        인적자원개발을 위한 교수 역량(teaching competency) 모델 개발

        본 연구는 대학교수의 교수(teaching)에 대한 수행 수준의 실태를 파악하고, 이를 토대로 체계화된 대학교수의 교수(teaching)지원 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 근거를 마련하기 위해 시행되었다. 대학에서의 교수 역량 모델을 개발하기 위하여 Lucia & Lepsinger(1999)와 Dubios(1993)가 제시한 역량 모델 절차를 혼합 보완하여 문헌자료 수집, 인터뷰, 포커스그룹 미팅을 통하여 교수자의 역할과 핵심 역량, 공통기본 역량을 규명하여 교수 역량 모델을 개발하였다. 교수자로서의 역할은 교수설계자, 촉진자, 평가자 3가지로 구명되었고, 각각의 역할마다 3개의 핵심 역량과 공통기본 역랑이 규명되어 총 18개의 세부 교수 역량이 규명되었고 각 역량에 대한 진단문항이 개발되었다. 개발된 역량 모델과 진단지(cronbach's α =.93)를 적용하여 2003년 1학기부터 2004년 1학기까지 총 63명의 교수를 대상으로 교수 역량에 대하여 전공계열별, 교수직급별 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 교수 역량 중 학습환경 조성능력과 교수직급간에 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나, 오히려 직급이 낮을수록 학습을 위한 환경 조성을 잘 하는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구는 국내의 인적자원개발 분야의 훈련자(trainer)와 교수자(teacher)가 갖추어야 할 핵심 역량과 공통기본 역량을 구체적으로 진단할 수 있는 기본적인 프레임웍을 제공한 데 의의가 있다고 하겠다. The purpose of this study is to provide guidance for training and supporting of teacher and trainer in HRD by identifying their roles and developing teaching competency medel. Following research process and method are adopted for this study. First, we reviewed many literatures, and interviewed professors in H University to analyze their role, core teaching competency. And we had some focus group meetings to identify common teaching competency. Second, we developed the model of teaching competency of the categorizing of teaching roles and core competencies and common competencies. Third, we developed a questionnaire for diagnosing to identify the degree of teaching competency. Fourth, we applied the model to the field(H University) for to analysing the teaching competency level of professors. The Results of the study were as follows. The teaching competency model was consisted of thirty-six items for eighteen teaching competencies divided into nine core competencies and nine common basic competencies about three teacher roles - instructional designer, facilitator, evaluator. The result of application was not statistically significant differences according to specialities(science & engineering, humanity & sociality, medicine, and art) and status(a fulltime lecturer, an assistant professor, an associate professor and a professor) of professor. But, trend of mean of professor's specialities and status was remarkable. Specialities of science & engineering and an associate professor have relatively a low level of teaching competency in all of eighteen teaching competencies.

      • 유무선 통합 환경에서 효과적인 멀티캐스트 라우팅 알고리즘

        본 논문은 유무선 통합 환경에서 효과적인 멀티캐스트 라우팅 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 M_AQDMR 알고리즘은 Agent내에 내장된 두 가지 버퍼(Storage_Buffer 및 Provisional_Buffer)를 이용하여 모바일 노드가 이동할 때 패킷의 손실을 방지할 수 있으며, JoinRequest메시지와 JoinAccept메시지를 이용하여 동적으로 멀티캐스트 트리 구조를 조절할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 새로운 M_AQDMR 알고리즘은 네트워크 비용, 패킷 손실률 등의 측면에서 기존의 QDMR 알고리즘에 비해 효율적임을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, we propose an efficient multicast routing algorithm on the wire/wireless integrated environment. This proposed M_AQDMR algorithm can prevent loss of packet when mobile node moves by using two internal buffers(storage_buffer and provisional_buffer), and dynamically control multicast tree by using JoinRequest message and JoinAccept message. The result of simulations showed that this new M_AQDMR algorithm is more efficient than the existing QDMR algorithms in the case of network cost and loss of packet

        新羅 土偶와 土器文樣의 象徵的 意味

        Le present travail est une etude generale des motifs graves sur les figurines en terre cuite et les poteries de Silla. La plupart des figurines en terre cuite de Silla, al'exception des figurines anthropomorphes, portent des motifs geometriques, tres proches de ceux que l'on trouve sur l'ensemble des poteries de Silla. Nous en distinguons cinq categories: les cercles pointes, les dentelurs, les ondulations, les ensembles de lignes, les croisillons. Et dans l'hypothese que ces motifs symbolisent forcement quelque chose, nous avons essaye de degager leurs sens caches. Les cercles pointes et les cercles simples, en tant que symboles de la plenitude, peuvent etre consideres comme l'expression de la prosperite et de l'eternite; les dentelures, en tant que symboles du sexe feminin, expriment la fecondite et l'abondance, et en tant que symbole de la montagne, representent la divinite; les motifs ondules symbolisent l'eau; l'ensemble de ligners signifie la stabilite et la force; les croisillons manifestent le souhair de la subsistance ou de la renaissance.

