        초등 예비교사의 핵심역량 강화를 위한 하브루타 교수전략의 실행 경험

        본 연구는 교육대학교 스키 실기수업에서 하브루타 학습법 중 ‘짝 가르치기’의 적용이 초등 예비교사의 핵심역량 강화에 미치는 효과성을 탐색하고 교원 양성기관에서 체육실기 교과를 지도하는데 있어 효과적인 체육수업방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 4일간의 스키 집중수업기간에 60명의 학생을 대상으로 하브루타 학습법을 적용하였으며, 하브루타 방식의 스키수업 참여가 초등교사의 핵심역량 에 해당하는 교육과정 수업전문성, 상담학급 운영, 학교업무 행정, 교직소양에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지, 학습효과 측정을 위한 설문을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 개방형 설문에 대해 귀납적 내용분석을 통해 범주화하였으며, 각 영역별 기초통계 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 짝과의 상호 피드백을 통해 교수기술 향상 및 학습효율과 수행능력 향상 등 교육과정 수업전문성이 강화되는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 협동심 고양 및 라포 형성, 학습자의 어려움 체험 등을 통해 상담학습 운영 역량이 강화되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스키수업 체험, 짝 가르치기를 통해 예비교사로서 예행연습이 되었으며 체험학습 기획능력에 대한 자신감이 생겨 학교업무 행정 역량이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 자신만의 창의적인 교수방법이 고안되었으며, 새로운 지도법에 대한 도전정신을 자극하여 교직소양이 발달되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 예비교사들에게 필요한 핵심역량을 발달시켜야 하는 교육대학교 스키 실기수업에서 하브루타 학습법의 적용 가능성에 대해 탐색하였고 실제로 여러 긍정적인 효과를 보였다는 점에서 교원양성기관 및 교수자들에게 중요한 시사점을 주고 있다. This study suggests effective physical education classes in guiding physical education practice courses at teachers' training institutions through the search for the effectiveness of the application of "peer learning" among the Havruta learning methods in university of education ski practical classes on the key competency of pre-service elementary school teacher. To achieve the purpose of research, the Havruta learning method was applied to 60 students during the four-day intensive ski class, and then open surveys were conducted. The data analysis was categorized through content analysis for open surveys. The main findings are as follows. First, the interaction feedback with a partner strengthens the curriculum expertise such as improving teaching skills, learning efficiency, and performance skills. Second, the ability to operate counseling and learning is strengthened through the formation of cooperative spirit and Lapo, and the difficulty experience of learners. Third, it has been shown that rehearsal has been conducted as a preliminary teacher through ski class experience and peer learning, and that the administrative ability of school work has been improved due to confidence in the planning ability of experience learning. Finally, its own creative teaching methods were devised, and teaching skills were developed by stimulating the spirit of challenge to the new teaching methods. Through this, it has been confirmed that the application of the Havruta learning method in university of education ski practical classes has a positive effect in terms of the development of the key competency of elementary school teachers, and these findings give important implications to educational institutions and professors.

