      • 광주광역시 도시기능의 공간분포패턴에 관한 연구

        This study has been carried out in order to offer basic data necessary to effective planning in space structure of city by examining the concentration degree of city functions in administrative parts through analyzing space distribution of Kwangju City. This study has been resulted in ; First, service works are mostly distributed in down areas(43.2%), and particularly high in Dong-Ku which has least space for administrative part and Seo-Ku, Puk-Ku and Kwangsan-Ku was in order. It showed that the functions of the city is preponderated. Second, the area with high rate of population allotment is relatively far from downtown areas and one with high rate of indusrtrial allotment is relatively near from downtown areas. It showed us the internal space structure in Kwangju shaping a concentric circle. Third, the following areas show specialization in particular works ; ⓐ Ariculture; Tae-Ye, Ssang-Chon2, Nong-Seong, ⓑ Mining Industry; Tae-Kum, ⓒ Manufacturing Industry; Ha-Nam, You-Deuk, Bon-Chon, ⓓ Elecrical Industry; Yong-Bong, Seo-San, So-Chon, ⓔ Construction; Tae-Kum, ⓕ Wholesacle and detail; Chung-Kum, Tae-Kum, ⓖ Transportation business; Shin-An, Tae-Kum, ⓗ Financial business; Chung-Kum, Tae-Kum, ⓘ Social works; Seo-Seuk, Fourth, manufacturing industry was concentrated in industrial complex area and transportation industry in the area of gateway to Kwangju and social works in the area of educational facilities respectively.

      • 지방도시개발 과정에서 공공주체의 역할에 관한 연구

        Since the globalization has been emphasized as one of the major policy goals of the government from 1980s, the political change of the end of cold war age has required a new international order. We have experienced the rapid economic growth and urbanization for the fast 30 years, but in the reality that the people's awareness of crisis for the changes of the recent international political and economic order and the age of localization comes in domestic condition, we have not enough time to equip with self-supporting power and the mature consciousness. Moreover, the flexible attitude that can define two urgent tasks by two wheels connected to an axis rather than consider them as the separate problems is required. Therefore, this study is to suggest what strategies the local cities under the condition that opportunity and crisis, and advantage and disadvantage coexist should develop for the globalization and how the roles of public sectors which have performed many roles as the subject of the development should be progressed in the developmental process of local cities, and then it is to help develop the globalization related projects of local cities effectively.

      • 韓國 都市水資源의 開發에 對한 考察

        The demand, absolute amount and supply for city water is in emergent circumstances throughout most of the large city including Seoul city. A great deal of investment is necessary to change a chronic shortage of water supply and a limited water-supply for the better condition. It is evident that the industrial development and the improvement for better human welfare, Particulary for the betterment of urban environment, cause a urgently increased demand for city water. Therefore, the problems of urban water-resources consist in the improvement of shortage of living water. Those are also related with economical water supply of requirel amount in both quality and quatity. The measures to solve the water resources in urban environment are as follows. 1. An efficient measures of land development, such as river dam and the construction of river mouth including multi-purpose dam are required. 2. In addition to water control including the maintenance of water quality water-resources should be protected from the pollution of sewage. Of all measures, the reclaim of the polluted water through the purification is the best way. 3. The cost of water-resources must be lowered through lessening water leakage by the refinement of water supply facility.

      • 都市嫌惡施設의 立地패턴에 關한 硏究 : 하수종말처리장을 중심으로 With Wmphasis on the Sewage Treatment Plant

