loads. This paper proposes an on-line UPS system that eliminates the inrush current phenomenon caused by the energizing of load transformers. The UPS inverter specifically utilizes a fast acting current control scheme that enables it to regulate current for the load during all energizing conditions of load transformer connected to the UPS system.
