학교폭력 예방을 위한 인성교육 기반 긍정적 행동지원의 이론과 실제

본 연구는 학교폭력 예방을 위한 인성교육을 문제행동의 지도를 포함한 통합적 인성교육 으로 확대하고 환경과 개인의 상호작용을 고려한 긍정적 행동지원의 초등학교 모델을 제안하 였다. 초등학교 시기의 문제행동은 환경과 개인 특성의 상호작용을 통해 청소년기의 일탈적 삶의 양식으로 고착된다. 학교폭력 예방 및 인성교육의 실효성을 높이기 위해서는 초등학교 시기의 문제행동을 얼마나 효과적으로 개선할 수 있는지에 달려있다. 긍정적 행동지원은 학부모와 전문가들이 교사들과 협력하여 문제행동의 기능을 분석하고 환경조건을 바꾸고 대안적인 기술을 교육하여 학생의 문제행동을 개선하려한다. 본 연구는 1차 중재에 도덕교육을 포함시켜 생활지도와 교과교육의 연계를 확립하고 문제행동의 심각성 에 따라 위계적 중재를 제안하였다. 그리고 각 중재 단계와 활동을 초등학교 현장에서 실현 할 수 있을 정도로 구체화하였다. We would suggest the school-wide positive action support elementary school model considering interaction of environment and an individual that expands character education to prevent school bullying for integrated character education including guiding of misbehavior. The misbehavior of elementary school period is sticked as deviate life style through interaction of environment and an individual quality. It depends on how effectively we could improve misbehavior of elementary school period to raise practical effect of character education and prevent school bullying. School-wide positive action support has become known as a influential model of intervention based on analyzing the function of misbehavior by cooperating with parents of students and experts in order to decrease the misbehavior. This Study suggest Positive Action Support including moral education that not only expand first intervention to include moral education but also consisted with hierarchical intervention. Also, We developed three kinds of intervention in a concrete way which can be applied in the elementary school.

학교폭력예방을 위한 사회 규범적 접근

본 연구는 역동적인 관계 구조 관점에서 학교폭력 예방을 모색하려는 시도이다. 청소년기는 교우관계를 통해 자신을 확장하고 정체성을 형성하는 시기이기 때문에, 그 어느 때보다 집단적 사고에 민감할 수 있다. 이러한 청소년기의 특성을 고려하여 학교폭력 문제를 집단적 관점에서 접근할 필요가 있다. 학교폭력 문제는 가해자와 피해자의 인성적 특징이외에도 또래들의 반응, 학급의 분위기와 같은 집단적 영향이 상호작용하여 발생한다. 따라서 학교폭력을 지켜보는 방관자 집단의 역할에 주목하는 대응방안과 학교폭력 예방에 힘쓰는 집단적 분위기 형성이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구는 다음의 세 조건을 제안했다. 첫째, 학교폭력에 대한 교사 인식전환 및 폭력문제 해결을 위한 관심과 의지가 필요하다. 둘째, 모든 학교구성원들이 학교폭력으로부터 안전한 학교의 분위기를 조성하려는 목표를 공유하고, 학급의 규칙을 제정하여 서로를 규율하는 교실 내 규범을 확립해야 한다. 이렇듯 규칙의 제정이 필수적이지만 규칙의 권위를 높이고, 규칙을 자발적으로 준수하기 위한 추가적인 노력이 요구된다. 셋째, 도덕과 교육과의 연계를 통해 학교폭력에 대한 집단적 교육이 필요하며, 이러한 시도는 규칙의 제정과 준수의 동기화를 높이는 계기가 될 것이다. This study is to invest the methods of preventing bullying which is based on the social interactional relationship. Students in the adolescent are susceptible to peer groups as peers may be a part of another identity. We need to deal with the bullying in terms of group process. There is a peer's response of the social systems like peer groups which give an effects of the behaviors of the bully. Ii is important to be the role of Bystander to prevent bullying. This study suggests three conditions of preventing bullying such as rule-making, group invention with moral education curriculum, of teacher 's care to anti-bullying.