        Public service facilities are essential elements to improve the quality of urban life. Among public service facilities, noxious facilities related to environmental problems have a lot of difficulties in finding their locations and being supplied properly. NIMBYS(Not In My Back Yard Syndrome) indicates these problems. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to find the problems involved in the lacations of sewage treatment plants, on of noxious facilities, and to suggest alternative plants. The results of the analysis are the followings : First, sewage treatment plants in sample regions are lacated in proper zones. That is, most of them are located in greenbelts and the cities with many industrial functions have the plants located in industry zones. Second, sewage treatment plants stand in outer regions of the city far from the commercial zone and public institutions-the city hall, medical institutions. Third, the Multiple Regression Analysis shows the explanatory variables influencing the decision on the locations of plants INDI, CIDI, RODI and AREA. The result of this analysis has a meaning. The model location of a sewage treatment plant is as follows. FACI = C + 15.40217 * INDI + 4.90597 * CIDI + 12.58442 * RODI - 0.79780 * AREA FACI : location coordinates of the sewage treatment plant

      • 전하이동 착물형성에 따른 Mechanism 및 용매의 영향

        The formation of charge transfer complex between iodine and aniline in CHCl₃CHCl₄: CH₂Cl₂(1:1), CH₂Cl₂have been studied kinetically by using conductivity method. The initially formed outer charge transfer complex was transformed into a inner charge transfer complex. The pseudo first order rate constants and activation entropy are affected by solvent dielectric constant. The second order rate constants for the decomposition of the outer charge tranfer complex (first order in aniline and in the outer charge transfer complex) depend on the aniline concentration. The ease with which the transfermation proceeds depends on the relative magnitudes of the enthalpy of formation of the outer charge transfer complex as well as aniline concentration.

      • 무등산 도립공원의 개발에 관한 연구

        Mt. Mudeung is considered as one of the important tourist attractions to satisfy Kwangju citizens as well as tourists so this study on provincial parks shows following suggestions to help the development of tourist resources and the preparation of recreation space. The conclusions are : First, in developing tourist resources, native and available resources should be considered in relation to local characteristics. And then tourist route, space for receation, and paths up the mountain should be provided, in connection with tourist attractions. Second, the landscape ought to be designed in harmony with surrounding natural forests, so that it can show both its unity and variety coming out of characteristics of the space. Third, after grasping functions and characteristics of Mt. Mudeung, the strategy for development should be made. Fourth, experts are required to take care of cultural resources. Firth, as the silent pattern of tour and recreation have changed into active one, resources to developed. Besides, convenience facilities should be repaired and newly made. Sixth, visitors' purpose and motivation show that Mt. Mudeung, provincial park, is being used as a nearby park. Seventh, it is to destory nature and the scenery that Mt. MuDeung provincial park is exploit the openspace of tourism and leisure. Consequently the development of openspace for social tourism and leisure is enough considered with natural environment and it is well planned to don't destory the ecosystem in order to play the important role of developed space and citizen's park.

      • 産業別人口에 의한 都市機能 分類에 관한 硏究

        This study groups the cities by function with standard deviation and multi-variable analysis using the rate of industrial employees selected from city-level cities in Korea and the results are arranged as follows. First, in classifying the cities by standard deviation, the cities showing relatively specialized industry in comparison with other cities and the employment rate more than M+2SD are Ku-mi and Kim-hae cities in the part of manufacturing in 1981, Nam-won city in that of construction in 1981, Dong-hae city in finance, insurance, real estate and other service industries in 1981, and Kumi-city in manufacturing industry, Chung-mu, Chung-ju and Seo-kywipo cities in warehouse, transportation and communication industry, Pohang city in finance, insurance, real estate and other service industries and Tae-baek city in social and personal service industries in 1991. Second, the cities having more than M+3SD can be interpreted that they are extremely specialized in the related industry in comparison with other cities and Kun-san and In-chon cities were classified in the construction an Che-ju and Seo-Kywipo cities in social and personal service industries in 1981 and Kim-Hae city was classified in manufacturing industry and Inchon in the construction in 1991. Third, as a result of executing the cluster analysis, the cities which belong to the first group are Su-won, Sung-nam and Ahn-yang and those that belong to the second group are Mok-po, Kwa-chun and Choon-chun.

