      • 산소 혼합비에 따른 Ba_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)TiO₃박막의 유전체 특성

        Ba과 Sr의 화학당량비를 조절하여 Ba_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)TiO₃분말 시료를 제조하여 각각 1,200℃와 1,300℃에서 calcining과 sintering을 실시한 후 3 inch 성형틀로 Ba_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)TiO₃인 sputtering target를 제작하였다. MIM구조의 capacitor를 위하여 하부전극을 Pt(1500Å)/TiN(2000Å)/SiO₂/Si로 하고, 제작한 target를 이용하여 RF sputtering방법으로 BST박막을 증착하였다. 제작한 박막의 결정구조를 X-선 회절계(XRD)로 분석한 후 Al을 상부전극으로 증착하여 축전기구조로 C-V와 I-V의 전기적 특성을 얻었다. 제작된 박막의 결정구조를 XRD 측정으로 확인한 결과 550℃ 이상의 기판온도에서 결정성장이 양호함을 보였다. 유전상수와 유전손실이 기판온도와 sputtering 가스의 산소 혼합비에 영향을 받는 것으로 확인되고 I-V를 통한 전기적 특성에서 전도기구가 Schottky 장벽에 의한 것과 높은 인가전압에서 space charge limited (SCL) 전도 특성을 보였고, 누설전류의 값은 표면구조의 영향으로 산소가스의 증가에 따라 감소하였다. Ba_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)TiO₃powders were prepared by changing stoichiometry of Pb and Ba. After they were calcined and sintered at 1200℃ and 1300℃ respectively, BST sputtering targets were made in 3 inch mould. For MIM structure capacitors, Pt(1500Å)/TiN(2000Å)/SiO₂/Si were used for bottom electrodes and the BST thin films were sputtered on bottom electrodes. After we analysed their structures by XRD, Al was evaporated on the BST films for MIM capacitor and we investiaged the electrical properties by measuring of C-V and I-V. We found that the structures of the films showed good crystalllinity above 550℃ from the results of XRD measurements. We supposed that the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of films were affected with substrate temperature and oxygen ratio of sputtering gas. In I-V behavior, we supposed that the conduction mechanism was Schottky conduction and space charge limited(SCL) conduction in high voltage range.

      • Sol-Gel 법으로 제작한 (Pb_xBa_₁-_x)TiO₃박막의 특성에 관한 연구

        We tried to find optimal condition of (PbxBa1-x)TiO3(x=0.0, 0.2, 0.5, 0.8, 1.0) thin films produced by sol-gel spin coating. Barium acetate, Lead acetate trihydrate and Ti-isopropoxide are used as the coating sol for producing the thin film, and acetic acid, methanol, and distilled water are used as the solvent. It is found that the manufactured sol was at the most stable condition when the component content satisfied H2O/Ba=65, after observing the state transition for a specified period. We coated sol for coating on the various kinds of substrate and pre-annealed on 68℃ and 460℃. Then we annealed them on 700℃ for 30 minutes and found that they showed a good growth of crystal by the XRD measurement. We selected Pt as the bottom electrode, using the substrate Pt/SiO2/Si in order, we raised the different conditional thin films and obtained the capacitor by evaporating Al as the top electrode. We measured the electric capacitance and dielectric loss by changing the frequency for three step as 1, 10, 100kHz for each and calculated the dielectric constant. The dielectric constant of the thin film (PbxBa1-x)TiO3 was decreased below x=0.8 and increased upto x=1.0 as x increases.

      • RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링 방법에 의한 (Ba, Sr)TiO₃박막의 특성

        A sputtering target(BaxSr1-xTiO3) is obtained by changing the mol% of Ba and Sr. Pt is evaporated on the SiO2/Si substrate as a bottom electrode, and subsequently the BaxSr1-xTiO3 thin film is sputtered. Or, for obtaining the MIS structure Pt is not used, and directly thin film is sputtered on the Si substrate. Then, the capacitor structures(MIM, MIS) have been obtained by evaporating Al as a top electrode after post-annealing. Our results show that produced thin firm is found to have Perovskite structure according to the XRD measurement and shows better crystal growing phenomena on SiO2/Si substrate than those on Si substrate. And, the existence of polarization is recognized by the hysteresis loop. The capacitor(MIM) structure of BaxSr1-xTiO3 thin film shows that the dielectric constant is increased as the mol% of Ba and the post-annealing temperature increase. MIS structure shows a increase of capacitance with increasing the mol% of Ba.