        실감 콘텐츠 윤리적 부작용 대표사례 및 규정 연구 - 유형 분류 및 세부 요소를 중심으로 -

        (연구배경 및 목적) 과학기술정보통신부는 최근 빠르게 확산되어 경제, 문화, 산업 전반에 악영향을 주고 있는‘코로나19’를 계기로 디지털 전환이 가속화될 것으로 보고 비대면 서비스에 대한 관심요구가 증가함에 따라 몰입감ㆍ현장감을 높일 수 있는 실감 콘텐츠(VRㆍAR)를 활용한 서비스의 성장 가능성에 주목하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명 기술 중 한 분야인 실감 콘텐츠 기술 은 빠르게 발전하고 있으며 윤리기준의 부재는‘윤리적 공백’을 유발할 우려를 낳고 있다. 인터넷, 게임 및 인공지능 등 유사 기술과 관련한 다양한 연구 활동에 반해 이제 막 성장하고 있는 실감 콘텐츠 기술의 윤리적 부작용 사례 및 규정 연구는 매우 부족한 현실이다. 이 연구는 실감 콘텐츠에 적용 가능한 윤리적 부작용에 대한 대표사례와 규정을 조사, 분석하여 향후 연구에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 조사 및 분석범위는 실감 콘텐츠 윤리적 부작용 관련 국내외 관련 규정 사례를 살펴 보고 실감 콘텐츠의 부작용 사례의 유형을 규정한다. 규정을 토대로 실감 콘텐츠 윤리적 부작용 대표적인 사례를 분석하여 세부적인 특성 및 요소를 도출한다. (연구의 방법) 연구방법은 크게 두가지로 제시한다. 첫째, 문헌조사(학술지, 프로젝트 보고서)와 인터넷 기사 검색 등을 통해 관련규정 및 대표 관련 규정을 사례를 조사했다. 두 번째 분석된 실감 콘텐츠의 부작용 유형을 근거로 국내외 윤리적 부작용 대표사례 조사를 통해 확인된 윤리적 부작용 사례 특성 및 요소를 분석 정리하였다. (결과) 코로나 19로 비대면 산업이 주목받으면서 실감 콘텐츠(VR·AR) 산업은 과학기술, 국방, 재난, 안전, 의료, 교육 등 생활 전반에 다양한 분야에서 높은 현실감을 제공하는 경험의 확장하는 기술로 폭 넓게 활용될 실감 콘텐츠 기술은 비대면 산업의 발전과 함께 빠르게 성장할 가능성이 큰 산업이다. 하지만 기술의 발전이 가져다 줄 다양한 혜택에 반해, 가상의 공간에서 경험해 보지 못한 심각한 사회적, 윤리적 문제를 대비하기에는 기초연구가 매우 부족한 현실이다. (결론) 본 연구를 시작으로 향후 실감형 콘텐츠의 발전으로 현실과 같은 가상의 공간에서 현실의 법과 제도를 한계를 벗어난 복잡하고 다양한 새로운 사회적 문제 및 윤리적 부작용에 대해 예방적 측면에서 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다. (Background and Purpose) The Ministry of Science and ICT have paid attention to the growth potential of services using realistic contents (VR, AR) that can increase immersion and reality amid the heightened interest and demand for contactless services; this is based on the belief that the COVID-19 pandemic, which has rapidly spread and adversely affected economic, cultural, and industrial areas, is expected to spur the digital conversion. The realistic content technology is developing rapidly, and the absence of an ethical standard has created an ethical vacuum. Currently, there is little research on the ethical fallout of realistic content technology, which is at an inchoate stage of development; Similarly, there is a lack of work examining related regulations, which is in stark contrast to the many studies that exist for similar technologies such as internet, game, and artificial intelligence. The purpose of this study was to provide the basic data necessary for future studies by investigating and analyzing the most typical cases and regulations related to ethical fallout, which would be applicable to realistic contents. The scope of investigation and analysis in this study was limited to the examination of domestic and overseas related regulations on the ethical fallout of realistic contents and the specification of the types of cases of fallout of realistic contents. Based on the regulations, the most typical cases of ethical fallout of realistic contents were analyzed to identify specific characteristics and elements. (Method) The methodology was largely based on 2 types. First, related regulations and most typical related regulations were investigated through literature (e.g., academic journals, project reports) and articles published on the internet. Second, the characteristics and elements of ethical fallout cases were analyzed and summarized, after being identified through the examination of the most typical cases of domestic and overseas ethical fallout based on the types of fallout from the analyzed realistic contents. (Conclusions) The outlook for fast and robust growth is anticipated for the realistic content technology, which would have wide-ranging applications as the technology expands to provide a high degree of reality across many different fields of life, including science and technology, national defense, natural disasters, safety, medicine, and education. This is especially relevant now that there is a heightened interest in the contactless industry given the outbreak and spread of COVID-19. (Result) Based on this study, constant research can be conducted to prevent a variety of complex and new social issues and ethical fallout cases that go beyond the boundary of current laws and institutions in the midst of developing realistic contents.

