인지행동요법과 현실요법이 대학생의 문제해결능력과 역기능적 태도에 미치는 효과

Purpose:This study examined the effects of cognitive-behavioral therapy on problem-solving ability and dysfunctional attitudes in undergraduate students. Method: This study was conducted between September 2004 and May 2005. The subjects consisted of 23 undergraduate students. The experimental group (n=13) participated in a cognitive-behavioral therapy that consist of 8 session over an 8-week period. The control group (n=10) participated in a reality therapy that also consisted of 8 sessions over an 8-week period. Problem-solving ability and dysfunctional attitudes were measured for all subjects before and after therapy. These data were analyzed by unpaired t-test and t-test with the SAS program. Results:Following cognitive-behavioral therapy, the experimental group experienced a significant decrease in score of problem-solving ability and in approach-avoidance style (the subscale in the problem-solving ability). There were no changes in these values after the reality therapy in control group. Conclusions:In light of these results, cognitive-behavioral therapy has a positive effect on problem-solving ability in undergraduate students.

Purpose: This study was done for reviewing problems in surveys on youth health risk behaviors in Korea and for looking for strategies to improve surveys of youth health risk behaviors through literature review. Method : This study reviewed foreign and domestic literatures. Result : The main problems were as follows; 1) lack of health risk behavior surveys focused of health behaviors, 2) difference in health risk behaviors surveyed, 3) inconsistency in the measurement on health risk behaviors, 4) lack of representativeness of the sample, using convenient sampling. Conclusions: Several suggestions were made for the future research, including establishment of systems for youth health risk behavior survey nationwide, introduction of internet survey, maintenance of consistency in health risk behaviors surveyed, investigation of relating factors relevant to health risk behaviors, and used of survey results.
아동청소년기 따돌림 경험 유형에 따른 대학생의 대인관계 문제와 정신건강

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the interpersonal problems and mental health of college students according to their experience of bullies and of being victims of bullying in childhood and adolescence. Methods: The questionnaire was completed by 221 college students in J city. Data were collected during November and December, 2015. The data were analyzed and interpreted using descriptive statistics and ANOVA with the PASW Statistics 18.0 program. Results: Nearly 65% of participants reported having experienced bullying victimization, bullying perpetration when they were in elementary, middle or high school. Interpersonal problems were significantly different between victims or victim-perpetrator and a control group (F=13.12, p<.001). Mental health was significantly different between victims, perpetrator or victim-perpetrator and a control group, (F=13.15, p<.001). Conclusion: Participants commonly reported experiencing bullying while at school and these reports were associated with higher interpersonal problems and lower levels of mental health. Bullying experience needs further investigation as a preventable cause of interpersonal problems and mental health problems across the lifespan.