        As the society becomes diverse and specialized, industrial corporations require much more than before to their applicant, in order to accept rapid technological change. Moreover, they request practical education of colleges to increase students' work ability. In order to create human resource who has official ability corresponding to the change and demand of industry and improve the results, the introduction of college educational quality certification policy is urgently requested for develop ing and managing the human resource of college graduator. Therefore, this study analyzed the sort of qualification policy which is practically required and recognition and necessity of a spot business certification recognized by industrial corporations, as a basic stage to strengthen work place adaptability and basic work ability of college graduator. This study also researched the method to improve the quality of college edu-cation on the purpose of providing basic research materials for buildinga foundation of this college certification system.

      • 各種 胃疾患에서 胃粘膜의 Campylobacter pylori 檢出에 관한 硏究

        1983년 Marshall과 Warren에 의해 소화성궤양과 활동성 만성위염소견을 보이는 조직에서 나선형균을 발견하고 세균의 배양분리를 통해 Campylobacter pylori임을 밝히고 이균이 위염 및 소화성궤양의 원인균이 될 수 있다는 것을 알게된 이후 이에 대한 병원성여부, 배양방법, 조직 및 전자현미경소견, 혈청학적소견 등에 대한 연구가 급속히 대두되고 있다. 이에 저자들은 1988년 6월부터 12월 사이에 이화여자대학교 부속병원에서 상부 위장관 증상으로 인해 위내시경검사를 시행했던 검체를 대상으로 병리조직검사, 균배양검사 및 전자현미경검사를 시행한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 위내시경검사를 시행했던 206예 중 133예(65%)에서 C. pylori가 검출되었고, 활동성 만성위염에서는 79예 중 72예(91%), 소화성궤양에서는 37예 중 27예(73%)의 양성을 보였고, 정상조직소견을 보였던 5예에서는 균을 관찰할 수 없었다. 2. C. pylori는 18세 이후의 전연령층에 분포하고 있었으며, 연령간 양성율의 유의한 차이는 없었으나 41∼50세 사이에서 급격한 위염의 증가와 함께 73%의 높은 균검출율을 보이고 있었다. 3. H &E, W-S 염색을 49예에서 시행하였던 바 W-G염색의 예민도가 가장 높았다. 4. 세균배양상 C. pylori의 분리는 135예 중 18예로 13%의 분리율을 보였고, touch 후의 gram염색 결과는 높은 예민도를 나타내었다. 5. 전자현미경소견상 이 세균들은 위점막상피세포 표면의 microvilli 사이사이로 위치해 있었고, 활면의 세포벽과 sheathed된 1∼4개의단극성 편모가 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 C. pylori는 위점막의 microvilli 사이사이를 따라 손상을 주어서 활동성 만성위염 및 소화성궤양 유발의 한 요인이 될 수 있다고 간주된다. 본 연구를 진행하는 과정에서 위내시경검사를 통해 많은 검체를 제공해 주신 이화대학부속병원 내과 문일환교수님께 깊은 감사를 드립니다. Campylobacter pylori was known to be associated with chronic active gastritis and peptic ulcer. To access the detection rate of Campylobacter pylori in normal histology, chronic gastritis. active chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric carcinoma, we studied 206 patients, who were admitted to Ewha Womans university hospital between June and December in 1988. 1. C. pylori was isolated in 133 of the 206 patients(65%). C. pylori was frequently isolated in active chronic gastritis(91%) and peptic ulcer(73%). In normal histologic findings, any organism was not detected. 2. C. pylori was isolated in all ages after 18years old and there was no significant difference of detection rate in each decades. 3. Fourty-nine consecutive gastric antral biopsies were stained with H & E, Warthin-Starry Silver, and Wright-Giemsa stains. The Wright-Giemsa stain was shown highest sensitivity. 4. C. pylori was isolated in 18 of the 135 patients(13%) by culture. The gram staining if the touch preparation was shown high sensitivity in detection of the organisms. 5. These organisms were curved bacilli and had a smooth surface with 1 to 4 unipolar flagella of sheathed type and located along the microvilli in the mucosal surface. In view of the above results, Campylobacter pylori might result mucasal epithelial cell injury on the level of microvilli of the mucosal surface, so that it could be a contributing factor to induce the active chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer.