        IntraBrain Injector (IBI): A Stereotactic-Guided Device for Repeated Delivery of Therapeutic Agents Into the Brain Parenchyma

        Background: To deliver therapeutics into the brain, it is imperative to overcome the issue of the blood-brain-barrier (BBB). One of the ways to circumvent the BBB is to administer therapeutics directly into the brain parenchyma. To enhance the treatment efficacy for chronic neurodegenerative disorders, repeated administration to the target location is required. However, this increases the number of operations that must be performed. In this study, we developed the IntraBrain Injector (IBI), a new implantable device to repeatedly deliver therapeutics into the brain parenchyma. Methods: We designed and fabricated IBI with medical grade materials, and evaluated the efficacy and safety of IBI in 9 beagles. The trajectory of IBI to the hippocampus was simulated prior to surgery and the device was implanted using 3D-printed adaptor and surgical guides. Ferumoxytol-labeled mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) were injected into the hippocampus via IBI, and magnetic resonance images were taken before and after the administration to analyze the accuracy of repeated injection. Results: We compared the planned vs. insertion trajectory of IBI to the hippocampus. With a similarity of 0.990 ± 0.001 (mean ± standard deviation), precise targeting of IBI was confirmed by comparing planned vs. insertion trajectories of IBI. Multiple administrations of ferumoxytol-labeled MSCs into the hippocampus using IBI were both feasible and successful (success rate of 76.7%). Safety of initial IBI implantation, repeated administration of therapeutics, and long-term implantation have all been evaluated in this study. Conclusion: Precise and repeated delivery of therapeutics into the brain parenchyma can be done without performing additional surgeries via IBI implantation.

      • Single-Crystalline Silicon-Based Heterojunction Photodiode Arrays on Flexible Plastic Substrates

        <P>A silicon-based photodiode array was fabricated on a flexible polyethylene terephthalate substrate using a transfer printing technique. A heterojunction structure composed of a 15-nm-thick highly doped hydrogenated amorphous-silicon (n<SUP>+</SUP> a-Si:H) layer and a 3-μm-thick p-type single-crystal silicon (p c-Si) membrane layer was adopted as the active layer of the flexible photodiode. The highly ordered photodiode array formed on the flexible substrate exhibited superior stability in electrical properties under bent conditions with no mechanical deformation. The variation of the spectral quantum efficiency (QE) under short-wavelength light illumination (λ ≤ 580 nm) was in excellent agreement with that of a heterojunction photodiode composed of a-Si:H and a bulk c-Si substrate. Relatively low QE values were observed under longer wavelength (λ ≥ 600 nm) illumination due to the finite thickness of the active layer. The <I>C</I>-<I>V</I> measurement results of the fabricated photodiode array were in accordance with the abrupt junction model. A closer inspection of the junction area of the device using high-resolution cross-sectional transmission micrograph exhibited an interface depth of 2 ± 0.5 nm, which is unavoidable in plasma-enhanced a-Si:H deposition processes.</P>

        Celiac disease (CD) is an immune-mediated enteropathy of small intestine diagnosed in both childhood and adulthood. CD is caused by gluten, which produces gliadorphin during its digestion. The enzyme dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP4) breaks gliadorphin down nevertheless the last tripeptide remains and eventually inhibits DPP4, thus slowing down its process. Therefore, the idea is to produce an additional DPP4 enzyme which is crucial. Consequently, the functional DPP4 gene was cloned into pCDNA3 intermediate (FLAG+DPP4) vector and finally a recombinant plasmid pSB1C3 (Andersons promoters+FLAG+DPP4) was constructed using synthetic biology. Normally, a DPP4 inhibitor is used as a cure for diabetes. Another important concern was overexpression of DPP4, which might lead to diabetes, accordingly the work was also performed for the regulation of the DPP4 gene expression. In this regard, three types of Anderson promoters (strong, moderate and weak) were utilized to study the control overexpression. This is the first report of idealistic trial for control the exogenous DPP4 gene-expression by molecular biologic tools.

