        This paper discuss the characteristic of probable rainfall intensity formular by specific coefficient method to secure irrigation water and drainage of agricultural lands and are studied on the base of the rainfall data from the local meteorological observatories in Chung Buk district. The results are summarized as follows : 1.It was proposed rainfall probable rainfall intensity-duration formulas and probable hyetographs are derived and are illustrated graphs at the two spots where local meteorogical observatories are located in Chung Buk district. 2.It was revealed that the middle time probable rainfall intensity formula by specific coefficient method can be analyzed by adopting the first hour and the sixth hour values as basic data. 3.It was revealed that the values of r (to/t) for middle time storm and short time storm in Chung Buk district are come to 0.5, the values of r for long time storm in Cheong Ju and Chung Ju are come to 0.4, 0.3 respectively.

      • Study on a Wireless Environmental Monitoring System for Duck Incubator

        Taiwan's domestic development of incubators are in simple structure, at low prices, and generally used by the industry. However, high number of regional dead eggs, the inability to understand the environmental conditions of incubator and other issues occurred frequently, resulting in operation and production difficulties. This research developed a wireless environmental monitoring system to collect data and upload to the cloud. A variety of environmental sensors and Raspberry Pi 3 were used in the establishment of wireless sensing module and environmental information detection platform. The environmental information was displayed in real-time and uploaded to the cloud. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was also used to simulate the internal flow field inside the incubator to determine the environmental control features, and control heating and humidification equipment with a PID controller. In this study, the establishment of wireless environmental monitoring system was completed. The wireless sensing module and the environment information detection platform have also been developed and tested. The stability of wireless sensing module was 98.5%, and the CFD simulation error was under 20%, which was low enough to predict the actual field temperature changes, and can be applied to the regulation of the incubator environment.

        Role and Importance of Korean Cultural Education in Korean Language Education - A Case Study of Malaysian Universities -

        류승완, 김금현. 2010. 한국어 교육에 있어 문화교육의 역할과 중요성 -말레이시아 대학에서의 사례연구-. 한국언어문화학. 7-1. 117-144. 본고는 말레이시아에서의 한국어 교육에 있어 문화 교육의 필요성과 중요성을 실증적 조사를 통해 알아보는데 중점을 두었다. 한국은 물론 인근 동남아시아 국가들과는 달리 다인종, 다문화, 다종교 국가로 대별되는 말레이시아는 국어인 말레이어 외에도 중국어, 인도어 그리고 영어는 물론 토착민들의 토속어 등 사용언어에 있어서도 다언어 국가로 특징 지워진다. 80년대 중반부터 대학교 선택과목으로 보급된 한국어 교육은 언어구사능력 중심 교육에서 90년대 말부터 서서히 문화 교육을 도입하기 시작한다. 문화교육의 중요성을 인지하고는 있으나 실질적으로 한국어 학습자들이 어떠한 문화교육을 얼마나 필요로 하고 있는지를 알아보고자 하는 데 이 연구의 목적이 있다. 설문 및 인터뷰 방식을 채택, 단계별로 학습자들의 한국어 학습 목적 등에 관한 설문조사와 한국에 대한 지식 및 문화교육에 대한 학생들의 요구도를 조사하였다. 연구 대상자는 세 그룹으로 나누어, 첫 번째 그룹은 한국어를 선택과목으로 수강하는 말레이시아 국립 대학교 학생들, 두 번째와 세 번째 그룹은 말라야 대학교 학생들로서 한국어를 선택과목으로 그리고 전공/부전공으로 하는 학생들을 나누어 조사하였다. 연구 결과는 각 세 그룹 학생들의 문화교육에 대한 인식과 관심이 많은 부분에 있어 일치하고 있음과, 앞으로 말레이시아에서의 한국어 교육에 있어 문화교육의 체계화와 및 비중이 높아져야 함을 제시하고 있다.         Experimental and Numerical Investigation of Stress Concentration Factor of Cable Steel Wire with Corrosion Pits