      • 宅地開發事業에 있어서 計劃的 都市構成 要素와 事業施行後 나타나는 構成과의 差異點에 關한 硏究

        The writer has studied the differences between the original plan and real problems occurred in the working process of developing housing lots around Bijun District and Jungui District carried by KLDC according to the housing site development special law. And I has analyzed the reasons, and suggest methods for improvement; First, in the point of creating cities : In calculating planned population, various conditions of the city should be totally reviewed; population utilizing the facilities should be considered in the light of prospect of future development; in location planning of facilities, bus service route, present state of utilizing the neighbored lands and planning should be considered. Second, in the point of utilizing land : To make up the esale right for the buildings which are against land categories; to make different division of lots according to the width of neighbored loads and its distance from central facilities, and it will lead to the change of using land. Third in the point of traffic : To reflect bus service route in establishing street plann and land use plan : to make sure of street network and to control direct connection between main route and readjusted route.

      • 티타늄 표면에 대한 배양 골수세포와 치은 섬유아세포의 생체적합성

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the response in aspect of attachment and growth rate of osteablasts and human gingival fibroblasts to the commercially pure titanium(CP titanium) and titanium alloy(Ti-6A1-4V) that are used widely as implant materials, and to obtain the basic information to ideal implant materials. In this study, commercially pure titanium in first test group, titanium alloy(Ti-6A1-4V) in second test group, cobalt-chromemolybdenum alloy(Co-Cr-Mo alloy) in positive control group, and tissue culture polystyrene plate in negative control group were used. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Bone marrow cells cultured on CP titanium and Ti-6A1-4V showed significantly greater attachment and growth rate(p<0.05) compared to Co-Cr-Mo alloy in each time. 2. There were no significant differences(p>0.05) in attachment and growth rate of bone marrow cells cultured on GP titanium and Ti-6A1-4V or tissue culture plate. 3."Most bone marrow cells cultured on CP titanium, Ti-6A1-4V and tissue culture plate were attached well to each substratum in first 2days, and then, grew at higher growth rate. On the other hand, some cells cultured on Co-Cr-Mo alloy failed to attach in first 2 days, and then, attached cells grew at lower growth rate than other groups. 4. Attachment and growth rates of gingival fibroblasts cultured on CP titanium and Ti-6A1-4V showed no significant differences(p>0.05) compared to Co-Cr-Mo alloy in 2 days, but significantly greater increase(p<0.05) in 5 and 9 days. 5. There were no significantly differences(p>0.05) between growth rates on gingival fibroblasts cultured on CP titanium, Ti-6A1-4V and tissue culture plate in 2 and 5 days, but a significant lower growth rate(p<0.05) on CP titanium and Ti-6A.1-4V versus tissue culture plate. 6. Some gingival fibroblasts cultured on all specimen groups failed to attach, but attached cells grew well especially on CP titanium, Ti-6A1-4V and tissue culture plate. 7. There were no significant differences(p>0.05) between growth rates of both bone marrow cells and gingival fibroblasts cultured on CP titanium and Ti-6A1-4V. As a result of this study, both commercially pure titanium and Ti-6AI-4V showed excellent biocompatibility and there was no significant difference in the cellular response to the both metals. Bone marrow cells cultured on each substratum showed significantly greater growth rate and responded sensitively to cytotoxic effects of metal surfaces compared to gingival fibroblasts. Considering cell response to the substrate, it was likely that the composition itself of titanium metals have no significant effects on the biocompatibility. Further study need to be done to evaluate the influence of surface characteristics on cellular responses.

        City is a place where various ways of life exist and therefore the demend for urban environment extends order various dimensions. The purpose of dissertation lis as follows; First, dimensions of urban environments are classified into several categories, secondly, indicators are selected for each category, thirdly, measurements are carried for each indicator, fourthly, indicators are summarized according to the classification done before. In conclusion, the level on disparity of urban living environment among city in cheon-nam region is very large. Cheon-nam region should have the effective housing system and administrative system so as to maintain the high level of urban life and increase the quality of life.