      • HDL 코딩 방법에 따른 FPGA에서의 성능 실험 및 평가

        FPGA는 대용량의 게이트를 지원하는 하드웨어를 프로그램 할 수 있는 디바이스이다. ASIC을 위해 설계된 로직은 칩으로 제조되기 전에 검증 과정을 거친다. 이 검증 과정에서 시뮬레이션의 한계를 극복하기 위해 FPGA를 사용한 에뮬레이션 방법을 많이 채택한다. 에뮬레이션 과정에서 ASIC의 동작 속도로 검증하는 것이 바람직하지만 FPGA의 특성상 ASIC과 같은 속도로 동작하기는 쉽지 않은 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 HDL 코딩 방법에 따른 FPGA의 성능 민감도를 실험하였다. 실험 및 평가를 위해 다양한 알고리즘을 가진 가산기를 이용하였고 각 가산기 종류와 비트수에 따라 Verilog-HDL을 이용하여 코딩하였으며 대표적인 FPGA 제조사(Altera와 Xilinx)별, 디바이스별로 동작 속도와 자원 사용량을 측정하였다. 실험 결과 FPGA 제조사별로 다른 경향을 보임을 확인하였다. 성능 면에서는 비트별로 다소 차이는 있지만 Altera 디바이스에서는 Ripple Carry, Carry Lookahead 가산기보다 Prefix 가산기의 성능이 우수하게 나왔다. Xilinx 디바이스에서는 예상과 달리 가산기들 사이의 성능 차이가 크게 나지 않았으며 Ripple Carry, Carry Lookahead 가산기가 Prefix 가산기보다 높은 성능을 보이는 경우도 있었다. 비용 면에서는 디바이스별로 큰 차이가 나지 않았으며 ASIC과 비슷한 성능 민감도를 보였다. 그리고 각 제조사에서 제공하는 IP(Intellectual Property) Core를 사용했을 경우는 대부분의 디바이스에서 우수한 성능을 보여 주었다. TSMC 90nm 공정 기술로 제작한 ASIC과 IP Core를 비교했을 때는 ASIC의 성능이 4배 정도 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

      • Review of the Korean species of the genus Scolytus and a new record of Scolytus frontalis (Coleoptera: Scolytidae) from Korea

        The genus Scolytus of the family Scolytidae comprises more than 120 species through the world. Fifteen species of the genus Scolytus are revised from Korean peninsula. The genus Scolytus can be distinguished from the other genera by combination of following characteristics: frons slightly concave or convex with vertical wrinkles; club longer than 7-segmented funicle; pronotum fairly large, shining, punctured, narrowed towards the front, turning into a more slight or distinct neck-like constriction; vicinity of scutellum deeply impressed; elytra flat with punctures densely or sparsely arranged in rows; abdominal sternites from 2nd to 5th obliquely, convexly, concavely or vertically ascendant and with or without process or tubercles at middle. Scolytus frontalis Blandford, 1894 is new record to Korea. This species was collected from living Zelkova tree, Zelkova serrata which were planted along the street. We provide the habitus of this species and its biological informations.

        High Gain and Wide Range Time Amplifier Using Inverter Delay Chain in SR Latches

        <P>This paper presents a time amplifier design that improves time resolution using an inverter chain delay in SR latches. Compared with the conventional design, the proposed time amplifier has better characteristics such as higher gain, wide range, and small die size. It is implemented using 0.13µm standard CMOS technology and the experimental results agree well with the theory.</P>
