Background: Post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) is a common complication after stroke. To date, there is still a lack of consistently effective and good patient compliance methods for SHS. Methods: Fifty patients with SHS were included in this study. Patients in the control group received rehabilitation training (RT) for 2 weeks; each session was 30 min, 1 time per day, and 5 times per week. Patients in the observation group were additionally given Bo’s abdominal acupuncture (BAA) with the same frequency and duration. The primary outcome was the change value in the VAS score from baseline to 2 weeks. The secondary outcomes measured were motor function of the upper limb, shoulder range of motion, ADL, and swelling volume. Results: Compared with baseline values, the mean VAS score at 2 weeks was reduced by 3.68 in the observation group and by 1.92 in the control group, with a difference between the two groups of 1.84 (P < 0.001); the mean MBI score at 2 weeks increased by 10.44 in the observation group and by 4.79 in the control group, with a difference between the two groups of 5.84 (P = 0.032); the mean swelling volume at 2 weeks decreased by 9.64 in the observation group and by 3.29 in the control group, with a difference between the two groups of 6.48 (P < 0.001). BAA-related adverse events were not found during the study. Conclusions: BAA combined with RT is superior to RT alone in improving shoulder pain, swelling, and ADL in post-stroke SHS patients. Background: An increasing amount of clinical evidence of acupuncture's effect on protracted opioid abstinence syndrome (POAS) has emerged in recent years. The aim of this study was to evaluating the evidence of efficacy of acupuncture for POAS. clinical and scientific research work. Methods: Four English-language databases (PubMed, Medline, Embase, Cochrane Libraries) and three Chinese-language databases (CNKI, WanFang and VIP Libraries) were searched, with coverage from database inception to March 31, 2022. Randomized clinical trials (RCTs) evaluating the effects of acupuncture and acupuncture-related therapies for prophylaxis or treatment of POAS were included. Data were screened and extracted independently according to pre-set tabular formats. RCT quality was assessed using risk of bias tool in the Cochrane Collaboration. The primary outcome was opiate withdrawal scale. The secondary outcomes are depression, anxiety for assessing protracted symptoms. The scores on the above scales are proportional to the severity of the symptoms. Results: Twenty-eight trials met the inclusion criteria and provided data for the meta-analysis. A total of only 3 studies (11%) were judged to be low-risk overall due to various biases in them. Acupuncture-related therapy showed statistical differences in improving protracted withdrawal symptom scores compared with sham acupuncture (5 studies, Standard mean difference (SMD), -1.85, 95% CI [-3.21, -0.50], P = 0.007), western medicine(7 studies, SMD, -0.72, 95% CI [-1.22, -0.21], P = 0.005)and no treatment(3 studies, SMD,-2.26, 95% CI [-3.82, -0.69], P = 0.005)with high heterogeneity. Conclusions: Acupuncture maybe safe and effective in relieving POAS individuals’ protracted withdrawal symptoms. However, the results of our review should be interpreted with caution because of the high risk of bias of the included trials.

Objective: Liposarcoma (LPS) is the most common soft tissue sarcoma and accounts for approximately 20% of all mesenchymal malignancies, often occurring in deep soft tissue of retroperitoneal space. Accurate preoperative diagnosis is therefore necessary. We explored whether computed tomography (CT) could be used to differentiate between the various types of retroperitoneal liposarcoma (RPLS). Method: Forty-seven cases of RPLS, diagnosed surgically and histologically, were analyzed retrospectively. CT features were correlated with postoperative pathological appearance. Results: The study radiologist identified 29, 11, 2, 2 and 3 RPLS as atypical lipomatous tumor/well-differentiated liposarcoma (ALT/WDL), dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDL), myxoid/round cell liposarcoma (ML/RCL), pleomorphic liposarcoma (PL) and mixed-type liposarcoma. Analysis of CT scans revealed the following typical findings of the different subtypes of RPLS: ALT/WDL was mainly visible as a well-delineated fatty hypodense tumor with uniform density and integrity margin; DDL was marked by the combination of focal nodular density and hypervascularity. ML/RCL, PL and mixed liposarcoma showed malignant biological behaviour and CT findings need further studies. Conclusions: CT scanning can reveal important details including internal components, margins and surrounding tissues. Based on CT findings, tumor type can be roughly evaluated and biopsy location and therapeutic scheme guided.

Objectives: To assess the efficacy, side effects, and the impact on quality of life with $Qinin^{(R)}$ (Cantharidin sodium) injection combined with chemotherapy for gastric cancer patients. Method: A consecutive cohort of 70 patients were divided into two groups: experimental group with cantharidin sodium injection combined with chemotherapy, while the control group received chemotherapy alone. After more than two courses of treatment, efficacy, quality of life and side effects were evaluated. Results: The response rate of experimental group was not significantly different from that of the control group (P>0.05), but differences were significant in clinical benefit response and KPS score. In addition, gastrointestinal reactions and the incidence of leukopenia were lower than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: $Qinin^{(R)}$ (Cantharidin sodium) injection combined with chemotherapy enhances clinical benefit response, improving quality of life of gastric cancer patients and reducing side effects of chemotherapy. Thus $Qinin^{(R)}$ (Cantharidin sodium) injection deserves to be further investigated in randomized control clinical trails.
Trajectory Learning and Reproduction for Tracked Robot Based on Bagging-GMM/HSMM

Learning and reproducing the tracked robot’s demonstration trajectory is a promising intelligent path planning solution that can summarize and extract the relevant characteristics of the tracked robot’s desired trajectory. However, the existing methods are difficult to ensure the robustness when there are deviations in the demonstration trajectory data or when the task constraints are added. In order to address the problem, this paper proposes a novel trajectory learning and reproduction method for tracked robots that is based on Bagging algorithm and GMM/HSMM. The Bagging algorithm is used to randomly resample the demonstration trajectory data and construct the sub trajectory data sets. Then, GMM/HSMM is used to train and learn these sub trajectory data sets, and the output probability density function of the hidden state and the Gaussian component with the largest average position probability are selected as the motion elements. According to the mean and variance of these motion elements, the least square method is used to reconstruct the tracked robot’s trajectory. On the basis of using the IPSO algorithm to optimize the position of constraint points in each sub trajectory data sets, combined with the weight method, the learning results are integrated to realize the trajectory reproduction of a tracked robot under task constraints. The final results and analysis show that the proposed method can successfully realize the trajectory learning and reproduction of tracked robot, as well as ensure that the reproduced trajectory can pass through the required task constraint points without increasing the algorithm’s complexity.

Protein-protein interaction (PPI) extraction from original text is important for revealing the molecular mechanism of biological processes. With the rapid growth of biomedical literature, manually extracting PPI has become more time-consuming and laborious. Therefore, the automatic PPI extraction from the raw literature through natural language processing technology has attracted the attention of the majority of researchers. We propose a PPI extraction model based on the large pre-trained language model and adversarial training. It enhances the learning of semantic and syntactic features using BioBERT pre-trained weights, which are built on large-scale domain corpora, and adversarial perturbations are applied to the embedding layer to improve the robustness of the model. Experimental results showed that the proposed model achieved the highest F1 scores (83.93% and 90.31%) on two corpora with large sample sizes, namely, AIMed and BioInfer, respectively, compared with the previous method. It also achieved comparable performance on three corpora with small sample sizes, namely, HPRD50, IEPA, and LLL.