        Fatigue crack initiates from corrosion pits in various metallic structures, leads to the decline of the fatigue life. In the present study, the effects of the width, depth, angle and spacing of primary and secondary pits on failure mechanism and stress concentration factor are investigated by the experimental and numerical analysis. The results show that depth-width ratio of corrosion pits is the critical factor that affects the dangerous area and stress concentration factor. The development of secondary pits will lead to the multiplier effect of stress concentration factor. The maximum stress is basically located at the mouth or middle part of secondary pits. In addition, the pit angle does not change the distribution of dangerous area, but with the pits angle increasing, the stress concentration factor increases as a whole. The contours that classical butterfly-like distribution rotates and the rotation angle is basically the same with that of the corrosion pits. Furthermore, with the pits spacing increasing, the stress concentration factor increases gradually and converges to the fixed value, which is equal to the stress concentration factor under the single pit. Finally, the relationship between the pits parameters and stress concentration factor is systematically predicted.

        Effects of Temperature on Control Performance of Magnetically Levitated Planar Actuators

        During the operation of magnetically levitated planar actuators (MLPAs), the temperature of current coils is rising and the resistancevaries in proportion, thus changing the current loop’s gain and directly affecting the system’s control performance. The coiltemperature also affects the temperature of adjacent magnetic steel, attenuating the residual flux density of magnetic steel andchanging the driving force and torque outputted from coils. In this paper, we analyzed the effects of temperature rise on the controlperformance of MLPAs. 1) A coil temperature analytical model was used to compute real-time coil temperature, and the temperatureparameters were predicted to linearly modify the servo gain coefficient of current loop controller, ensuring that the dynamicperformance of current loop is consistent during the operation of MLPAs. 2) A correction factor modifying the effect of temperatureon magnetic field intensity was added into the current decoupled model, which improved the precision of the dynamics model andsatisfied the strict requirement on the precision of MLPAs.

        영산의 4차원 영성에 나타난 창조의 복음

        The purpose of this paper is to survey the Young San’s creative gospel in the fourth dimension spirituality. Young San emphasized ‘possibility thinking.’ He teaches us to change our mind with phrases like, “I can do it! Let’s do it! Let’s start!” It is possible through the Holy Spirit. However, Young San encountered a crisis when other Pasters and churches tried to break his vision. After a while the Korean church began to take a new approach to understand the Holy Spirit movement of Yoido Full Gospel Church. This new development was in contrast with the previous one and shows the developed status of the Korean church. Thus, the Korean church agreed to Young San’s Holy Spirit movement. As a result, many leaders of the Korean church played a significant role in the ministry and the Korean church began to reveal. Moreover, the Full Gospel Church experienced rapid growth in a short period of time. In this paper, I deal with the Young San’s theology of creation. Young San emphasized the fourth dimension; especially in thinking, faith, dream, and words. The fourth dimension rules the third dimension. Therefore, Young San encourages people to think, to believe, to dream, and to speak of the fourth dimension. For this, principle of looking ahead, have a burning desire, pray for assurance, and speak the word. Creative life through the fourth dimension spirituality is able to realize the kingdom of God. Accordingly, the Young San’s creative gospel in the fourth dimensional spirituality should be extended worldwide.