        저장기간에 따른 오이김치의 비타민 C 및 클로로필 함량변화

        This study was carried out to examine the changes of pH, chlorophyll, chlorophyll patterns and ascorbic acid contents, and sensory evaluation in Oi-Kimchi by the different periods of storage. The contents of chlorophyll a and b were 52.2% and 14.44% at storage 0 days, 20.67% and 16.99% at storage 11 days, 0% at storage 14 days, and decreased with storage times increased. But, phephorbide a and b were increased with storage times increased until storage 11 days, and were 28.44% and 1.25% at storage 0 days, 42.63% and 15.79% at storage 11 days, 0% at storage 12, 14 days. The contents of ascorbic acid were increased until storage 4 days, but afterwards were decreased with storage times increased, and were 2.57㎎% at storage 0 days, 5.49㎎% and 2.95㎎% at storage 11 days, 0% at storage 14 days. Sensory evaluations of appearance, flavor, taste, texture, overall acceptability showed the highest at storage 8 days, and disliked after storage 10 days.

      • 대청댐 역조정지 부근의 수질변화특성 조사

        This survey was accomplished to know the characteristics on the variation of water quality around Daechung-dam regulating reservoir. The algae bloom occurres near the chungju and Taejon intake station in autumn every year. It is possible to cause the taste and odor problems in the water supply if this reservoir will be a intake station. The comparsions of water quality data between within main dam and around regulating reservoir during past about 5 years were investigated. The water quality of this reservoir was the raw water supply II class, but its quality was the raw water phosphorus concentration as compared with past 5 years is increasing to be about two times. When the algae bloom occurred, dominant algae species was Aulacoseira glanulata having no correlation with taste and odor.

        TPN 처방시스템을 이용한 약국업무 개선

        As a part of a plan to improve the multifunctional hospital information system, Asan Medical Center has invented the COES (Clinician's Order Entry System) for the physicians which involves computerized TPN prescription. As an initial step, an outline of the system has been formulated after collection relevant materials from various sources including foreign materials. This project simplifies and standardizes COES between physicians and pharmacists. By introducing this system, we could minimize the possible errors during inputing the inscription and converting the requirements to the volumes to prepare the required medicine. Units of prescribed volume were automatically changed through the computerization of TPN order. This procedure can save time and man-power for preparing the medicine by using Automatic TPN Prescripter. All of these has encouraged us to seek more active TPN consultation for the systemical examination and monitor TPN inscription, and to provide patients with TPN of a good quality.

        감자를 첨가한 기능성 크림수프의 품질 특성

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics of potato added functional cream soup. The highest crude protein (p<.01) and crude lipid (p<.001) were for the potato soup with added potato peel (S₃). The highest pH of 5.95 was for the potato soup with added potato peel (S₄). The highest lightness of 69.46(1, value) was for the potato soup with added potato peel (S₃) (p<.01). The redneess(a value) and yellowness(b value) were increased by the adding of potato peel to the potato soup(p<.01). Viscosity was increased by potato content, and was the highest for the potato soup (S₂) (p<.001). The glycoalkaloid content of the potato soup with added potato peel was 175 mg and 2.20 mg, for Si and S4 respectively. In sensory evaluation. the highest sensory scores for flavor and taste (p<.05) of mean 3.55 and 3.45, respectively, were obtained from the potato soup with added potato peel (S₄). The highest overall acceptability of mean 3.00 was for the potato soup with added potato peel (S₃) (p<.01).

        아피오스 분말 첨가 설기떡의 품질 특성

        This study examined the characteristics of Sulgidduk with different amounts of apios powder (0, 10, 20, 30, and 40%). The moisture content of Sulgidduk significantly increased with the addition of apios powder. Also, the pH values of Sulgidduk significantly decreased with the addition of apios powder. The addition of apios powder in the Sulgidduk decreased the lightness (L) in Hunter’s color value, but increased the redness (a) and yellowness (b). By increasing the quantity of apios powder, the hardness, gumminess, and chewiness of Sulgidduk decreased and its springiness increased. The addition of apios powder in the Sulgidduk increased the total polyphenol content and DPPH-radical-scavenging activity. In the sensory evaluation, the addition of 20, 30% apios powder had the best score in taste and overall preference. This study suggests that apios powder is an excellent ingredient for improving the sensory preference and functionality of Sulgidduk. The study also shows that it was the addition of 30% apios powder can be used to make functional Sulgidduk.
