현재 우리 나라 해운업계의 심각한 환차손과 이에 연동하여 나타나는 높은 부채비율은 일반 기업회계준칙의 적용이 한 부분을 차지한다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 해운업계에 일반의 기업회계준칙을 폭넓게 적용하고 있지만, 해운업계의 구체적인 실무처리에 있어서는 회계관습을 준용하여 해운기업의 거래관행에 따라 회계처리가 이루어지고 있다. 이런 관점에서 해운업계의 특수한 환경을 고려한 제도적인 보완이 무엇보다 시급한 실정이다. 본고는 제도적인 보완측면에서 해운업계의 재무제표준칙의 필요성을 일본 해운기업의 재무제표준칙을 통해 제시해 보았다.

본 논문은 장래 도입되는 KTX2 고속차량을 이용한 중련편성 운영계획 최적화를 위한 방법론 제시를 목적으로 한다. 중련편성 운영계획 최적화를 위한 수리적 모형을 제시하고, 제안된 수리적 모형의 적용방안을 제시한다. 특히 확률적 수요를 고려한 모형을 수립하여, 계획수립 단계에서 수요의 확률적 요소를 보다 현실적으로 반영하고, 모형내에서 좌석 서비스 수준을 직접 조정할 수 있다. This paper presents a mathematical model for a double-fleet operation in Korean high speed rail (HSR). KORAIL has a plan to launch new HSR units in 2010, which are composed of 10 railcars. The double-fleet operation assigns a single-unit or two-unit fleet to a segment, accommodating demand fluctuation. The proposed model assumes stochastic demand and uses chance-constrained constraints to assure a preset service level. It can be used in the tactical planning stage of the rail management as it includes several real-world conditions, such as the capacities of the infra-structures and operational procedures. In the solution approach, the expected revenue in the objective function is linearized by using expected marginal revenue, and the chance-constrained constraints are linearized by assuming that demands are normally distributed. Subsequently, the model can be solved by a mixed-integer linear programming solver for small size problems. The test results of the model applied to Friday morning train schedules for one month sample data from KTX operation in 2004 shows that the proposed model could be utilized to determine the effectiveness of double-fleet operation, which could significantly increase the expected profit and seat utilization rates when properly maneuvered.

This paper addresses the mathematical model of the long-term track tamping scheduling problem in the railway system. The proposed model is analyzed in problem size, then three solution approaches (relaxation, decomposition, and heuristic) are presented at the sketch level.
광역철도의 SKIP-STOP 운영에서 최적 열차패턴 및 차량요소 산정을 위한 정량분석 연구

Recently, in the metro railways, researches on the skip-stop operation and development of the double deck train-set are active, which is to improve the service quality through reducing the passenger travel time and suppling seating service. Constructing new line or reforming the existent line needs huge amount of budget. Therefore, previous to start these large scale projects, scrutiny on benefit improvement, cost reduction and those optimal trade-off is indispensable. In this paper, a quantitative analysis to determine the optimal train service patterns and train-sets necessary is proposed, under the skip-stop operation condition in the metro railways. The analysis models are formulated in mathematical programming model, and tested validity using the LINGO 7.0.
열차경합 검지 및 해소시스템의 한국철도 적용에 관한 선행연구

In this paper, we propose a pilot study to deploy the Railway Conflict Detection and Resolution System(RCDRS) in the context of Korean Railway(KORAIL). KORAIL plans to deploy in near future RCDRS, which is a decision support module placed on the top level of the Railway Traffic Management System(RTMS). This study entails the review of the state-of-art researches and projects in the field of the railway traffic management, as well as the analysis of the traffic characteristics of the major railroad lines in KORAIL. The analysis provides a basis to choose a solution approach for the railway conflict detection and resolution problem that each individual line faces. This study plays a role as a pilot study for a full systematic approach, in which interactions between lines require further advanced analysis to take the entire KORAIL lines into consideration rather than a myopic approach.

This paper is to investigate adoptability of the genetic algorithm to the railway traffic conflict resolution problem. We categorize the problem in two cases, one is the specific-boundary case and the other is not. GA is may be used in the first case, but not for second case. For a sample problem, an GA is designed, and the GA is being compared with Ho"s[2,3].