        영산 조용기 목사의 십자가 영성: 순복음 7대 신앙을 중심으로

        The theme of this paper is that Youngsan’s spirituality is rooted the foundation of all his preaching and ministry thereafter. It is spirituality of the Cross. Generally, Youngsan’s theology is well-known in the fivefold gospel and the three-fold blessing. However the root of his work is located on the seven foundations of faith in the Gospel. Originally, human beings are created in the image of God and worth to be respected. But, after disobeying the Word of God, human beings have lived as being placed in absolute despair and death with existential burden of life. But Jesus Christ came to earth and gave salvation to human beings through shedding his blood on the Cross. Therefore, one can be a newly generated being by the blood of Jesus on the Cross. In understanding the salvation of the environment through Jesus’redemption, Youngsan didn’t limit his thought to believer’s individual salvation, but has presented sharing love and happiness movement as a solution to many social problems like poverty, homelessness, heart disease and so on. Youngsan’s blessing pursues not egoistic, individual blessing, but the blessing related to sharing love and happiness which has its root in the Bible. His doctrine of blessing depends on God’s goodness who gave His only Son, Jesus Christ, to give love and blessing to believers. Seven foundations of faith in Full Gospel is the faith of the Cross on Calvary, the faith of the Pentecostal fullness of the Holy Spirit, the faith of preach the Good news to all creation, the faith of the good God, the faith of Jesus Christ with sickness assumed, the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, the faith of subdivision. The faith of the Cross on Calvary appears by believing Jesus Christ as the Savior. There is the holistic relationship in the faith of the Cross, between God and human beings, and among human beings. And they are integrated in the faith of Calvary. The faith of the Cross on Calvary has a principal role in the holistic relationship. In the faith of the Pentecostal fullness of the Holy Spirit in understanding of baptism in the Holy Spirit and Fullness of the Holy Spirit, Youngsan recognized that the experience of Baptism in the Holy Spirit is separable from New Birth. He recognized this subsequent experience, indeed, as a ‘filling’with the Holy Spirit. And Youngsan’s emphasis on the partnership between the Holy Spirit and the believer is very clearly articulated. It is also as important foundation of his belief in the goodness of God. Youngsan’s perception of the Holy Spirit changed “from ‘power’ to ‘Person’”. In the faith of preach the Good News to all creation, Youngsan’s teaching and practice is consistent with what is clearly seen in the growth of the church throughout the world today. Jesus said to his disciples, “Go into the entire world and preach the Good News to all creation.” Therefore, believers have to obey Jesus Christ’s Word and preach the Good News. Mission involves both the vertical dimension which concerns our need to be reconciled to God, as well as the horizontal dimension which deals with reconciliation between human beings. In the faith of the good God, Youngsan emphasizes God is good, and He doesn’t want His people to live in poverty. God himself orders the relatively rich to care and support the poor with financial release and loaning. God wants the rich to react against the problem of in a faith community with spontaneous acts. God promise many abundant blessings to the obedient of His order. In the faith of Jesus Christ with sickness assumed, Jesus shed His precious blood and made out a deed -a certificate of title- calling for our prosperity in all things. In Youngsan’s understanding of 3 John verse 2, he saw its implications for the Christian and physical health. Youngsan taught that healing is only in the Atonement of Jesus Christ. For Youngsan, healing is inseparably linked to the Cross. In line with Pentecostal atonement teaching, Christ’s death not only brought us spiritual salvation but also physical healing. In the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, Eschatology has been traditionally defined as the last work. This included death and resurrection, the last Judgment and the end of the world, the everlasting punishment or life related to the future, and the final consummation of the world in addition to individual’s death. In the faith of subdivision, Youngsan didn’t emphasize statements of giving faith in his works. Actually, Youngsan helps a lot of poor persons. Youngsan gives and aids the poor of many nations through NGO, so called “Good People” Youngsan insists that God is the Savior of not only human soul, but also human body and environment. Especially as ‘poverty’ is not a blessing, he has endeavored to improve the lives of believers. Recently, Youngsan established the ‘Love and Happiness subdivision business’ in 2008. Youngsan has given much support to the old, the weak, the crippled through that foundation. Actually, it needs to be expanded giving faith through his works in the future. Youngsan has proclaimed the Gospel of Jesus Christ that saves all human beings from sin, poverty, disease, and frustration. Nowadays, Youngsan does his best to make his theology be a practical gospel to the poor and the weak. Youngsan much more stresses on the Cross as the most precious teaching of Christianity, particularly. For Youngsan, the Cross is the vital core of his faith and theology.

        Does Spore Count Matter in Fungal Allergy?: The Role of Allergenic Fungal Species

        Purpose: Fungi have been known to be important aeroallergens for hundreds of years. Most studies have focused on total fungal concentration; however, the concentration of specific allergenic fungi may be more important on an individual basis. Methods: Ten fungal allergic patients and 2 non-fungal allergic patients were enrolled. The patients with a decrease in physician or patient global assessment by more than 50% of their personal best were considered to have an exacerbation of allergic symptoms and to be in the active stage. Those who maintained their physician and patient global assessment scores at their personal best for more than 3 months were considered to be in the inactive stage. The concentrations of dominant fungi in the patients’ houses and outdoors were measured by direct and viable counts at active and inactive stages. Results: The exacerbation of allergic symptoms was not correlated with total fungal spore concentration or the indoor/outdoor ratio (I/O). Specific fungi, such as Cladosporium oxysporum (C. oxyspurum), C. cladosporioides, and Aspergillus niger (A. niger), were found to be significantly higher concentrations in the active stage than in the inactive stage. Presumed allergenic spore concentration threshold levels were 100 CFU/m3 for C. oxysporum, and 10 CFU/m3 for A. niger, Penicillium brevicompactum and Penicillium oxalicum. Conclusions: The major factor causing exacerbation of allergic symptoms in established fungal allergic patients may be the spore concentration of specific allergenic fungi rather than the total fungal concentration. These results may be useful in making recommendations as regards environmental control for fungal allergic patients.

