Objective: 68Ga-NGUL is a novel prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeting tracer based on Glu-Urea-Lys derivatives conjugated to a 1,4,7-triazacyclononane-N,N’,N’’-triacetic acid (NOTA) chelator via a thiourea-type short linker. This phase I clinical trial of 68Ga-NGUL was conducted to evaluate the safety and radiation dosimetry of 68Ga-NGUL in healthy volunteers and the lesion detection rate of 68Ga-NGUL in patients with prostate cancer. Materials and Methods: We designed a prospective, open-label, single-arm clinical trial with two cohorts comprising six healthy adult men and six patients with metastatic prostate cancer. Safety and blood test-based toxicities were monitored throughout the study. PET/CT scans were acquired at multiple time points after administering 68Ga-NGUL (2 MBq/kg; 96–165 MBq). In healthy adults, absorbed organ doses and effective doses were calculated using the OLINDA/EXM software. In patients with prostate cancer, the rates of detecting suspicious lesions by 68Ga-NGUL PET/CT and conventional imaging (CT and bone scintigraphy) during the screening period, within one month after recruitment, were compared. Results: All 12 participants (six healthy adults aged 31–32 years and six prostate cancer patients aged 57–81 years) completed the clinical trial. No drug-related adverse events were observed. In the healthy adult group, 68Ga-NGUL was rapidly distributed, with the highest uptake in the kidneys. The median effective dose coefficient was calculated as 0.025 mSv/MBq, and cumulative activity in the bladder had the highest contribution. In patients with metastatic prostate cancer, 229 suspicious lesions were detected using either 68Ga-NGUL PET/CT or conventional imaging. Among them, 68Ga-NGUL PET/CT detected 199 (86.9%) lesions and CT or bone scintigraphy detected 114 (49.8%) lesions. Conclusion: 68Ga-NGUL can be safely applied clinically and has shown a higher detection rate for the localization of metastatic lesions in prostate cancer than conventional imaging. Therefore, 68Ga-NGUL is a valuable option for prostate cancer imaging.
P042 : Thiopurine S-methyltr ansferase (TPMT) polymorphisms in the dermatologic diseases

Background: Thiopurine S-methyltransferase (TPMT) is animportant enzyme in metabolism of thiopurines including azathioprine(AZA). Although new pharmacogenetic markers such as NUDT15 have been reported recently, only TPMT genotyping is commercially available for the screening of AZA-related toxicity Objectives: The study aims to elucidate the genetic basis of TPMT polymorphism in dermatologic patients and investigate the relationship between mutant TPMT and adverse responses observed in Korean patients with various diseases treated with AZA Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted in 152 dermatologic patients from 2013 June to 2014 July. Medical information including dose of azathioprine prescribed, drug-related adverse events and TPMT polymorphism were analyzed Results: The most common disease was Behcet’s disease or recurrent aphthous stomatitis (111 cases, 76.3%) followed by atopic dermatitis (n=11, 7.2%) and oral lichen planus (n=4, 2.6%). Among 152 patients, The result of the TPMT genotype was that 146 cases (96.1%) had wild type (*1/*1), 5 patients (3.3%) were *1/*3C (heterozygote), and 1 patient was *1/*6 (heterozygote). Among 6 patients who had minor alleles, 3 were prescribed systemic AZA, but there was no drug related adverse event Conclusion: From our single, tertiary hospital-based study, Behcet’s disease and atopic dermatitis were conditions which TPMT genotyping was frequently conducted. Among the cases, 3.9% had heterozygotic minor alleles, and *1/*3C was most common.

Stator current signals have been frequently used for fault diagnosis of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) owing to its non-invasiveness and high sensitivity. However, existing methods have a drawback in that it is not easy to distinguish eccentricity fault and load torque oscillation. To address this technical challenge, this study uses a one-dimensional convolutional neural network to classify eccentricity fault and load torque oscillation and identify eccentricity fault even when load torque oscillation is present. Interior permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSM) were experimentally demonstrated to validate the proposed method. The results showed that the proposed method can extract eccentricity fault-related features from current signals.

The goal of study was to analyze of babyboom generations’ leisure smart devices using intention by applying extended technology acceptance model with focusing on serious leisure. A total of 294 questionnaires were collected from babyboom generations who participated in physical activity for leisure. Data were analyzed by SPSS 24 program and AMOS 20 program. As analysis methods, frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis , validity test and structural equation model analysis were used. The research results are reported as follows. First, babyboom generation’s serious leisure had a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Second, babyboom generation’s serious leisure had a significant effect on perceived ease of use. Third, babyboom generation’s serious leisure had a significant effect on using intention. Fourth, Significant effects of all sub-factor pathways constituting the technology acceptance model were confirmed. The significance of this study can be found in that it tried to reduce the leisure alienation of babyboom generations.
Inhibition of phospholipase C-β1-mediated signaling by O-GlcNAc modification

<P>Here we report inhibition of phospholipase C-β1 (PLC-β1)-mediated signaling by post-translational glycosylation with β-N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc modification). In C2C12 myoblasts, isoform-specific knock-down experiments using siRNA showed that activation of bradykinin (BK) receptor led to stimulation of PLC-β1 and subsequent intracellular Ca<SUP>2+</SUP> mobilization. In C2C12 myotubes, O-GlcNAc modification of PLC-β1 was markedly enhanced in response to treatment with glucosamine (GlcNH<SUB>2</SUB>), an inhibitor of O-GlcNAase (PUGNAc) and hyperglycemia. This was associated with more than 50% inhibition of intracellular production of IP<SUB>3</SUB> and Ca<SUP>2+</SUP> mobilization in response to BK. Since the abundance of PLC-β1 remained unchanged, these data suggest that O-GlcNAc modification of PLC-β1 led to inhibition of its activity. Moreover, glucose uptake stimulated by BK was significantly blunted by treatment with PUGNAc. These data support the notion that O-GlcNAc modification negatively modulates the activity of PLC-β1. J.