정서적 기술의 개인차, 정서교육 그리고 도덕과 교육

본 연구는 부적응적 정서 작용의 설명모델을 정립하여 청소년 문제행동의 원인인 각종 부정적 정서의 완화 및 정서관련 기술의 교육을 주장하였다. 이를 위해 기능주의적 정서관에 입각해서 정서의 개인차 변인들을 소개하고, 사회정보처리모델에 입각하여, 정서가 어떻게 인지와 상호작용하여 적응적 혹은 비적응적으로 기능하며, 어떻게 인성특징으로 고착되는지를 설명하였다. 도덕성 함양을 위해서는 정서의 동기화 기능에 주목하는 교육 뿐 아니라 정서를 잘 조절하는 교육역시도 필요하다. 이러한 방향의 정서교육이 도덕과 교육에서 전혀 없었던 것은 아니지만, 그 중요도 인식 및 교육의 내용과 방법의 개선이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 1) 중․고등 학교 급에서의 정서교육 강화 2) 정서관련 기술의 교육 3) 정서 작용이 반영된, 그리고 학생 중심적 관점에서의 문제해결 전략 교육, 4) 환경과의 상호작용 고려 5)과학적 연구결과에 기반 한 교수학습방법 모색을 제안했다. This study suggests that social and emotional learning should be integrated into moral education to prevent youth problems like violence, bullying, drug abuse, drop out. Because emotionality and emotion regulation influence Social information processing in a good or bad way to his purpose, we need to consider that the function of emotion may be irrational without emotion regulation. It's important to teach not only moral motivation but also emotion regulation for youth in the moral education. There are five tasks to be effective emotion education in the moral education. changes in the moral education: 1) to strengthen emotion skill in the middle school and high school 2) to teach social and emotional skill 3) to invent strategy of problem solving with emotion regulation for youth in the emotionally laden situations. the function of emotion in conflict 4) to build circumstance which is proper to learning social and emotion skill 5) to invent teaching method based on the scientific researches.

서구 다문화주의 논쟁의 분석에 기초한 한국적 다문화주의의 방향 탐색

본 연구의 목적은 서구사회에서 진행된 다문화주의에 대한 논쟁을 비판적으로 검토하여 한국 의 다문화주의 담론에 주는 시사점을 모색하는 것이다. 다문화주의는 기본적으로 한 사회내의 다양한 인종이나 민족 집단들의 문화를 존중하면서 공존하는데 그 목적이 있는 이념체계와 일 련의 정부 정책을 포괄한다. 다문화주의 초기에는 공동체주의 자유주의 논쟁과 연관되어 논의 되었다. 하지만 집단의 권리, 집단 내 소수자 문제, 분배정치와의 관계, 국가적 통합의 이슈들에 대한 논쟁이 이어지면서 다문화주의 이론들이 다원화되었다. 다문화주의는 무조건적인 선이기보다 상당한 논란을 담고 있는 개념으로 한국적 현실을 고려 한 다문화주의 모델을 정립해야 한다. 이에 한국적 다문화주의의 방향으로서 문화적 자유 중시, 단일 민족을 대신할 시민통합 모색, 인권에 부합하는 외국인 노동자 정책 수립 및 심의 다문 화주의의 한국적 변용을 제안하였다. The purpose of this research is to investigate implications in Korean muliculturalism by reviewing critically the political and theoretical argument of multiculturalism in Western society. Multiculturalism includes not only an idea of coexitence among different ethic groups and national groups with respect of other's culture, but also government's policy to realize it. In the first step of justification of multiculturalism, it related with an argument between communitarianism and liberalism. There were lot's of arguments about multiculturalism: group right, an infringement of a minority' right, the neglect of justice, civic integration. Various perspectives of multiculturalism have been suggested. We need to make the korean model of multiculturalism because the conception of multiculturalism is not a unconditional but conditional good including not a few of arguments. This study suggests implications on the direction of Korean multiculturalism: the importance of cultural liberty, civic integration, foreign laborer policy, deliberative multiculturalism as the korean model.