        H.헐버트 선교 방식의 현대적 적용

        130여 년 전에 처음엔 교사로서 그리고 후에는 선교사로서 내한(來韓)했던 H.헐버트는 그리스도인의 각종 사회적 활동과 복음전도를 분리된 것으로 인식하지 않고 서로 일체인 것으로 간주되는 통전적 선교를 수행하였다. 즉 그리스도인의 사회적 봉사와 책무는 복음전도의 또 다른 방법임을 헐버트는 일찍이 인식했던 것이다. 오늘날 한국 기독교가 쇠락해가는 상황에 직면해, 본 논문은 헐버트의 선교방식 가운데 현대적으로 적용 가능한 부분들을 살펴보고, 복음전도에 있어서 중시해야 할 것들을 찾아내어 한국 기독교가 나아가야할 방향성을 제시하려 함에 초점을 두었다. 헐버트의 사회적 활동 가운데 다음과 같은 적용 가능한 선교방식을 주목하게 되었다. 첫째, 헐버트는 시류를 따르지 않은 선교를 하였다. 이에 한국 기독교는 인본주의적인 사조를 배격할 필요성이 있다. 둘째, 헐버트는 선교적 관점에서 다양한 사회적 활동을 수행했다. 이에 한국 그리스도인들은 사회적 참여와 활동을 통해 기독교에 우호적인 사회분위기를 조성해야 할 필요성이 있다. 셋째, 헐버트는 언론미디어 분야의 활동을 통해 선교하였다. 이에 그리스도인들은 언론에 자신을 노출시켜 선한 영향력을 확장해가야 할 것이다. 넷째, 헐버트는 교육으로 기독교 인재를 양성하였다. 이에 한국 기독교계는 학생들을 교육시켜 기독교 전사들로 양성해야 하며, 교사들에게 기독교의 사회공헌을 재인식시켜야 할 필요성이 있다. 다섯째, 헐버트는 문화 방면의 활동을 통해 선교를 했다. 이에 문화 활동을 통해 선교적 접촉점을 늘려가야 할 할 필요성이 있다. 한국 기독교는 복음전도의 방법에 있어서, 이제 전략적이어야 하고, 조직적이어야 하며, 체계화되어야 하고, 과학적 효율성에 관심을 가져야 할 것이다. H. Hulbert came to Korea more than 130 years ago, first as a teacher and later as a missionary. He recognized Christian social activities and evangelism as inseparable, and regarded them as one with each other. In other words, he carried out holistic mission, recognizing that Christian social service and responsibility were another way of evangelism. Today, we are facing a situation in which Korean Christianity is declining. This paper focuses on examining the modern applicability of Hulbert’s missionary method, identifying the things that should be emphasized in evangelism, and suggesting the direction in which Korean Christianity should go. I noted the following applicable missionary methods in Hulbert’s social activities: First, Hulbert did missions that did not follow the trends of the times. Therefore, Korean Christianity must reject humanistic ideas. Second, Hulbert carried out a variety of social activities from a missional perspective. Therefore, Korean Christians should create a social atmosphere that is friendly to Christianity through social participation and activities. Third, Hulbert missioned through his activities in the media. Christians should expose themselves to the media to expand their influence for good. Fourth, Hulbert nurtured Christian talent through education. Therefore, the Korean Christian community should educate stu-dents to become Christian warriors and re-recognize the social contribution of Christianity to teachers. Fifth, Hulbert did missionary work through cultural activities. Therefore, missional points of contact should be increased through cultural activities. Korean Christianity must now be strategic, organized, sys-tematized, and concerned with scientific efficiency in its methods of evangelism.