        자돈에 있어 게르마늄 용질액의 급여가 성장 및 혈액학적 변화에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 이산화게르마늄을 함유한 게르마늄 용질액을 자돈에 급여하였을 때 성장 및 혈액학적 변화에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 실시하였다. 3원 교잡종 자돈 60두 (평균체중 11.22±0.10㎏)를 공시하였다. 시험설계는 옥수수-대두박 위주의 대조구(CON)와, 대조구 사료내 게르마늄 용질액을 0.5 ppm 첨가한 구(GC0.5) 및 대조구 사료내 게르마늄 용질액을 1.0 ppm 첨가한 구(GC1.0)로 3개 처리를 하였다. 0-10일간 사양시험기간동안, 일당증체량에 있어서 GC0.5 처리구가 약간 높게 평가되었다(quadratic effect, P<0.02). 그러나 전체 시험기간동안, 일당증체량, 일당사료섭취량 및 사료효율에 있어서 처리구간에 유의적인 차이는 보이지 않았다. 영양소 소화율에 있어서는 GC0.5 처리구가 조회분(linear effect, P<0.01; quadratic effect, P<0.04), 칼슘(linear effect, P<0.01; quadratic effect, P<0.01), 인 (linear effect, P<0.02; quadratic effect, P<0.04) 소화율이 유의적으로 높게 평가되었다. 혈액내 neutrophil 농도에 있어서는 게르마늄 용질액의 첨가 수준이 증가함에 따라 유의적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다(quadratic effect, P<0.02). 결론적으로, 자돈 사료내 게르마늄 용질액의 급여가 성장 및 혈액학적 수치에는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary germanium colloid on the growth performance and hematological values in nursery pigs. Sixty pigs (11.22(0.10 ㎏ average initial body weight) were used in a 20 d growth assay. Dietary treatments included 1) CON (basal diet), 2) GC0.5 (basal diet+0.5 ppm germanium colloid) and 3) GC1.0 (basal diet+1.0 ppm germanium colloid). For d 0 to 10, pigs fed GC0.5 diet grew faster than pigs fed CON and GC1.0 diets (Quadratic effect, P<0.02). However, through the entire experimental period, no statistical differences were found for aver-age daily gain, average daily feed intake and gain/feed. Apparent digestibilities of crude ash (Linear effect, P<0.01; Quadratic effect, P<0.04), calcium (Linear effect, P<0.01; Quadratic effect, P<0.01) and phosphorus (Linear effect, P<0.02; Quadratic effect, P<0.04) in pigs fed GC0.5 diet were greater than for pigs fed CON and GC1.0. Neutrophil concentration in blood increased as the concentration of germanium colloid in the diets was increased with significant difference (Quadratic effect, P<0.02). In conclusion, growth performance and hematological values were not influenced by dietary germanium colloid.

        The Leadership is very important for organizational behavior in every organization. Excellent leadership guide an organization to achievement. The leadership is more important in hotel organizations because which are highly dependent on human resources compare with other organizations. The Purpose of this research is to examine what influence leader-ship has on organizational performance. The variables of leadership are initiation structure leadership and consideration leadership. And the factors of organizational effective-ness are job satisfaction and job commitment. The results of this study revealed the followings : First, the initiation structure leadership and consideration leader-ship both effect on job satisfaction and the consideration leadership is more influence than initiation structure leadership. Second, the consideration leadership has positive effect on organi-zational commitment, but initiation structure leadership has not positive. This results means employees recognize more important the consideration leadership consist of friendship. confidence and respect.
