최적화된 노인여가시설 구축을 위한 서비스디자인 기초연구

본 연구의 목적은 고령화 시대를 대비하고 노인들이 행복한 여가시설을 구축하는 것이 중요한 과제라 인식하고 이에 물리적으로 행복한 노인 여가시설을 구축함을 위한 기초 연구로서 현재 노인들이 공공기관에서 제공하는 여가 시설에 대하여 활용성이 떨어지는 요인에 대하여 연구하였다. 구체적인 연구 방법 및 내용으로 첫째, 국내에서 가장 성공적인 공공 노인 여가시설의 모델로 선정된 대구의 시니어스타워를 방문하여 단순설문 및 관찰을 통하여 장단점에 대한 요소들을 정리 및 KJ기법 및 그라프기법(Graph Theory)을 적용하여 물리적 공간에 대한 한계성의 요소에 대한 우선순위 그리고 상호관계성을 발췌하여 우선순위 가이드라인을 구축하였다. 둘째, 실제 노인들이 여가시설에서 느끼는 만족정도를 알아보기 위하여 부산시 사상구 노인여가 시설에 방문 및 현지 노인들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 발췌한 우선순위법(Priority Method)결과와 비교한 내용을 기반으로 최종적으로 개선 할 사항을 정리 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 첫째, 물품 및 기기를 노인의 여가공간에 효율적으로 배치하기 위한 노력과 이를 실질적으로 다룰 수 있는 전문성도 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 물리적 기기 및 프로그램을 활용한 노인여가 시설도 중요하지만 노인의 신체적, 정신적 특성을 고려하여 자발적으로 참여하기 위한 참여 형 공간도 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 목표는 일반적으로 사람들이 일상에서의 추위 노출 시간을 고려하여 단기간 추위노출과 지속적인 장기간의 추위 노출이 인지기능과 뇌의 신경세포생성과 신경전달물질에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 실험 방법으로 인지행동검사(Behavior test)와 면역조직화학법(Immunohistochemistry Method)을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 7주령(평균체중 250±10g) Sprague-Dawley 계열의 수컷 흰쥐(n=40)를 사용하여, 무선배치 방식으로 상온 대조군(n=10), 저온 3일군(n=10), 저온 5주군(n=10)으로 분류 하였다. 22℃(상대습도 40%)의 온도는 상온으로 설정 하였고, 4℃(상대습도 40%)는 추위 스트레스 환경으로 설정 하였다. 수동회피실험의 결과에 의하면, 추위 스트레스는 기억력의 감소를 가져왔다. 그러나 추위 스트레스에 의한 기억력 감소의 보상작용으로 신경전달 물질인 5-HT와 TPH의 증가가 나타나는 것을 면역조직화학법을 통해 해부시경학적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 보상작용에 의한 새로운 신경세포생성 증가가 기억력을 정상상태로 회복시키지는 못하였다. In the present study was to examine the influence of cold stress conditions on memory function in relation with 5-hydroxytryptamine(serotonin, 5-HT), trptophanhydroxylase(TPH) expression and cell proliferation in the hippocampus. For this study, male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 250 ± 10 g(7 weeks in age) were used. The rats were randomly divided into three groups(n = 10 in each group): the 22℃-control group, the 4℃-3 days group, the 4℃-5 weeks group. The environmental temperature at 22℃ set as the normal conditions, 4℃ was as the cold stress conditions. The present results showed that cold stress conditions shorten latency, representing cold stress disturbed memory function. 5-HT and TPH expressions in the dorsal raphe were increased cold stress. Neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus was increased under cold conditions. The present study revealed that cold stress exerted deteriorative memory function. However, through increasing of 5-HT, TPH and BrdU expression under cold stress conditions did not show memory enhancing effect.

Product service system is a sustainable concept aimed at providing sustainability of both consumption and production. It focuses on providing a combination of products and services to meet specific customers need promoting higher profit than products alone. However, since the environmental problem has become one of the most serious issues of the world, the majority of the PSS's researches are now focused on sustainable design, using PSS as an effective way to improve the material utilization. These researches are biased to the original definition of this system. This paper is devoted to evaluate the relationship between the PPS's social demands, consumer demands and company demands, providing a possible way to balance demands of these factors. This article exhibits a discussion upon a case study of laundry service. Previous researches in this field have suggested that the laundromat(self-service laundry place) is more sustainable than the home-based washing service in consumers' homes in both consumptions and productions. However, this situation may only make sense amongst crowded residential areas, where in small towns domestic washing machines might be more sustainable in terms of development and fulfiiling customers' needs. In order to balance different demands in the laundry service, they could be combined into a new service type, and provided customized services for different clients.