세계 시민성의 진단과 시민윤리 교육적 함의

본 연구는 세계 시민성의 구인(다문화 수용성, 국가 정체성, 도덕적 가치)과 개인 배경요인의 상대적 영향력을 조사하여 세계시민교육의 방향을 개선하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 교육 대학교와 사범대학의 예비교사 116명의 대학생들이 작성한 설문지를 바탕으로 위계적 회귀분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 세요인(다문화 수용 성, 국가 정체성, 도덕적 가치)을 포함한 모델Ⅲ이 가장 설명력이 높았기에, 세계 시민성의 구인 으로서의 가정이 지지되었다. 둘째, 다문화 수용성이나 국가 정체성은 부분적으로 세계 시민성 을 설명하는 것으로 나타났지만 도덕적 가치에 소급되는 경향을 보였다. 이론적 기대와는 달리 다문화 수용성이나 국가 정체성은 부분적으로만 설명력 있는 요인이었다. 셋째, 세계 시민성 수 준에 영향을 주는 개인 배경 요인은 외국생활 경험, 세계시민교육 경험, 세계시민교육 학습 희 망 여부이다. 세계 시민성 검사도구 및 교육과정 개발에서 다중정체성 이론에 입각하여 국가 수준의 시민성 및 다문화 수용성이 세계시민정체성으로 확대되는 모델을 지지하며, 세계시민교 육의 통합적 접근을 지지하였다. This study was conducted to analyze the determinants (i.e. multicultural acceptability, national identity, and moral values) influencing global citizenship in order to examine the construct of global citizenship as well as to find the moral education about global citizenship for teacher education. Hierarchical regression was used to analyze the survey of 116 college students in university of education. The results are following. Firstly, The hierarchical regression analysis of ModelⅢ with influencing three factors to global citizenship explained 25% of the variance in student’s global citizenship, and it was found common good among moral values and experience of living a life in the foreign countries as important factors in the model. Second, They regressed into the variance of moral values even though a few ones of multi-cultural acceptability and national identity were influential factors before modelⅢ. Contrary to theoretical expectations, they are turned into be a half of influential factors to global citizenship. Based on the results, we suggested that to solve the global problems need to be strengthen in the developing the education curriculum for global citizenship. Furthermore, future research with stratified sampling will be conducting to generalize the result of this study.

학교폭력의 실태와 대응방안

학교 안이나 주변의 폭력, 집단 따돌림 등 학생들을 대상으로 한 학교폭력의 사례가 점점 증가되고 있어 사회문제로까지 확산되고 있다. 이에 따라 최근 국내외에서는 폭력이 청소년에게 미치는 영향을 여러 가지 관점으로 연구하고 있다. 많은 연구들은 학교폭력이 자라나는 청소년에게 심각한 심리적 후유증을 초래하며 청소년의 정상적 발달에 많은 부정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 보고하였다. 학교폭력을 경험한 청소년들은 불안감과 우울증, 그리고 스트레스 외상증후군과 같은 심리적 장애뿐 아니라 자살로까지 이어지는 행동문제를 유발하고 있다(Garbarino, 1993; Richter & Martinez, 1993). 더욱이 학교폭력의 경우 오랜 기간 가해자와 피해자의 관계가 지속되기 때문에 정신적 문제가 심각하게 대두되고 있다. 장기간 폭력을 경험한 학생들은 한편으로 반항적이고 공격적이고 파괴적이거나 다른 한편으로 위축되고 대인관계형성이 잘 안되어 자아감형성에 어려움을 겪게된다(표갑수, 1996; 송정아 ㆍ김영희Ⅱ, 2001, p. 80).

A Case of Short-chain Acyl-CoA Dehydrogenase Deficiency Detected by Newborn Screening

Short-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase (SCAD) deficiency is an autosomal recessive mitochondrial disorder of fatty acid oxidation associated with mutations in the ACADS gene. While patients diagnosed clinically have a variable clinical presentation, patients diagnosed by newborn screening are largely asymptomatic. We describe here the case of a 1-year-old male patient who was detected by newborn screening and diagnosed as SCAD deficiency. Spectrometric screening for inborn errors of metabolism at 72hrs after birth showed elevated butyrylcarnitine (C4) level of 1.69 mol/L (normal, <0.83 mol/L), C4/C2 ration of 0.26 (normal, <0.09), C5DC+C60H level of 39 mol/L (normal, <0.28 mol/L), and C5DC/C8 ration of 7.36 (normal, <4.45). The follow-up testing at 18 days of age were performed: liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), urine organic acids, and quantitative acylcarnitine profile. C4 carnitine was elevated as 0.91; urine organic acid analysis showed elevated ethylmalonic acid as 62.87 nmol/molCr (normal, <6.5), methylsuccinate 6.81 nmol/molCr (normal, not detected). Sequence analysis of ACADS revealed a homozygous missense mutation, c.164C>T (p.Pro55Leu). He is growing well and no episodes of seizures or growth retardation had occurred.

Recently, due to the rapid development of IT, it has lead to an increase in the proportion of software in the whole society. However, there is also a rise in cyber attacks that exploit this software vulnerabilities. This paper designs and proposes the system that evaluates the characteristics of weaknesses in various programming languages and environments to enhance software security. In addition, we show the effectiveness of the proposed system by analyzing the selected and evaluated weaknesses results.

This paper deals with the structure using magnet stopper of actuator valve which is applied BLDC motor to improve the power and effectiveness of vehicle engine. It’s not reqiured to flow the current when the valve stops. And also it has adventage to solve the problem of noise by using detent toque of magnet stopper. Based on this structure, it is designed to figure out the character of the actuator through 3D finite element analysis and to build the possibility of applying of the actuator applied permanent magnet stopper designed practical research process.
