        공기 중 toluene diisocyanate의 포집방법에 따른 요중 toluene diamine의 관련성

        Toluene diisocyanate(TDI) has been known the materials which is induced occupational asthma, is mostly used by the materials of industrial polyurethane, excreted as toluene diamine(TDA) in case of occurring metabolism in the human body when it inhaled. This research is demonstrated to make scrutiny into efficiency of two differentways of sampling in comparison with the cocentration after make use of the open cassette holder and the modified 2-piece cassette holder which are originaly existing to doing sampling 2,4-TDI as 2,6 TDI in the air, and to present more adequate way to TDI sampling in the air and to present more adequate way to TDI sampling in the air from comparing concentration TDA in a worker's urine with concentration of TDI which is being sampling each ways And this study want to grasp the influence for TDA excretion by exposing TDI from the general character of workers. The study was experimented on the 22 workers from the factory where is pperated paining work using by paints from poly urethane. This study was performed to identify the personal character of workers by using the questionnaire. analysed TDI from 44 sample each in the middle of morning and afternoon and TDA from the 17 workers by take their urine. Open cassette holder is manufactured to face the filter with the outside by remove the modified 2-piece cassette holder eliminated he middle of section and top of the upper holder. As a result of analysis, the concentration of TDI in the air is higher on the mokigied 2-piece cassette holder than the open cassette holder for sampling, There was no different on the concentration of urinary TDA by personal character. The concentration of TDI in the air had a relation with the concentration of urinary TDA no matter what kind of sampling method used, but the sampling by modified 2-piece cassette holder had more relation than sampling by open face cassette holder. As a result of this experiment, the concentration of TDI by sampling from the each cassette holder has shown to us significant relation with the concentration of urinary TDA.

        방사선 사고와 급성 방사선 증후군

        In mass casualty situation due to radiological accidents, it is important to start aggressive management with rapid triage decisions. External contamination needs immediate decontamination and internal contamination should be treated with special expertise and equipment to prevent the rapid uptake of radionuclides by target organs. Acute radiation syndrome shows a sequence of events that varies with the severity of the exposure. More severe exposures generally lead to more rapid onset of symptoms and severe clinical findings. After the massive exposure, various systems of the body reflect their severe damages that can lead to death within hours or up to several months. The disease progression has classically been divided into four stages: prodromal, latent, manifest illness, and recovery or death. Three characteristic clusters of symptoms including the hematopoietic syndrome, the gastrointestinal syndrome and the cerebrovascular syndrome are all associated with the acute radiation syndrome. The standard medical management of the patients with a potentially survivable radiation exposure includes good medical, surgical and supportive measures. Specific treatment with cytokines and bone marrow transplantation should be considered. The management of internal contamination is much the same as the treatment of poisoning. The standard decontamination should be applied to reduce uptake, and the chelating agents can be administered to enhance the clearance of radioisotopes. Radioactive iodine (131I) as one of the nuclear fission products can increase the incidence of thyroid cancer in children. Potential benefit of potassium iodide prophylaxis is greater especially in neonates, infants and small children.

        토너 바인더용 분지화된 탄성 폴리에스테르 공중합체의 합성

        분지화된 폴리에스테르계 공중합체를 제조하고, 공중합체의 분자량, 용융점도, T g, 1/2 method temperature(T 1/2) 및 레올로지 특성을 고찰하여 레이저 프린터 토너 바인더로의 적용을 검토하였다. 디메틸테레프탈레이트(DMT), 에 틸렌글리콜(EG), 2,2-bis(4-(2-hydroxypropoxy)phenyl)propane(HPP)으로 제조한 선형공중합체는 분자량이 낮고, 용융 탄성이 낮아 이를 개선하기 위하여 분지제로 3 또는 4 관능기를 가진 2-(hydroxymethyl)-2-ethylpropane-1,3-diol (trimethylol propane, TMP), 2,2-bi(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol(pentaerythritol, PER), 1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylic anhydride(trimellitic anhydride, TMA), 글리세롤 등을 첨가하여 분지화된 공중합체를 제조하였다. 분지제의 함량과 종류에 따른 열적, 레올로지 특성을 고찰하였다. 분지제의 함량이 15 mol% 이상 첨가한 공중합체는 140 oC 정도의 T 1/2 값을 가지고, 높은 분자량과 용융탄성을 나타내어 토너를 융착 인쇄하는 레이저 프린터의 핫멜트 토너로서 적당 하였다. The branched copolyester was synthesized and its molecular weight, Tg, 1/2 method temperature (T1/2) and rheological properties were characterized for the application of toner binder. The linear copolyester had low molecular weight and melt elasticity obtained by dimethylterephthalate (DMT), ethylene glycol (EG) and 2,2-bis(4-(2-hydroxypropoxy) phenyl)propane (HPP). The branched copolyesters prepared with various branching agents such as 2- (hydroxymethyl)-2-ethylpropane-1, 3-diol (trimethylol propane, TMP), 2, 2-bi (hydroxymethyl)-1, 3-propanediol (pentaerythritol, PER), 1, 2, 4-benzenetricarboxylic anhydride (trimellitic anhydride, TMA) and glycerol to improve the physical properties of the linear copolyester. The effect of branching agents on the molecular weight and melt elasticity of the branched copolyester was examined. The branched copolyesters prepared by adding over 15 mol% of branching agent showed relatively high molecular weight and melt elasticity, and T1/2 value of 140˚C. Therefore, the highly branched copolyesters were deemed suitable as a hot-melt toner of laser print process.

        임신시 향정신성 약물의 임상약리학

        Doctors who treat pregnant women ore usually cautious in writing their prescription for the drugs. The problem of which psychotropic medications ore sale during pregnancy seems to remain unsolved for many years. Although the rate of absorption is reduced due to a reduced rate of gastric emptying, the extent of absorption of drug is generally unchanged during pregnancy. Plasma volume and total body water increase during pregnancy. There is suggestion that drug metabolizing activity may be increased in pregnancy. Since the pregnancy increase the glomerular filtration rate significantly, drugs mainly eliminated by renal excretion will be cleared more quickly. Factors contributing to the potential teratogenecity of a drug include the type of compound, dose and duration of use, developmental stage of fetus at the time of exposure, and the effect of the drug on fetal pharmacokinetics. All major classes of psychotropic agents should be assumed to diffuse readily across the placenta to the fetus and to be present in some quantity in the breast milk. To decide when and how to start the drug treatment depends on an assessment of the risks related both with and without drug treatment of psychiatric disorders.
